Chen's POV
The invite to my crowning has already been announced and Longwei hasn't called me to talk to me about our plans. What is wrong with that guy, was he expecting me to go look for him? I'm the one doing hmm good here and yet he is making me work. How come?
I stayed in my room and waited for him all day but yet he won't come.
Soon a knock was on my door and I looked at the door. Who could it be? My maid went there to check who was at the door.
"Your Highness, it's the guards," she said to me.
I was happy because that man finally sent the guards to me. I've been waiting all day.
"What do they want?" I asked with excitement.
"They brought some gifts to your Highness," she replied.
I was a bit disappointed that it wasn't a call for me to go see Longwei.
"Let them in," I grumbled in my reply.
