"Or else what?" I asked, stepping forward. The look on his face suddenly changed when I asked that question and I knew that I had touched the right spot. I tried stopping myself but it seems like my mouth has its brain controlling it. The male was stressing me out.
"Kill me? Feed me to the dogs? Devour me like a murderer? Hang me? Just name it," I fired at him.
He clicked his tongue against his teeth. Everywhere was silent so I could hear the sound of it. His eyebrows curved and for a while, I thought I would receive a huge blow on my forehead.
Longwei took some steps towards me and I moved backward. His body was boiling in anger and I could see it.
"You have no right to question my authority. Do you think because I married you, you can do whatever you will? No! This is my territory and I lead here that will make you do whatever I want you to do," he fired at me and I shook my head.
"Of course, I won't," I fired back and he was taken aback.
