46. Can You Believe Me ?
Renand put away the strands of Nafisah's hair that was messy due to the night wind, Nafisah just smiled and helped Renand take the food into her plate.
"You usually eat alone? Not with your family?" Nafisah asked curiously.
"I ate several times with my family, the rest was alone .. I was happy with being alone." Renand answered honestly.
Nafisah said nothing, took part in eating a few pieces of fruit which tasted very sweet. Nafisah looked at Renand who was already busy bribing food, His handsome face was very calm when he was eating like that.
"Why? You look at me like that." Renand glanced at Nafisah, making Nafisah hurriedly looking away.
"Just looking, nothing else." Nafisah said quickly.
they are both silent again, there is only the friction of leaves in the wind and the occasional sound of crickets at night ..
They enjoyed the night in a silence and warmth that felt so distant.
