Chapter 141 Device

An hour and a half later they were all gathered in her room. Mrs. Alice was packing suitcases for her and the children as it was decided by their parents that she should go stay with Ty for a while. It was the only way they could think of to keep Ty from quitting his training and coming home for good which they were all sure he would do when he found out what his wife just went through.

"Samson said the jet is ready when you are," Fabian said walking into the room. "Well alright then, it's time to go get my ass kicked for putting a tracking device on my sister-in-law without my brother's permission." Caleb groans flinging his bag over his shoulder and grabbing one of Janice's suitcases.

"I wouldn't worry too much about that, after all that device may have just saved her life." His dad said patting his shoulder. "Let's hope Ty sees it that way too," Caleb said walking from the room.

Janice walk over to Amara and hugs her as Amara cried silently while looking through the window. "Hey, you do know I don't blame you for any of this, right?" Janice asks softly. "But I do blame myself, Janice. When I think of what could've happened to you because of my….."

"Hey, thanks be to God, nothing happened and he won't catch us off guard again, I'm sure he's already sitting in jail as we speak," Janice said hugging her again. "Please take care of yourself." Amara cried. "I will but please do me a favor and stop blaming yourself for this. This isn't on you, it's on that sorry excuse of a man Amara, not you." Janice said then stepping away from her she took Faith and Tyrique by their hands and walk from the room.

Mrs. Alice took Tyrone's hand and after waving goodbye to everyone she too left.

Ty groans as he enters the house and checks his watch. It was already ten pm, was his kitten still up? He hadn't spoken to her since this morning as he was doing hands-on training which requires him to turn off his phone. He miss her so much, he knew this training was going to be hectic but he really wasn't expecting to be away from his wife and kids for this long.

Truth be told he didn't know how much more of this he could take but every time he talk to his wife about it she always encourage him to stick it out and that it will be over soon. Thing is, soon couldn't come fast enough for him.

He saw that he had a message and he open it while dropping his bag on the sofa. His knees almost buckle beneath him when he saw the message and a photo of his wife tied and gagged.

"Oh. My. God!" He screams and Jason who had walked into the kitchen minutes before came running back out. "What!" Jason asks as he notices the look of pure panic on his friend's face. "Jan….oh my God, no." Ty cried as he tried dialing his father's number but his hands were now shaking and he was beginning to hyperventilate.

"Hey man, take it easy, let me make a few calls and find out what's going on," Jason said taking Ty's phone from him. "I've to go home now!" Ty shouts running towards the stairs but a knock on the door stops him.

He runs towards it, flings it open, and almost collapses in relief as he saw his wife and kids and Caleb standing before him.
