He heard the front door open and the man steps out, the intimidating way that the man walks had him taking a taller, firmer stance. The man came to a stop in front of him and he was absolutely sure he saw a smirk on his face which had him narrowing his eyes to a slit at the man.
"You don't like me very much do you?" The man asks. "I don't like you at all," Caleb said almost immediately. "Now who are you? And what the hell do you want with my family?" Caleb demands.
"He's Samson and he doesn't want anything from us," Anna said coming to the man's rescue. "Oh trust me sis, he doesn't need you to defend him," Caleb said coldly. "It's okay." He said smiling down at Anna before turning his attention back to Caleb.
"I'm sorry if I disrespected you by coming here, it won't happen again." He said firmly to Caleb then turn back to Anna. "Thank you for the talk, it helps and please let your mom know I appreciate her help as well. Good night." He said and turns to leave but Anna's words stops him.
"Oh hold on one damn minute, you brother are an idiot, you can't just judge someone you don't know and worst someone who is a guest in our home, not cool and I'm so disappointed in you right now and you blue eye giant are welcome here anytime you wish to talk to someone." She said hands on her hips.
"And that goes double for me." His mom said from behind him and he jumps. "Mom…I …" "I think you've said enough for one night, don't you?" She asks cutting his stuttering short. "Sorry, mom." He said walking away from them but before he enters the house he turns back towards the man and fixes him with another glare.
I have a word or two to say to that punk because there's no way in hell am I going to just sit around and let that blue-eyed demon of a mob boss invade my home. He thought to himself before entering the house and walking to the kitchen.

Ty was just about to sink deeper into his blissful sleep when he heard his phone ringing. He had been talking to Janice from the moment he arrived at his room. She was telling him all about her day and his kids and the visit from the kind stranger and Caleb's harsh words to the man that took the time out of his busy day to help his wife and that didn't sit well with him, so when he grabs his phone and saw that it was Caleb calling he groans.
Of course, he had a few words to say to his brother but he would much prefer to do it after a few hours of sleep. But nonetheless, he swipes the phone and answers the call. "Caleb it's three in the morning, what could possibly be this urgent?" Ty asks tiredly.
"The invasion of a mob boss," Caleb said in a serious tone. "I assume you're talking about Samson and you really need to stop calling him that. Listen, brother, I know you could probably give me a whole ear full about why you think he's who you think he is but he isn't," Ty said and sat up against his bed head rubbing the sleep from his eyes.
"Caleb the man isn't violent, he helped my wife and treated her with the respect she deserves and I'll always be grateful to him for that, now we have found out that his home life isn't what he thought it would be when he got married. He needs good advice and someone to set him on the right path because what his friends are telling him isn't what he needs to be hearing right now and that's what mom is trying to do, and before you go off on how right you were about marriage he loves his wife just much as I love mine but the devil is trying to destroy his family and by the grace of God we won't let that happen." Ty said and after stifling a yarn he continues.
"And yes, I know you don't care Caleb and you're probably rolling your eyes right now but don't forget, I know how it feels to be judged based on what someone thinks they know about you, now for the last time get to know the man before you judge him, please."
"Damn you didn't even let me get a word in huh, but listen, bro…." "No buts." Ty said cutting him off, "Do as I ask and after you have about three conversations with him then you get back to me alright, now get the hell off my phone so I can get some sleep." Ty said stifling another yarn. "Fine, but I can't wait to say I told you so." Caleb huffs. "Hmhmm, night bro," Ty said ending the call.
