"Okay, son now you take care of yourself over there alright, and call as often as you can." His dad instructs him as he places his suitcases near the front door. "Okay, dad I hear you. I love you both." He said hugging his mom as she stand beside his dad with tears in her eyes.
"Now I need to go get my wife who doesn't seem to be able to find the courage to leave our room." He laughs running up the stairs. "I worry about him so much, being so far away from home. What if something happens to make him upset" She sniffles.
Mr. Jackson wraps his arms around his wife and pulls her close to him. "I'm worried too honey but it's not as if we can keep him here." He said rubbing her shoulder. "I know." She mumbles wringing her hands and leaning against him.
Ty enters their room to see Janice pacing while tugging at her plaits. He walks over to her and wraps his arms around her from behind her pulling her against him but she immediately turns in his arms, wraps her arms around his neck, and grips his shirt as if her life depends on it.
"Baby-i-" "Shh you don't have to say it, I know." He whispers tightening his hold on her. "Aunty Sandra will be taking us to the airport so I can spend more time with you, seeing as though I spend all morning with the kids." "O-okay." She stutters but made no attempts to move. "We need to go kitten." He laughs. He hugs his parents again before leaving.
They hardly came up for air all the way to the airport. He held her as tightly to him as he could and she clings to him. "I'll miss you kitten." He whispers against her lips. "I miss you already." She cried snuggling deeper into his neck. "Call me every chance you get okay." He said rubbing his nose against hers. "I will and you do the same, our timetable will be different but if we don't get each other then we'll both leave little love messages for each other okay." "Okay kitten I'll."
Before entering the waiting area he pulls her against him and kiss her so passionately that her toes curled and his aunt had to clear her throat to let them know they were still in public. He had just pulled away from her and was about to walk away when he saw Christian and Jared walking towards them pulling two suitcases behind them.
"Where are you two knuckleheads going?" He demands. "To Atlanta, where else," Christian asks. "I'm thirty-two years old I don't need babysitters." He snaps. "Dude please, not everything is about you man, we're going on business. We just happen to be on the same flight" Christian said but Ty didn't believe a word he said especially when he saw Christian's lips turn up in a smirk.
Janice felt numb as she watches her husband walk away from her. Every now and then he would turn and blow kisses at her and she would try and catch them all the while trying her best to not let him see how torn up she was. If he knew how she was really feeling right now he would cancel his trip in an instant and that she couldn't let happen, he had worked so hard to get to this point. He deserves this.
After a while, she couldn't see him anymore and Miss Sandra told her it was time to head back, which she did reluctantly. Due to the nature of his work, she knew she shouldn't be so attached to him, to literally feel nauseated at the thought of him being so far away from her but she did, and try as she may she couldn't stop her tears from falling.
Mrs. Sandra was on her earpiece with a worker from her boutique and she was clutching her phone close to her chest itching to call him, as if sensing her need for him her phone rang and it was him.
He told her he would be boarding soon but until the plane lift off he'll be talking to her, which he did all the way home and half an hour after she arrive home. He then told her he had to turn off his phone but promise to call her as soon as he land, he then reluctantly end the call.
