Mountain beyond Astoria

In the far side of the empire, of Astoria.

Towards the east side of the empire was a very large mountain range.

The place was covered by lots of taller mountains which ranges all over the land, it made the place perfect for hiking.

The huge mountains, open space; and little presence of forestry all over the place.

The mountains range was covered by thick clouds which prevents the sun from releasing it's ray on the land.

Though it had thick clouds here, still they were still no presence of rain here which further makes the land more mysterious.

These mystery kept inhabitants of the empire as well as tourist from neighbors countries from visiting the mountains.

It was even named "Black Mountain", along with various fables termed after the mountains which further deter people from thinking about venturing into the mountain.

Amidst the numerous mountain range in the setting, was a very dark mountain with steep slopes; as well as sharp ridges.
