The Bond

Ciylo had gone to the spot where Evil had commanded him. He had searched for many moments but there was no sign of the child. He had pieced it together then, when Agba said he was going to get his son, he meant hers. He fathered her child and the brutal rape she had shown him in the mind bridge was Agba. It had surprised him that she didn't kill the child but knowing bits and pieces of the situation now, he couldn't fault her for it. He heard her scream his name and instantly his fangs descended, he began to growl again and removed his mask as he made his way to her.

The Warlord watched as his apprentice made his way towards his Grand Moff. Ciylo had removed his mask, even though the sun was relentless and parts of his face were raw and red from burns. He was taken aback at the full set of fangs protruding from his top jaw that went well past his bottom lip and the deep sinister growling coming from his throat. He had never seen his apprentice this way and he added it to the growing list of things that bothered him. Ciylo didn't even acknowledge Ragnos; instead he marched straight to Evil and fell to his right knee and crossed his chest with his right arm; a move designated only for the Warlord, and Evil whined in her throat in desperation for him to stand. He obliged and her thumbs went to his temples, her long claws winding around the back of his neck and into his hair and as their foreheads met Ragnos stiffened in jealousy. He could feel in the force in and around him that they were soul bonding. This explained Ciylos odd behavior the last few months, the chest rubbing and somewhat disregard for protocol. But a few things didn't make sense. You could only bond with one being at a time. Was Jarron truly dead? But how could Ciylo have possibly known or foreseen Jarrons death? He'd been acting strange for months. Jarron had just died not thirty minutes ago. Another shiver. Ragnos had wanted and looked forward to these two meeting and with the combination of their powers and obedience, he would be untouchable. But he had poorly underestimated both of them and for the first time, was fearful.
