Chapter Six

Mandy began telling Joe that it was an adoption agency by invitation only. It was mainly for respected people who lived outside the state. They would adopt the baby as a birth. Joe asked how they got an invitation to the adaptation agency. Mandy handed him a questionnaire to fill out. Joe asked to take the questionnaire home and fill it out with his wife. She asked him how he had heard about the agency. He told Mandy that one of his friends was a senator who had told him about the agency. He knew it was a secret agency and didn't want to just come out and inquire about it. Senator Johnson told him to go to the gift shop and ask for a list of the hospital. When the worker asked him if he needed help. Then ask about the angels with halos. If he followed the instructions, he would be provided with information.

This was a special code that was set up to get information about the agency. If he had only asked for Angels with Halos, no information would be given. Joe received a questionnaire to fill out. Joe took it straight to Russell. Russell created a fake identity for Joe. Joe received a driver's license issued to Henry Alexander of Halladale Mississippi. He was given the identity as the owner of a multimillion-dollar shipping industry. The industry delivered goods all over the world. Joe assumed the identity of Henry Alexander. Henry returned to the gift shop questionnaire. On the questionnaire, Henry said that he was a multimillionaire who owned a shipping industry. He wanted to adopt a little boy. His wife could not imagine. They always wanted to have children. They preferred a little boy. But would accept a little girl if that was all that was available for adoption. The agency would call and make an appointment with him.

While sitting in the office with Russell. Joe received a phone call. He replied, "Thank you for calling Alexander Shipping, how can I direct your call?" Mandy had called to talk to Mr. Alexander. Joe put the call back. Later he replied on the phone: "Henry Alexander", Mandy planned an appointment for Henry to meet Angels with Halos. Joe was thrilled that he knew they were one stop closer to Tommy. He had only been able to see a picture of Tommy. The meeting was scheduled for 10:00 a.m. the next morning. He was asked to bring a financial state to prove that he could support a baby. Joe was worried about how he could file financial statements for a fake business.

Joe meets Mandy at the local restaurant. It seemed like a normal meeting. But it wasn't. When Mandy checked Alexander Shipping's financial data, Mandy began asking questions about where they were going? How many employees do you have? How do you ship items abroad? Do You offer shipping to Korea? Joe didn't expect to have to answer these kinds of questions. Mandy asks Joe if he could offer private shipping? Joe began to feel that something was not rig ht. Why would Mandy know the answers to the questions to adopt a baby? Mandy told Joe that she would call him in a few hours after talking to the owner.

Mandy called Joe and asked for another meeting. During the meeting, Mandy asked Joe if he would be interested in shipping some items to Korea in exchange for a baby. Joe agreed. He had no idea where this would lead. Now he has good cover to find Tommy. He works for the company and could get more information. Mandy instructed him that she would call him to have the baby. But it's quick to do.

Jennifer, a mother at the Second Chance Home, went to work. She was hospitalized. Jennifer gave birth to a healthy boy. After the baby was born, Jennifer was severely sedated by Dr. Oliver. Nurse Janet called Joe and told him to report to the Hospital Gift Shop storage shed to pick up the baby. Joe arrived in the Gift Shop a box was left outside in a small storage shed. Joe picked up the box and opened it. There was a baby Girl in the box. A note was left that said, "This is our angel with a halo. If you decide you don't want it anymore, please call it and return it. Returns will be accepted at no added cost. Enjoy the gift of an angel." Inside the Box was also a necklace with a guardian angel pendant. On the back of the angel was the address of the gift shop.

Joe realized that the Gift Shop was a frontline for the Angel with Halos Black-Market Baby Adoption Agency. This term refers to adoptions that do not follow established and federal laws that govern adoption, and which usually enforce the payment of a large amount of money to an adoption broker, agency, parents or other intermediary to avoid provisions of the law. In many cases, all participants in illegal market adoption can be prosecuted, as well as there is a possibility that the child will be taken away from the adoptive parents concerned and given up for adoption with another group of adoptive parents.

Mandy called Joe at once after he left with the baby. Mandy asked, I the angel fulfilled his qualifications if it was necessary to be returned. Joe was in shock. He couldn't believe what had happened. Mandy wanted a delivery for caskets to Korea. Joe agreed to fulfill the shipping obligation. He requested delivery of the caskets to Shipping Port Loading Dock 8 by 6:00 a.m. Joe waited to see who brought the caskets to the dock. At 6:00 a.m., a tractor-trailer with National Angels Trucking Company arrived at the side of the trailer. The truck driver was questioned by Joe and did not want to give any information.

The caskets were delivered on the ship. Russell had ensured that the ship accepted the caskets. All the caskets were on board the ship and the truck drove away. Russell and Joe meet the owner at the ship and when the caskets were open, the bodies of teenage girls were inside. There were about 25 caskets that all the teenage girls had in them. Russell called medical examiner Larry and asked to rate the girls. Larry rated the girls and told Russell that they were heavily sedated. He was able to feel a weak pulse on all the girls. Larry took a blood sample from several girls. He took them to the detective. The results of the blood test showed that the girls had propofol in their systems.

Propofol slows down the activity of your brain and nervous system. It is used to keep you asleep and keep you asleep during general anesthesia for surgery or other medical procedures. It is used in both adults and children from 2 months of age. Propofol is also used to calm a patient who is in critical care and needs a breathing machine. Russell and Joe stayed on the ship to pursue the Korean Hospital. The basement was filled with young girls of all ages. Russell was really confused about the incident. They were shipped to the North Korean maternity hospital and sold. The angels with halos were also involved in human trafficking. The question remained, where Angel with Halos get all the teenagers and babies.
