The Date

" Today's the day! "

Ean yelled, as he kicked off the door that kicked his bedroom closed, only to walk out seconds later with a black suit and a blue tie, as well as his locks tied together with an elastic black hair tie

" What the hell..."

Arthur whispered, as he stood up from his head, slowly opening the door knob to the living room only to see Ean eating breakfast and his bedroom door in the floor, which of course, angered him

" What the—You broke the door! You fucking third rate useless fucking noble!! You broke the fucking door! "

He yelled, running toward the door in an attempt to fix it, but Ean had broken the pieces beyond normal repair

" It'a not that serious man, calm down, oh and, don't worry about breakfast, I cooked up "

Ean replied, calming chewing on whatever he had cooked, to then swallow it down opening his mouth to then try to shove in a piece of bacon

" See? I cooked, bacon, eggs, and pancakes "

He added as he chewed on the bacon he had just placed in his mouth, watching as Arthur's wrath grew

" Unfortunately though, we ran out of syrup, you'll have to run to the store and buy some more- "

Ean was brutally interrupted by Arthur who slammed his hands on the dining table

" Get out "

Arthur whispered, his anger no longer there, and instead replaced by a cold and intimidating tone and look

" Go off on your date before I remove your head from it's body "

He ordered as Ean simply smiled, giving his friend a thumbs up before grabbing a sack of flowers from the table, proceeding to run off seconds later

" Thanks! "

Ean exclaimed, opening the door, leaving no trace of his being in that household

" Mrs. Petra are you really planning on dating that man? "

A woman questioned as she stared at Petra, who seemed well dressed, her body wrapped in a white dress, contrasting yet complementing her dark and beautiful soft skin.

The dress was tight around her figure, with its right side open, only being kept together with strings, her black hair laid on the back of her shoulders with a wave like structure.

She had on golden circle like earrings attached to her ears, as well as a very thin necklace of the same material

" No, not really. Believe it or not, this date will lead to him not ever talking to me again "

Petra said, as the woman she was talking to simply smiled, nodding with a look of confidence in her face

" Of course, what else was I thinking, that man has nothing to offer to your splendid beauty "

The woman replied, happily agreeing with Petra who didn't seem very interested in what the woman was talking about

" I have no feelings for him, at the end, he's just an immature man, no different from those old men in the streets "

Petra said, adding to her earlier statement as she slid her black added nails inside of her hair, sighing a bit before turning her back to the woman

" Well, I have to meet him at the place he promised me he'd start the date at, see you later "

She finished, walking away as the woman simply waved at her, watching her walk, though, what the two weren't aware of though, was the person who eavesdropped in their conversation.

In the corner of a house was standing a now sad looking Ean, holding the flowers he had carefully picked for Petra upside down, some petals falling off of it as he stared at the ground.

He wanted to cry, no, he wanted to die, he just met this woman but his heart chose her as the lover he should marry, so the pain he was currently feeling was unmatched by any other love affair.

His eyes became watery, as he tightened the grip on the sack of flowers.

" So much for surprising her.. "

Ean whispered, his voice cracking, he couldn't even speak well, but, he had a date to go to, he's a man of his word after all

" Well, I promised her a date anyway, I guess giving her the best day I can offer her is the only thing I can do "

He continued, as he covered his crying eyes with his left hand whilst a small sad like smile grew on his face.

A few minutes passed and he stopped crying, proceeding to prepare his expression for the date so that she wouldn't notice his face.

Whilst walking to the place he promised to meet her at, he saw multiple couples walking down the streets, holding hands, laughing at stories they told, and cuddling against each other as they walked

" Oh, you're here "

Petra said, as she waved at the boy, standing up from a bench that sat next to a beautiful fountain of water

" Oh hey, didn't think you'd come "

Ean replied as he smiled down at her, whilst taking a quick glance at her outfit

" You look nice today "

He added, allowing himself to hold her left hand, carrying it up softly with his, only to place a kiss on it

" You look very nice also "

Petra repeated, allowing the boy to kiss her hand as a small smile grew on her face

" I brought something for you "

The boy said as he showed her the sack of flowers. There wasn't really any particular type of flower, instead it was just a mix of multiple he picked out

" I didn't know what type of flowers you liked, so I asked the guy to put in one of each, is it to your liking? "

Ean questioned, as Petra took the flowers from him, moving them up to her nose to take a quick smell

" It smells nice, thank you "

Petra whispered, which made the boy smile. She liked the smell of the flowers so she continued to smell its scent only to be interrupted by Ean's arm appearing in her field of vision

" Come on, let's go on our date "

" Alright "

She replied as she slid her right arm inside of his. They then wrapped their arms together, starting to walk, the sun rising slowly, shining upon the two.
