At Riverside City's Remembrance Bar.

A young man dressed casually sat at the counter, swinging the glass in his hand. There was a mischievous glint in his eyes as he mumbled to himself whenever a person came into the store.

Unsure whether they were true, but the man sounded plausible as if he knew every person that was here.

His name was Ye Yang, a man trapped in time.

Sitting beside him was Su Muxue who had thick makeup on.

Ye Yang had been mumbling out loud because of her! He had successfully piqued Su Muxue's curiosity.

Ye Yang pointed to a man and woman arguing in a corner. "That woman will splash wine on the man's face."

Ye Yang chuckled then signaled to the side. "Pay attention to that lecherous man."

Su Muxue turned to look.

"He's a live-in son-in-law. At ten thirty-five, his wife will bring a group of people into the bar. Both he and the woman beside him won't have a pretty end."

Su Muxue glanced at the time. "Alright. Then I'll wait. If there's even a minute's delay, we'll see how you talk your way out of this."

Ye Yang grinned mischievously before finished his drink in one go.

Ye Yang merely smiled and focused on his drink, staring at the men and women immersed in the bar's music.

Su Muxue was staring hard at him as if contemplating a decision, her gaze seemed conflicted.

"You said you've slept with over ten thousand women whose looks are above eight. Then what about me?"

Ye Yang swung his whiskey glass, cradling his chin as he studied Su Muxue with mild interest.

"You don't pass."

He couldn't be any more direct and Su Muxue felt the urge to explode right then and there.

"Are you calling me ugly?"

"You've misunderstood. I'm actually not interested in women who wear thick makeup, but I can tell that you don't look half bad so I'll give you an eight." Ye Yang knew that he had struck a raw nerve so he quickly tried to remedy the situation.

"You…" Su Muxue was indignant.

Right before the storm crashed in.

At the entrance of the bar, a seemingly wealthy woman wearing gold-rimmed glasses came in aggressively with eight burly men in tow. Each of them had menacing appearances.

The woman marched right up to the lecherous man and grabbed him by the hair from behind.

"Stinking b*stard, how dare you look for vixens behind my back? I'm not human if I don't cripple you today!"

"Take him away! And that vixen too. I'm going to slash this b*tch's face open today. Let's see just how she'll seduce men after that."

The woman was furious. Her bodyguards did as told and the group left as quickly as they came.

Ten thirty-five.

Su Muxue glanced at the time to realize how on-point Ye Yang had been. For a moment, she stared incredulously at him.

"This… is too spooky…"

"Do you believe me now?"

"You… Do you have a special ability like predicting the future?"

"Special ability? You have quite the imagination." Ye Yang chuckled. "I keep repeating this day so it's only natural that I'd know."

"Haha, got it!" Su Muxue roared in laughter out of nowhere.

Ye Yang was surprised. 'Has she gone mad? Should I call her an ambulance?'

'Forget it. It'll all reset once I go to sleep anyway. Leave it.'

Thankfully Su Muxue couldn't read Ye Yang's mind or he would need to start coaxing her again.

"You must be a private detective that the rich lady hired and you're purposely using this method to court me."

Ye Yang laughed. He knew Su Muxue wouldn't believe him.

For ten thousand years, he had told countless people and the results were surprisingly the same. No one believed him.

It was his decision to expose his situation and it didn't matter if the other party believed him or not. Ye Yang wouldn't try to explain.

"You're speechless because I got it right, didn't I?" Su Muxue looked pleased with herself as if she had gotten number one in class.

"How dull. Remember to use a better idea the next time you court women." Having said that, Su Muxue turned to leave.

As he watched her back profile, a playful smile tugged the corners of his lips.
