Chapter 21

"And done."

I give Ren his gun back.

"Here you go."

Ren looks at his newly upgraded weapon in awe. I make his weapon so it can shoot a grappling hook so he can have more mobility. Not only that, but I also make his dual SMG that can combine and create an assault rifle. It exchanges attack speed for firepower.

Not only that, with the help of the Overwatch tech tree, I can make his assault rifle into a sniper rifle. To achieve this, I need to make his SMG larger and thicker to contain the three different bullet chambers. SMG bullet, Assault Rifle bullet, and Sniper bullet chamber.

Not only that, but I also make the knife underneath his gun into a thermoblade. A knife that heated up to do more damage. The primary function of this knife is to sterilize and cauterize the wound he gets. It can also be used to be an emergency stove.

"You press the button here and throw the weapon together, or you can just move them together if you want to make it into an assault rifle mode."

Ren decides to rest it and press the button near the trigger. A second later, a blue line appeared between the two weapons. When the blue line appears, Ren releases his gun, and a second later, he catches an assault rifle.

"You can use Dust bullet or my bullet. Your choice."

"Thank you. Thank you very much, Angelo."

"Think nothing of it. Now, let us see what Nora is doing before she decides to blow this ship away."

At the mention of Nora, Ren quickly nods his head and walks to the up section of Eli where my potion lab used to be before I decide to relocate it to the midsection and let Nora use it as her lab.

When we arrive in front of the lab, I know the door.

"Nora? Are you done?"

"A minute! Almost!"

A minute later, I can see Nora get out of her lab with a shit-eating grin on her face. I can see she is holding something in her hand.

"What is that, Nora?"

"This is Nora-Nora Bomb! With Combustion, Lightning, and Fire dust, I can make a bomb that stuns and destroys Grimm!"

I can see a small ball made of metal that glows a little. I can see that it was stable enough at the moment, but when it hits a hard surface with a good force, the concoction inside will explode.

"That is really good. You already calculated the amount of dust, so it is stable enough."

"Yup! I spend most of our time in the woods experimenting!"

I look at Ren, who let out a tired sigh before saying.

"Thirty-three explosions before she knew the amount needed to make that bomb."

"Really? Then why did she not have that bomb when we take a mission?"

"Because Lightning dust is expensive."

That is true. I checked the online price for a dozen lightning dust bullets, and it cost seven hundred liens for a dozen pistol-grade bullets.

"Fair enough. Anyway, Nora, do you want me to upgrade your hammer?"

"Really?!?"

"Yup. I already have a few ideas that I can use after scanning both of your weapons."

By scanning StormFlower and Magnhild, I can now access a semi-permanent tech tree of RWBY weapons. Sadly I can only make a weapon coming from Nora and Ren's weapon type. What I mean is that I can only make SMG, Grenade Launcher, and War Hammer.

"What idea?!? Can you attach a thruster to Magnhild so I can flatten more Grimm? Or can you add an electricity injector from those solar panels so I can use my semblance?!?"

That is a great upgrade, actually.

"Yeah, I can. A thruster and solar panel that regenerates electricity can be attached to your weapon. Do you want me to do it?"

"Do I want to?!? Of course! Magnhild will become even more awesome!"

I already can imagine what kind of chaos Nora will cause when she gets her new upgrade.

"Sadly, I am already running out of some material."

I look at Nora and Ren before saying.

"Do you want to take on more missions? We are only a few kilometers from another big village called Tsutsuji."

"Ah, Tsutsuji. It was a village close to Argus. They should be only five hundred kilometers away from the city of Argus."

I nod my head at Ren's answer before saying.

"Yup. They should have enough missions for us to take."

"Then what are we waiting for?!? Let's go!"

|3rd POV|

Angelo, Nora, and Ren arrive at the village of Tsutsuji. When they get near the gate, Nora and Ren get down from the snow fox that Angelo made for them. On the other hand, Angelo did not get down from his snow fox because he smelled something coming from the village.

"Blood."

"Blood?"

Ren and Nora look at him while tilting their head before taking a deep breath. Ren did not smell anything, but Nora was able to smell a hint of blood coming from the village.

"Yes. Blood is coming from the village. What should we do, sir?"

Nora looks at Angelo with a serious expression while taking her weapon from her back, followed by Ren, who is doing the same. Angelo gets down from his snow fox and says.

"We will get inside. There is no sound of fighting, meaning that the fight is already over. There are only two outcomes I can think of…."

"The villager is dead, or the fight is over, and the villager is in need of medical treatment."

"Yes. Come on."

After putting the snow fox inside the bag of holding, the trio starts to run toward the village. When they get inside, they can see many of the buildings near the wooden wall are half destroyed. Seeing the destroyed building, they start to think for the worse, but their dark thoughts disappear when they see a group of people in the distance.

They quickly run toward them and see many injured people lying on the ground.

"Ren! Nora! Take your potion and take care of the one that has level two and one injury. I will be the one taking care of the one with level three injury."

At his command, Nora and Ren start to take a bucket and a few gallons of water from the bag of holding before pouring the liquid inside the bucket. On the other hand, Angelo walks toward the people on the brink of death and takes out his stasis rifle, and fires it on one of them.

"Wait! What do you think you are doing?!?"

Angelo looks at the woman walking toward him with her weapon in hand before saying.

"I'm helping them. I'm a huntsman, and I have medical training."

Without wasting any more time, Angelo takes out his Biotic Emitter from the Soldier: 76 sets and places it on the ground. Second, the emitter releases a wave of yellow particles that get absorbed by the patient.

When the woman sees the wound on the patient slowly closed, she decides to trust this stranger.

While the Biotic Emitter can heal a small to medium wound, it cannot heal this man's heavy injury. Angelo then takes a device from his bag. It was medical glasses. The glasses are a tinker tech made from the combination of Overwatch and Team Fortress 2 tech tree.

These glasses are able to see what kind of injury Angelo's patient has and make it easier to take care of the injury.

The man in front of him has a piece of stone inside his body that needs to be taken out before Angelo closes the wound. After getting the stone from the patient's body, Angelo takes the Medi staff (A combination of Medi gun from TF2 and Caduceus Staff from Overwatch) and activates it.

An orange beam came from the staff and hit the man in front of him. In a matter of a few seconds, the wound is closed. When the man in front of him is stable enough to survive the day, Angelo looks at the young woman in front of her and gives her another Biotic Emitter.

"Press the button on top after you place them on the ground to heal the people. Gather the one that can be moved in one place and put the emitter near them. The device will do the rest."

The young woman nodded in amazement and quickly ran toward a nearby patient. She can feel hope surging out of her heart.
