2nd Day on the New World

Horado after hours of searching the building found some food or at least what he thinks as food mainly because the items were the only ones that closely resembled the food in his memories to be exact canned foods.

"I can't even check whether these things had expired yet as I don't know the date today nor do I know what'sinside them as the language is completely different yet still has the classic English letters" Horado sighed as he can only hope that he doesn't get sick due to it, sure he could just live a full metal diet where he eats metal everyday or even concrete or rocks if necessary but what about the one sleeping in the remaining culture vat? he wasn't even sure whether she has the same "powers" as him.

"How long will she even take?" while Horado was wondering about that he felt someone walking at the corridors, he grabbed a metal bar that has a spiky end, it was a pseudo spear he had created when he accidentally ate his pipe.

"Four feet?" Horado was confused since he was sure he only felt one being but he can hear four feet walking? there was only one answer that popped up in his mind and that was it was an animal.

Horado let down his guard a little as he deemed animals as less scary than humans since humans are much more irritating than them and much more of a pain to fight against.

However that thinking was almost turned upside down as he saw a dog as huge as a boar with tusks and tons of spikes along its spine, the fangs of it were also very sharp, its tail was also shaped like a two tipped fork made out of its bones along with the look of madness it really gave anyone who saw it quite the impact.

"Damn, that looks super cool" Horado managed to keep his composure due to the naivety he has on what really happened in the planet he resides in now, for all he knew everyone has a special power due to the fight he had earlier with the unnamed man and animals could have evolved differently.

Of course this wasn't really the case, there were some new animal species that were found, technology has advanced enough to the point that artificial intelligence is accessible by everyone, and humans were able to cybernetically enhance their bodies but not supernatural powers that he has.

The drug that the unnamed man he killed earlier was something like a blood booster, energizer, and blood producer nothing else, the inhumane regeneration speed was normal if anyone had taken it but after doing so he would have needed to cut himself repeatedly in order to get his excess blood out of his system or else his life would be in more danger and his death would be extremely painful and slow.

Horado's gaze became sharp then stabbed the dog straight through its skull without any time for it to realize that it had just crossed someone's territory.

"Now food is taken care off" Horado smiled as he took out one of the alcohol lamps, a tripod, metal sticks, and a lighter. This was one of the advantages of making his base in a laboratory as it has tons of stuff to help make life easier, there is even plenty of salt reserves.

"At least for now that is" Horado said out loud with a wry smile as he started to cook the dog meat, totally expecting it to taste disgusting yet edible but to his surprise once he started cooking the aroma alone was enough to make him hungrier than earlier. Once he had bitten into the meat, it didn't taste weird at all in fact it tasted like high class pork but with only the catch of being slightly tougher than pork.

As Horado was eating he also started to get one of the purified water bottles that was stored in the lab, he was really thankful to the one who stocked the laboratory with such things since he for sure knew that clean water wouldn't be pumping through the pipes and towards the faucet.

"How long will I need to wait for her? it's not like beasts would just wander here everyday" as Horado was thinking about that the culture vat suddenly became slightly smaller to the point that it was cramping up the one inside it as well as the clear yet murky glass from before shrinking to only make the face visible along with merging the solar charger with it and making two backpack straps appear at the back, there are also wheels at the bottom.

Horado's cheeks started twitching when he saw this.

'I have got to remember that this is not the world I know or at least this is the world of the future!!! things like this shouldn't surprise me!!' Horado forcefully made his brain remember such a thing then he noticed something along the lines of a handle, being the curious guy he is he went ahead and pulled it which made it open up something along the lines of a locker which inside is completely black like the abyss.

He decided to give up and just roll with the punches which was clearly expressed by him sighing in defeat.

'Even though it is not as big as before it is still as tall as me and probably heavier' Horado thought but he remembered it being rude to mention something about a girl's weight so he decided to forget the thought and once again roll with it.

Horado decided to smoke the rest of the awesome looking dog then toss it to the compartment as well as get all of the chemicals, purified water, necessary equipment and a whole bunch of metal scraps as his snacks as well as taking six sets of male lab gear and 6 female lab gear since those were the only only ones he could find.

"Time to leave!!" Horado shouted, his voice filled with excitement.
