Help her heal
Clara sniffed her nose to hold back her tears. Her chest heaved and nose crinkled.
"It must have been hard on her." She said, with her voice breaking.
Leo, who was so lost in the tale and looking so enraged, finally returned to his senses when he heard her sniff her nose.
He saw her eyes red and face getting flushed from holding her tears. Her orbs twinkle with tears that are yet to fall down.
He moved closer and had his left hand wrapped around her shoulders, bringing her head to his chest.
"Hey! Look at me. You don't have to cry, as this is what she hates the most. She doesn't like being pitied." Leo said, using his hand to clean the few drops that are about to fall.
Clara pulled back.
"She's a very strong woman. I don't think I could be as carefree as her if I went through all that." Clara said, knowing how she even hated Leo for something he wasn't at fault about.
"She's at fault as well." Leo spoke up.
