Football
People often bond with each other due to their similar interests. One such interest, in my town, is football. People of all ages often come together to play 3v3, 4v4, 5v5, etc. Since there aren't many kids in my town, there are barely 2-3 new classes each year. So, people are rather close and know of each other's capabilities.
This is why I'm currently practicing football, however, I can't seem to get its rhythm. I know a good way to figure the rhythm out. That is, to watch games, people online have more skill in football, but that's not what I want. I want to learn the tricks my piers use, basically, I'll have to watch live matches.
Right now I'm watching an 8v8 game between people my age. One of the teams has 5 people from my class and 3 parallel classmates. Their opponents are the current 12 graders, who will have to take a national exam if they want a chance to get into their desired university, but they're just wasting time by playing. Well, I don't really care about that.
One of my classmates is called Shota, he is tall, athletic, and most surprisingly, extremely intelligent. He's actually very close to Mel's scores, and she has perfect scores in everything. His light blue eyes, black hair, and serious look- wait, that's gay... Ya, he's a handsome fellow, no homo... People usually call him a lazy genius, because he's able to accomplish everything he's done without trying or listening to others. That's the rumor, and I just don't like the rumor. I mean, what can he do that I can't reach?
My goal is to get close to him and learn everything I can from him since whenever I'm around Mel, I just can't focus...
The desired outcome I want will be hard to achieve with him, after all, I want to find a moment where people who know me firsthand aren't around him... hmm...?
The match ended and Shota, the star player went to sit down, however, he was greeted by Mel, and she gave him a box of food. Shota smiled at her, and Mel smiled back.
Damn, I guess they're dating. Well, I didn't have a chance with her anyways...
