I woke up slowly, feeling the comforting warmth of the bodies around me. I opened my eyes and saw my brides still asleep, their faces serene in the soft morning light. An involuntary smile appeared on my lips as I observed the scene.

BEEP! BEEP!

The sudden sound startled me. I reached for my phone on the bedside table, trying not to wake the girls.

CLICK!

I unlocked the screen and saw a flashing notification:

"Template System: New update available!"

"Now the system will not only be in your consciousness but also on any device."

I frowned, intrigued. It wasn't common to receive updates so early in the morning. I slid my finger across the screen to read more details.

"Update 2.0: Enhancement of Diplomatic Skills"

WHOOSH!

I felt a slight dizziness as the information flowed into my mind. It was as if new neural pathways were forming instantly.

"Interesting," I murmured softly.

RUSTLE!

Rias stirred beside me, her eyes slowly opening.

"Good morning, Riser," she said in a sleepy voice. "Is everything alright?"

I smiled, putting away my phone. "Everything's great. Just checking some messages."

She nodded, still sleepy, and snuggled closer. I put my arm around her, thoughtful.

The new diplomatic skills could be useful for dealing with the delicate situation between the Phenex and Glasya-Labolas houses. Perhaps I could find a solution that pleased everyone without resorting to an arranged marriage.

YAWN!

Sona stretched on the other side of the bed, her glasses crooked on her face. "What time is it?"

"It's still early," I replied softly. "We can stay a little longer in bed if you want."

GRUMBLE!

My stomach protested loudly, making the girls laugh.

"Or maybe it's time for breakfast," I suggested with an embarrassed smile.

Slowly, everyone began to wake up. Ravel was the last, her blonde hair adorably messy.

"Oni-chan," she murmured, rubbing her eyes. "You promised ice cream..."

I chuckled softly. "Yes, yes. I didn't forget. But first, how about a decent breakfast?"

SHUFFLE! SHUFFLE!

Gradually, we all started getting up and getting ready for the day. While the girls took turns in the bathroom, I kept thinking about the best way to approach the situation with Iryuka Glasya-Labolas.

TAP! TAP!

My fingers drummed on the table as I pondered. With the new diplomatic skills, maybe I could propose a business partnership between our houses. Something that would benefit both sides without the need for marriage.

KNOCK! KNOCK!

A soft knock on the door interrupted my thoughts.

"Riser-sama," the voice of a servant sounded from the other side. "There is an urgent message for you from the council of elders."

I sighed, wondering what could be so urgent early in the morning.

"I understand. I'll be there in a moment," I replied.

SWOOSH!

I stood up, adjusting my clothes. The girls looked at me curiously.

"Duty calls?" Seekvaira asked, adjusting her glasses.

I nodded. "It seems so. Don't worry, I'll be back in time for breakfast."

KISS!

I gave each of them a quick kiss before heading to the door.

"Don't take too long," I said over my shoulder with a smile. "Or all the bacon will mysteriously disappear."

GIGGLE!

The girls' laughter accompanied me as I left the room, ready to face another day of demonic politics. With my new skills and their support, I felt prepared for any challenge that lay ahead.

CLICK!

The door closed behind me, and I straightened my shoulders, my mind already working on possible strategies for the meeting ahead. The political game was about to begin, and I was determined to come out victorious. Yes. Maybe I should check my status before doing anything else.

I haven't gained many Templates lately, but I gained 2 new abilities from my Big Will. Related to the God of War, and the Phoenix armor itself. Granting me immortality and infinite magic. When transforming, my soul becomes a perpetual generator.

So, back to my contemplation, why the hell did the system give me extra diplomatic skills? It's not like it would cause any problem. I remember I should go out with Serafall to "learn" from the Maou of foreign relations.

Now with my skills, maybe I can waltz through the problems that will arise. I continue walking towards my meeting.

Today, a meeting of the 12 Olympians was called, apparently Hermes has some hot information about someone. Probably some news about someone full of themselves.

I walked silently to my throne and soon saw each of the members of the 12 entering one by one: Zeus, Hera, Poseidon, Ares, Demeter, Apollo, Artemis, Hephaestus, Aphrodite, Hermes, and Dionysus.

Then, my father positioned himself for my brother to begin.

"With all twelve of us Olympians gathered, we can discuss all the happenings in the lower world," affirmed Zeus, who nodded for Hermes to take his position.

Hermes stood up, his serious expression contrasting with his usual playful demeanor. A tense silence hung over the throne hall.

"My dear brothers and sisters," he began, his voice echoing. "I bring alarming news from the lower world."

WHOOSH!

A sudden breeze swept through the hall, making the torch flames flicker. I narrowed my eyes, sensing that something really important was about to be revealed.

"Speak quickly, Hermes!" Zeus thundered, impatient as always.

The messenger of the gods cleared his throat. "Well, it seems there's a new player on the board. A demon who has acquired... an armor similar to Athena's..."

GASP!

Exclamations of surprise echoed through the hall. Resurrection was something extremely rare, even among immortals.

"What do you mean?" I asked, my mind already working on the implications. "What kind of power does this demon possess?"

Hermes hesitated for a moment. "He... he's using armor. Armor that resonates with the power of the Phoenix."

BOOM!

A thunderclap rumbled outside, reflecting Zeus's agitation. But I barely heard it. My thoughts were focused on one thing: the Phoenix armor.

"Impossible!" I exclaimed, standing up abruptly. "The Phoenix armor is a sacred relic, guarded by us for millennia. How could a mere demon..."

But then, something inside me shuddered. A resonance, as if an invisible string had been plucked.

PING!

I felt a strange vibration, as if something was calling to me. It was the armor, I was sure. But how? Why now?

"Athena?" I heard Artemis call, concern in her voice. "Are you alright?"

I shook my head, trying to compose myself. "Yes, I... I felt something. The armor, it's... resonating."

MURMUR! MURMUR!

Murmurs spread through the hall. The other gods looked at me with a mix of curiosity and apprehension.

"What does this mean?" asked Poseidon, his trident gleaming menacingly.

I took a deep breath, trying to organize my thoughts. "It means that this demon not only possesses the armor but... somehow, he is worthy of it."

CLANG!

The metallic sound of Poseidon's trident hitting the floor echoed through the hall.

"Absurd!" he roared. "No demon can be worthy of a god's relic!"

But I was no longer so sure. The resonance I felt... it was something I had never experienced before. It was as if the very essence of the Phoenix was communicating with me, telling me it had found a true bearer.

WHOOSH!

I felt a sudden urgency to learn more about this demon. Who was he? How did he get the armor? And why did it choose him?

"We need to investigate this immediately," I declared, my voice firm. "I will go to the underworld myself to learn more about this... Riser."

GASP!

Again, exclamations of surprise. It was not common for one of the Twelve to descend to the realm of demons.

"Are you sure, daughter?" asked Zeus, his thunderous voice now softer, laden with concern.

I nodded, determined. "It's necessary. If this demon is indeed worthy of the Phoenix armor, we need to understand why. It could be a threat... or an opportunity."

SWOOSH!

With a gesture, I summoned my own armor, feeling its familiar and comforting weight.

"I will leave immediately," I announced. "Keep Olympus on alert. We don't know what other surprises this Riser may have in store."

As I prepared to leave the hall, I couldn't help but feel a mix of apprehension and... excitement? For millennia, we hadn't faced such an intriguing challenge. Who was this Riser? And what would his rise mean for the balance between realms?

THUD!

The hall doors closed behind me, and I set off into the unknown, determined to uncover the mystery of the Phoenix armor and its new bearer.
