"Kyle Come down stairs and eat your breakfast, you are going to be Late for school!" his mom called from downstairs.

Kyle quickly put on a shirt before rushing downstairs to Kitchen, where his Mother and his 1 year older sister waiting for him at the kitchen table. His Mom quickly stood up and pulled him into a big hug while congratulating him. "Happy Birthday my sweet boy, already sixteen. Me and your Father have Planed a wonderful Party for Tonight after school, so make sure to come back quick after school is over. Okay?

Before Kyle could answer to his mother, his sister let out a loud sight before grabbing her bag and left showing her dislike towards him.

"Thanks Mom, I will definitely come home as fast as I can to eat your Special Chocolate cake."

His Mom gave him a kiss on the forehead and send him off to school with an sandwich in hand.

Just as he finished his sandwich the siblings Lisa and Luis his only friends joined him on the way to school and congratulated him to his birthday.

"Happy Birthday Kyle! Did you get Lucky and finally awakened your Martial spirit or your system?"

"No I didn't, but I already expected this and didn't put my hopes up, there has never been a case of someone awaken there martial spirit after the age of 10 and the system after the age of 15."

"Your right Kyle, but you should never lose hope, there is always a small chance left."

"Lisa you don't need to cheer me up, I have already accepted the possibility I never awaken an Martial Spirit."

Just as they walked through the entrance Kyle finished his sentence.

"Let's not speak about it anymore right now or we come too late to history class."

As the three walked to class Kyle began to think about the past.

"10 years ago his older sister was the best and nicest older sister until she awakened her High Earth grade 6 Winged Angel Martial Spirit which even summoned a phenomenon of an giant 8 Winged Angel clad in golden Armor standing in the sky. It was even big enough to be seen from a close by city, making her the most Talented Person ever Born in there small city Solas even though she did not awaken her system she could still be considered a top genius worldwide and not just here in Solas.

"Today we talk about how Martial spirits and Cultivation realms are categorized and the difference between cultivator and beast, does someone in this class wants to explain it by themselves or do I need to choose one at random to answer.?"

Lisa quickly raised her arm.

"500 Years ago when a group of angels and Demon appeared and fought, this fight almost caused the destruction of humanity leaving only 30% of our population, but once some of the Energy called qi entered our world trough the same passageway they came from it started to undergo a change and after a while our world began to give birth to its own qi allowing us to awaken Martial Spirits, that the Angel decided to pass some techniques and records on to us for us to support them in their fight against the demons.

Now The cultivation realms are divided to Body Tempering, Qi Gathering, Foundation Establishing, Golden Core, Nascent Soul and Lastly the boundary Realm each being split in 9 realms while Martial Spirits are graded by Ungraded, Seed, Spirit, Earth and Heaven grade also split in low middle and high grade.

People with ungraded Martial spirits have almost disappeared as the density of qi increased over time, which couldn't even step into the 4th Layer Body Tempering no matter what they did, while every grade above can reach with enough lucky encounters and cultivate up to the nascent soul Realm, but only Earth grade and above can reach the Boundary Realm which only nine of where born in these 5 hundred years in total but the comprehension ability still varies to a great extent with the same grade of martial spirit."

You can freely fly in the sky with their martial spirit after fusing with it, unlike us with us who need to reach the golden core realm to fly like us with my Earth bull and my sisters 12 Petal snow lotus Mid seed grade Martial spirit with barely any hope of ever reaching that realm with such a low grade Martial spirit, so Kyle would you chose a Martial spirit with the ability to fly over one with an slightly higher grade right Kyle?"

"Don't ask Kyle such things Luis, you know that it's too late for his Martial Spirit to awaken!"

"Don't worry Lisa I don't take Luis words to hearth and I would also like to have a flying Martial spirit to be able to freely fly early on instead of a slightly better one to be able to fly far in the future as an old man."

As the Three Approached the training field there were surprised that some people turned around and left, they quickly understood when they saw their teacher with a group of older students approaching the training field from the other side, as the last time one of their classmates of the same grade got hurt so bad the teacher wasn't able to heal him completely, leaving the student permanently Blinded and disfigured as no Alchemy pills where available to reappear th e damage caused exactly by someone from this class following behind the teacher.

"Students today your seniors agreed to become your sparring partners so please gather together in groups of two with one of each class." 

"Mr. Hearth we will take great care of our juniors and will be more careful that no accidents happen like last time." Kyle's sister said who approached the field from between her classmates with a nasty grin on her face, while staring towards Kyle.

Their Teacher Mr. Hearth quickly moved each pair to a separate field. And Naturally Kyle had the Worst luck and was the last person left and got chosen by his sister on which face you could already see her cruel intention for him.

"All Techniques and Martial spirit abilities are allowed, but intentional causing serious injuries is forbidden and will bring serious consequences with it, if you ignore this warning!

Light injuries can quickly be treated with my Martial Spirits Ability "Drop of Vitality". Now start with the spars!"

It isn't necessary to let the Martial spirit appear outside of her body and was just a display of her superiority over the otheres.

Even without using any Techniques she beat him like an punching bag, as he was just a Mortal without Cultivation, the speed of a 2nd Layer Body Tempering Cultivator would been enough to make him unable to react to their Attacks.

His Body being Mutilated by his sister again and again, while a Tree branch appeared above him while almost every minute a small green droplet fell onto him, causing him each time to recover in almost an instant, before being beaten again until most of his bones where cracked by the next punch continuously for whole 3 hours, until the lesson was over.

After the final time Kyle got healed by his teacher and the end of the lesson was announced, the two siblings Lisa and Luis quickly run up to him and helped him up.

"Kyle are you okay!? That looked really brutal what she did to you, she really did everything she could to hurt you as much as possible without breaking the Rule!"

"yea I'm fine, just really tired right now, because teachers Martial spirit can't recover mental strengh and I'm sure my sister became like this because of her teacher as her personality made a complete turn after she became his student, his other students are the same as her."

"This can't be, I have met her teacher Mr. Ramiel once, he is a nice person unlike his students." Luis responded, but his words didn't changes Kyles mind about him.

"Me and Luis are going home, to quickly get your presents before quickly catching up to you. Okay?"

"Yes, but don't take too much time or I will eat all off the cake without you two." Kyle laughed knowing they would be arriving earlier than him with their 5th Layer Body tempering Cultivation, even if they run home first.

Around a third of the way home he felt that something was of, walking through a small forest section he walked slower and listened carefully to the surrounding, hearing something approaching from behind, he was barely able to turn his head far enough to see his sister throwing a punch at him before he was knocked out.

Regaining consciousness a few times for a few seconds after a short moment already hanging over his sister shoulder, he overheard her speaking with at least 4 different people he recognized as her Fellow student of her Teacher.

One of the Person yelled at his sister: "How can you fail knocking out a mortal, while staying unseen if he returns alive teacher and us four won't protect you from punishment like last time, because this can't be put as an accident!"

"Don't yell at me like this I needed to wait until we left the Schools Array and who could expect he was able to react to me approaching at my Max Speed after noticing somehow something was wrong! "

After a few deep breaths his vision finally cleared up he didn't just pull the stick out and instead broke off the protruding pieces to keep the hole plugged up to not bleed out.

Following the footsteps left by the group he realized as he was unable to spot any buildings in the distance that they must have brought him to the inner region of the Demonic Forest, where Demonic Beast up to Early Foundation Establishment realm can be found and not the core area as there even early golden core realm Demonic beasts can appear which would even for them would mean certain death if they meet one and he was sure they wouldn't take such a risk to get rid of him, as already the Body tempering beast in the outer regions would be enough to cause his death.

Following the footmarks left by the group for a long way the sun slowly began to settle behind the horizon, he slowly began to worry that his luck is going to run out, because many Beast become more active during the night.

While Kyle had stumbled through the Forest his friends had already arrived at his home after some delay they ringed the doorbell, while holding there Presents.

 Kyles father opened the door. "Good evening you two, isn't Kyle with you?"

" Good evening Mr. Light , Kyle isn't with us, He went first because we went to get the presents where we got delayed by our parents for some minutes, so we were sure that he must have already arrived here as we didn't saw him on the way here."

"Come inside first, he will probably be here in a few minutes then if he isn't here just jet, he probably took a small detour. Let's just eat a piece of Cake until he gets here." threw Kyles Mother in from behind her Husband on the dinner table, while cutting the Cake into equal pieces.

After having waited until the sun started to set, Kyles parents and his Friends had already became really worryed. "Something must have happened to him, I will Contact the guards to start to look for him and if there is any special movement of beasts in the outskirt of the Forest."

After some time Kyles Father finished his call with the Guards. "The Guards are sending twenty scouts to check for abnormal movement and if Kyle can be found anywhere."

"Why did something need to happen to him, especially on his birthday?" cried his Mother to herself when his sister who is sitting on the couch in the corner of the room and suddenly throw a fit of rage with tears in her eyes.

"Why are you always like this, only caring when something happens to him like I am not important to you after he was born!

"Rina why would you say something like this, we always care for you we just gave more with Kyle as he needed it more without being able to cultivate?" her worried father told her.

He quickly took the Phone and called someone. "Principle Mert you need to quickly put Mr. Ramiel and my Daughter Rina under arrest, he is a user of the Forbidden Martial Spirit Extraction Technique and took my sons Martial seed and integrated it into my daughters Martial Spirit."

"Mr. Light This a big accusation, so are you sure about it."

" Yes, My daughters Martial spirit became a Heaven grade Martial spirit, but is clearly showing signs of disharmony with her."

"I will use everybody available to contain him."

Just as the call ended the world was covered in golden light letting even the strongest cultivator shiver under the pressure, but then it just disappeared as fast as it appeared.
