back in Khanville Humzah had prepared hot chocolate for Nizaam and himself, the two drank it while Nizaam told his story as he finished by saying

Nizaam : and that's what happened.

Humzah : your story sounds unbelievable.

Nizaam : I knew you'd say that, I've gotten used to people thinking I'm a liar, but if I am lying than why is my brother dead?

Nizaam's statement seemed legit but Humzah came back with the perfect response

Humzah : how do I know that you didn't kill your brother?

Nizaam's eyes became teary but he somehow smiled and said

Nizaam : ever since I was born everyone hated me my father, my relatives, my class fellows, girls stayed miles away from me, the only people who loved me were my mother and my brother Umair, I lost my parents and everyone else in the Great War, Umair was the last reminder of my life before the war and now that he's no more I have nothing, I lost my home, my parents, my brother all that is left is my life and I think I'll lose that to soon.

Nizaam's words left Humzah speechless as Nizaam continued

Nizaam : if you don't want me to stay, I'll leave right now but I am not a liar.

seeing how Nizaam was adamant about him not being a killer, Humzah said

Humzah : very well unless someone blows the whistle on us, you are safe with me but if I find out that you were involved in a crime than mark my words it will be your last day.

Nizaam seemed pleased back at Ashhad's house Ashhad and Aliza were in the kitchen as Ashhad said

Ashhad : alright the roasted beef is coming along nicely, how are you doing Aliza?

Aliza : amazing the cookies are going to be ready in just 10 minutes.

Ashhad : that's great news, hey what do you say we send some over to Humzah, Hussnain and Aaron's place.

Aliza : that'll be wonderful.

Ashhad : than it's settled, by the way where's Zulqarnain?

Aliza : outside practicing some combat.

Ashhad : Ok I'll be in my room if you need me.

Ashhad went to his room, he went to the bathroom splashed some water on his face, came outside and combed his hair as he went and sat on his bed suddenly he started to feel a weird tingling feeling in his head, thinking that maybe it was because he was tired, Ashhad laid down on his bed the feeling persisted and soon Ashhad started feeling a strong headache, Ashhad tried rubbing his head to soothe the pain but it soon got out of control, Ashhad grabbed his head and started howling in pain it was like if his head was going to explode just then he heard two people speaking it sounded like 2 girls were arguing with one another

Girl 1 : what do you mean a war like game, our people have already suffered alot due to the Great War.

Girl 2 : I'm sorry but this is my world I make the rules here.

Girl 1 : you lied about this being a virtual dystopia.

Girl 2 : this is a world for the strong dear not a safe heaven for the weak hearted.

Girl 1 : you're insane.

Girl 2 : no sweetie I'm divine.

the voices stopped and the pain also slowly faded away, Ashhad somehow got up he could not believe it, the headache dissapeared like as if it never existed as Ashhad said to himself

Ashhad : what was that?

just then Ashhad heard Aliza calling his name from the kitchen

Aliza : Ashhad the cookies are ready.

ignoring what had just happened Ashhad went back to the kitchen.
