Chapter 22
After explaining to Val the details about our mission, It has already been decided that we will head out next day at the morning.
The feast had ended and everyone had already went to bed... I am now lying in bed, trying to get to sleep. No matter how much sheep i count that is jumping over a fence (some kind of trick believed to be able to help you fall asleep), I'm still in a deep thought of the message that Mr."R" is trying to tell me... i could only think of a few people who would know of those stuffs and most of it are all servants in the palace that are already dead now because of a sudden attack back then...
The emperor who would make games for us, died and left the empress on her own to rule over the land while Harkeste lead the battle field...
It couldn't possibly be Harkeste... Marish is already dead... Who in the world could be behind and created this organization?...
It couldn't possibly be mother and father for; only me, Marish, Harkeste, The majesties, and the servants of the palace knows of it...
Well...There is one time when father pestered his majesty to teach him so that he could play with me too but, His majesty didn't want to share it to father and in the end, he was not able to learn about our game...
These kind of thoughts kept on swirling inside my mind... I didn't notice it but, i gradually fell asleep.
It is morning already and we are about to go and continue our journey. Kaishin and Val went on a separate carriage while Comil and Fesil stayed together with me.
"Are we going in a disguise as a merchant like what you guys did at the church?" Val asked to Kaishin...
Well...Kaishin and Val are going to act as a Baron and his accompany... Ours are... Entertainers...
Kaishin told this to Val and things get quiet afterwards...
We would stop from time to time to have a picnic which would make us relieve our bodies...
"Who wants sandwiches???XD" Comil asked excitedly...
All of as would hurry to raise our hands and try to reach out to the sandwiches... It was really fan!
The boys would have a hunting and sell it later for some coins...
As always...Kaishin would use his favorite bow and arrows to hunt, Fesil used his daggers, Val used a a shotgun.
I just can't help but feel impressed every time they do hunting. The air around them changes and i could tell how amazing their concentrations are...
Their eyes just looks at the prey and widens when they attempt to shot it...
As soon as they put their eyes to their prey, They would never let go of it...
Kaishin with his bow and arrows, would look sharply at the animal and shot it down the arrows. After waiting patiently for the right time, he would set the arrows flying to the prey and never stops at shooting at it until it stops moving...
Val would lie down and kill the prey with just one shot with his shot gun...
Fesil would act like a ninja and jump from one tree to another... Landing at big beasts and kills them from behind.
After hunting down some animals, they found a new prey...
It is a boar! A boar which have a minimum fat and looks delicious when cooked in a low fire...
The three gave signal to each other with just a mere stare... They understand and agrees to have more competition which is to hunt the said pig.
The pig runs away fast as they make bullets, arrows, and daggers fly towards the three would chase over it around...
"Wow! this is the first time that i can't hunt a beast!" Kaishin said as smile with excitement
Kaishin would stretch his bow's string and place two arrows to be fire... Fesil would run fast and draw his daggers...Val just shoots anyways...
Comil and I stayed at our place, just chilling out with teas and cupcakes...
After running around, Fesil finally hunt the boar and we enjoyed a roasted boar later on.
