Seeing that Wendy had taken a step forward, Hanson stepped forward and pulled her away. He stood in front of her and said coldly to Evan, "She's not a special medicine. It's not that effective. Don't be so talkative. Hurry up and go to the ward and rest."

Evan smiled at his serious brother. "It's just a minor injury. I don't need to stay in the hospital. The doctor asked me to go back and take care of myself."

Wendy lowered her head and looked at the blood oozing out of the bandage on his leg. She narrowed her eyes and asked, "Not in the hospital?"

"No, oh, I'm leaving. I'm going back," Evan said as he once again caught his friends in his own club.

The few of them helped him out of the room. One of them said quickly, "Don't worry, sister-in-law. The doctor said that although Evan's wound is not small, it doesn't hurt his muscles or bones. It won't be a problem for him to recuperate for ten days to half a month."

Hanson's expression was cold. "Stop."
