After a long struggle, finally, Shao Chen managed to let the coin off on Chen Liqin's palm.
His face was horrible but he could restrain himself from seizing the coin back.
Chen Liqin did not expect this result. With a flush, he stroked Shao Chen's head. "Good job! You can give me a coin for once a week and I will help you become smarter!" He could not help feeling happy and proud – as if witnessing the moment when his son became a grown up.
Shao Chen wanted to object the notion about the coin but did not know why, Chen Liqin's hand and praise making Shao Chen happy and comfortable. The corner of his mouth spread until it almost touch his ear.
'Wait a minute!' Chen Liqin suddenly came back to his own. He did not know why he was feeling very happy for Shao Chen. Noticing what he was doing – petting Shao Chen's head with a silly smile – he immediately pulled his hand away.
