It had been a day and a half since Aurelia had taken off to explore, leaving Zariel to silently watch on the airship. 

Presently, he sat beside Professor Lupin, observing the feed of Aurelia battling a hoard of Surians that populated most of the Isle of Vatar. She smiled, wet with red liquid, as she slaughtered whatever beast entered her sight, displaying a peculiar degree of Arcane Arts and Swordsmanship that left many watching stricken. 

It wasn't uncommon for an Arcane Mage to dabble in the path of a Warrior. After all, Arcana required knowledge and wisdom, while a sword didn't require an adept level of understanding to use. It was ready to kill on arrival.

The main benefit to Arcane Warriors was their ability to use the Arcana in their bodies to ignite the Arcane Rune, which bolstered their physical prowess, allowing for said Arcanist to be able to match the strength of natural monsters.
