One day, the peacefully world of humans was shaken by the arrival of a huge black obelisk that was made from an unknown material crashed into the earth.

Wherever you look you can see a huge black pillar the humans called 'tower'.

Ofcourse at first humans were greatly shocked on the arrival of the mysterious tower but then soon after, the tower incorporated to the lives of the people they treated it like it was not there and just continue their own lives... But then a great disaster happened...

Spatial rift opened from different parts of the worlds. In the middle of the cities, provinces, islands, jungle even under the deep oceans different kind of rifts opened, releasing monsters that killed half of the human population...

Then a miracle happened preventing the human extinction. The system appeared and people suddenly gained abilities, with that humans reclaim their position in the earth and then soon they rebuild the earth...

But not everyone was gifted by a powerful abilities... Just like me but i adapted to the world and use my skill as a team leader to build a guild that would fight monsters and bring peace to the world...

"Open Status" as i said that a light blue screen pop up Infront of me indicating my status.

As i look on my status i let out a depressed laugh. "Just like i thought, *sigh* what did i expect?"

I closed my status window and look my reflection on the mirror sitting in my desk.

I can see a man in his 30's full of wrinkles and some white hair but from one glance you can tell that he's experienced and have gone through many problems.

"Yeah pretty sure I'm still charming hohoho-"

*Knock* *knock* my narcissist moment abruptly stoped by a knock on my office door.

"Come in."

After i let them in 2 men wearing a shiny and expensive looking armor carrying big swords and a woman wearing a red robe with a golden linings in the hems stand before me.

"Hmm? Why are you three here?" They were no strangers to me as they were the core of the guild i workhard to build.

The tall and bulky man with a big sword and a shield open his mouth first. "We would like to tell you something important Jus."

"And what's that?" I looked at Darren with a confused look "why so serious?"

"We... We like to dissolve the agreement jus." Angelo the swordsman of the trio said that .

I halted and look at the three of them seriously. I calmed down and confront them "so you three want to leave the phoenix guild?"

Sheena, the girl wearing robe and the mage of the trio snorted. "Us? No, we want you to leave the guild Jus."

I used to be the long ranger of the group using a gun and supporting Darren and Angelo from the back. but ever since i became a guild leader we hired Sheena as a substitute while i work on the guilds affairs.

"Hoho And who do you think will handle the guild? " I massage my beard and look menacingly at Sheena.

It looks like i still have the scary look of a leader because Sheena stopped and move back a little. Then Angelo go infront of her and look at me directly in the eyes.

"We plan on dissolving the phoenix guild and the Knight guild will merge the guild under them." He said

"Hahaha merge? Dissolve? I will not stan by and look at the guild i workhard to raise only be dissolved and be eaten by some half assed guild!"

"Sorry Jus but you don't have a say in these we already agreed to be merge with the knight guil-"

*Bang*

A small cut was made in Angelo's cheek as i fired my mana gun on him.

"Shut your trap, Traitor's vote isn't consider when making a choice in 'my' guild." I then get another mana gun on my other free hand and aim it at them. "It's gonna land in your head next if you spout nonsense again."

"What are you doing guys! He's just a normal guy! Why are you both hesitating?!" Sheena chant a fireball magic and a fire was condensing infront of her.

*Bang*

"Your going senile now Jus, you missed me." Sheena said.

I smiled and looked at the two guys with a concern face. Ofcourse they would be concern as i didn't get to be the guild leader with half assed skill.

The bullet that missed Sheena's face land on the vase near the office door. Upon shattering a bright blue orb revealed inside of it and suck all the mana from the room.

"Urk! An anti-mana device!" Without any mana the magic Sheena conjuring disappear and without mana she is good as a normal human.

I shot another round of mana bullet towards Sheena's legs but a big shield deflect it. Darren as a tanker doesn't need a mana to deflect a simple mana bullet.

I continuously shot the shield but darren wouldn't budge and still standing. "Good, but i think you forgot what i teach you about defending."

I throw an enhanced version of a granade over his shield. "Sh*t take co-"

*Boom*

A large explosion explode infront of me but i already take cover under my desk and wait for the smoke to come out.

After the smoke cleared out i saw Darren and Sheena on the corner of the room knocked out by the explosion but Angelo is nowhere to be found.

There's only one explanation. It's his skill stealth, making him practically invisible against enemy. But there's one weakness in stealth. It can't hide the sound of his movements.

*Clang*

*Bang* a piece of vase shattered when i aimed at it. "Haha how could i fall for that decoy, urk!" I spat out a huge amount of blood as i feel the same sword i gift Angelo on his birthday.

"*Cough* such an irony.. i get to die... By the hands of the teammates i... I worked hard to raise... Ha.. hahah.. *cough*" when i looked down i can see the sword that pierce through my stomach, dyeing my clothes and the floor with my blood.

When i looked back at the man who killed me, i can see that he is crying sadly and his eyes full of sorrow. "Hahaha Don't... Even do that.. it doesn't suit you.."

I weakly slumped on the floor with the sword still in my belly, with my last strength i reached for the secret button under the chair.

I cannot let others take possession on something i worked hard on so i put a detonator under my chair just incase this day would come. The detonator is connected to our guilds confidential documents and our treasury.

*Boom*

Like a symphony the last thing i could heard before i die was the explosion of my guild second with the trios alarmed screaming..

..so i died with a smile.
