WHITE SPACE

Walking inside the small shelter,the place became huge and magnificent,that Ling had to dash out and then inside three times.But the place was just real, small outside,huge inside.The internal was brightly golden with numerous tiny white glowing butterflies flying all around the room.

"I don't think that the current technology can do this.This is just complete magic.

"Don't tell me that you want me to stay in this place with you..."

"CAN'T YOU SHUT UP!.I think it would have been best if you just stayed with that spackle gum on your mouth."He warned as his fingers were producing spackles again.This made Ling to shut up.That gum wasn't comfortable as it was slightly giving a burning effect on his lips and cheeks when he had it on,just minutes ago.

They kept on moving forward until they reached the centre of the huge house.Raising his right foot, Alexander heavily stomped the ground that shook and everything became in a slow motion except for him and Ling.He chanted some words as his eyes turned white.After that,a cylindrical glass platform ascended from the ground reaching Alexander's tall height level.

"What the heck is that??"Ling was beyond annoyed seeing the object inside.

"This...is a weapon.It helped the Queen of blood alot in the olden days."

"If she was old, that's obvious she'll need this,but who needs it now?"

"You."

"What?!Do I look old to you?Are my legs hurting whenever I walk?Does my waste look like it hurts to you?"

Alexander ignored all the questions as he placed his hand on top of the cylinder where there was a faint blue glow.The glow dimmed down and suddenly the item started shaking like crazy banging every side of the glass.Seeing Alexander move to the side,Ling started to have bad feelings as he slowly walked reversely.The glass shattered as the item flew like a spear towards the young lad.Inches away from his face,it stopped then turned vertically.

"It can sense that you have the blood energy in you.You are its next master."

Ling looked at the thing with an annoyed face,"A master of a crazy lifeless staff?Heck am not a mage."

"You are like one now.Take it,and you know what,you don't have to keep it infront of public eyes,I saw her make it disappear and reappear.You'll get the hang of it very soon."

Ling hesitated but took took the staff by his hand and suddenly his body and the staff on his hand began levitating and radiating with red aura.

"What the heck is going on!"Ling screamed because he was unable to control his body.

"I don't know either!"Alexander's reply just made Ling to panic more.After some time,Ling landed on the ground softly.He observed his body trying to see if he had any odd features.

"Please tell me I don't have horns."He prayed.

"Nope,only red hair."Alexander replied.

"Cool!"Ling touched his hair as he pulled some strands on his face and he could see beautiful red hair.

"Now, let's get moving."

They were now outside the shelter,in the middle of the white Alexander stomped the ground hard enough to cause an earthquake.

"What do you think you are doing—"Without even knowing it,the adult had disappeared from his side and no where to be seen.

"Oh I hate that old man!"

The ground started shaking,and this time,it was Alexander shaking it.The surface began cracking and from the inside,huge black beasts with white hair appeared.All the white bushes were now full creatures.Ling held his staff with both hands tightly as he looked at the giants that were hundreds in number.

The girls found themselves in a complete white place.It had been very long since they were here.Ming had come to learn about angels and the heavens and hell.All these were explained to her by Erin.

Erin saw that it would be of no use hiding her history from Ming.The little human found it very hard to digest all these explanations.They had ventured the white place for long and it didn't seem to have an ending.All they encountered were angel beasts that were dealt with very quickly by Erin.

"How long are we going to stay here?"Ming groaned as she stopped and fell on her knees.Erin turned around and looked at her with a sorry look on her face.

"Am sorry Ming...for including you in all of...these..."Erin apologized.

"No it's not that,am very hungry.I think it has been a month or something."Ming replied.

It was normal for humans to always get something to eat at least per day to retain their lives.But for Erin,she is an angel.Beings that don't depend on food.They would only feed on direct energy.Ming on the other hand, she's a human,and her life depends on the carbohydrates and proteins and more.

"It's too much Erin...I can't go on..."She was gasping for air as she held her flat belly tightly.The acid in her stomach was beginning to burn her insides.A white foam rushed from the corner of her lips as she wriggled like crazy on the white surface.

"No-no-no-no-don't you dare do that!"Erin cried as she darted at the wriggling human on the ground yelling at her.But with no effort, Ming's heart rate slowed down with her face becoming pale.Her eyes closed gently,as her body was unmoving.Only the dying heart beats were heard.

"I can't afford to loose another ally,"Erin promised,"Forgive me for what am to do Ming,I hope you'll forgive me."

Erin closed her eyes focusing on her angel energy.She moved some of it to her hands from her core,and placed her palms on Ming's chest.The energy rushed to Ming's body causing it to shake and shake at a fast speed.With that,she stopped.The human aura that Erin was used to from Ming,she no longer sensed it.The little girl had acquired a new aura and scent.
