Prologue (2)

Once the body was disposed of, the next experiment started .

" Subject 29: Jack Steele

Age: 22

Specialisation: Bomb tech

Relatives: None

Start the download of the neurosync, " Jason said. As the neurosync was downloading, Jack started screaming and tried to free himself from restraint until the download was complete.

"What's your name? " Jason asked

"Jack Steele," he replied.

"Give him a gun," Jason said. As Jack held the gun that he had never held before, he felt streams of information pour into his brain as he faced the target being set up.

"Shoot the target," said Jason as Jack moved towards the target and took three shots, all of which were headshots.

"Download of the neurosync on Subject 29 was a success without any side effects," Jason said as the scientists celebrated their first success in the experiment of the neurosync.

The scientists started the last test on Subject 30.

" Subject 30: Thomas Jackson

Age: 25

Specialisation: Marksman

Relatives: None

Start the download of the neurosync, " Jason said. The same process was repeated, and the outcome was the same. The experiment was also successful.

The next day ( Day of presentation)

On this day, all the people involved in the neurosync project were present. Both Jack and Thomas were put in a stadium like building where people, targets, and a wide range of weapons were laid out for the final test. All the people involved apart from the scientists were put in VIP boxes with different kinds of entertainment.

They started the test with weapons usage and target practice, which they both passed in, but Jack performed better than Thomas due to him being of a younger age, which made Thomas mad.

They then started the hand to hand combat test but with a slight twist to make it more entertaining it became a fight which Thomas was happy to do but Jack wasn't which made people involved mad because they didn't want a Subject they couldn't control so they started the the with hand to hand combat with normal soliders and made the final test a fight between Jack and Thomas while telling to make sure he kills Jack. During the fight with the normal soliders Jack made, he only knocked them out while Thomas revelled in bloodshed he was creating . During the final test between Jack and Thomas ,Thomas was given a knife, which he hid before the fight. During the fight, Jack had the upper hand throughout and brought Thomas to the floor and as he was about to give him a final punch in the face to knock him out Thomas used the knife he brought to stab Jack in the stomach who looked at Thomas in suprise while the spectators were happy. The scientists were then instructed to bring Thomas to them while Jack was left bleeding out on the floor and burn the place down to clear their tracks as they had found the perfect solider in Thomas.

The warehouse was burnt to the ground as all the traces of the neurosync project was erased.
