chapter 23

N/A: well here the author again with a comment to reach 1400 words, my other story I won't continue it until I finish this one and the good news is that I have free time now that I got out of exam times and I will upload chapters daily at most and leaving a day assured, another thing your author really knows how to speak English at least to maintain a conversation, but I'm lousy in writing and in reading I'm fine after all it takes to read manga in English and the reason why I don't correct the chapters is because I'm lazy and that's why I'm looking for someone who can help me in that, to go from Spanish to English for free, after all I have money to pay my university.

Well, this chapter will tell the story of Brayan.

"What's to tell, my mother left my father because he was an alcoholic and beat her a lot. That really doesn't bother me after all my father deserved it, but....."

"BECAUSE SHE LEFT me, BECAUSE SHE LEFT me Suffering WHILE SHE WAS LEAVING.....!" cried Brayan, he could tell he was hurting more and more, so much so that tears kept welling up in his eyes.

"Because I was abandoned by my mother..... I spent day after day being beaten by my father, who did nothing but take it out on me, as I remembered my mother. Several nights I dreamed of my mother coming to take me to get me out of the hell, in which the house I should call home had become."

"But there came a moment when I gave up. ....I really gave up living and wanted to kill myself, so I climbed on the bridge near my house and planned to throw myself off, but that's when I was saved by Max, a little puppy, who took me and played with me, at that moment I felt relieved and calm, it really helped me a lot to want to live, it was months in which I didn't care what my father told me, what he yelled at me or hit me, because I always met Max, who came to the bridge every day at the same time to give him food."

"but all good things come to an end, my father found me when the dog followed me into the house there he hit him and then me, I was devastated, so much so that I didn't know what to do, I felt anger and hate and I took a beer bottle and threw it at his head, I felt full of life when I hit him, I wanted him to feel the pain that Max felt, I took the broom and kept hitting him, I would do it again, but Max never came back I went from orphanage to orphanage, as they thwarted any suicide attempt, after my father was arrested, until I got here, I thought I would have the same air as all the orphanages, where if you were a freak the kids would leave you, but here I felt comfortable, the opposite of my thoughts."

But I still won't let you separate me from Max again, please!

*Sollozo

"Don't separate me from Max, please."

I am nothing more than a tenant of that orphanage, I didn't know if I had a say, after all the owner was Aiko, but even if I had to kneel I would do it to keep the dog, after all Brayan really needed him and I didn't have the heart to separate them if I could do anything.

"Well come on, I'll do my best" taking Brayan's hand, we left as we were followed by Max, who kept wagging his tail in happiness.

At a slow but calm pace we arrived at the orphanage, it was that time of 3 a.m., all the buildings around the orphanage were completely dark and the street lamps were the only thing that illuminated our way, as a star and lighthouse that guided us there was the orphanage shining with its light and the children and Sherry and Aiko standing there waiting for us.

Sherry was the first to run to hug Brayan, then the children arrived and finally Aiko, she looked very worried, but I had to do something I promised and I did it.

AIKO, PLEASE LET THE DOG STAY! I shouted as I bowed and begged kneeling down, everyone saw me but I didn't feel sorry as I didn't raise my head.

Please! I shouted a voice next to me, which belonged to Brayan.

The scene shocked Aiko, who had kept quiet, it really hurt her what she had caused. She was hard on everyone but Max was a very big dog and Aiko didn't want to lose any children to dog attack because of her decision. After all, she wouldn't forgive herself.

But apparently if I took it out, I would lose more than just the children.

PLEASE!

Several screams began to be heard from all the children who followed Brayan's example. The scene moved Aiko, she did not have the heart to reject them.

"Good" a few simple words which brought several smiles to everyone's faces came from Aiko's lips, who left with a smile.

"He's going to stay with Max."

"You shouldn't have stayed out late" spoke Sherry, who was helping me after what happened. Now I was sick, who knew.

"Yes, but I couldn't leave Brayan sad."

A kiss on the cheek, that's what she had given me, I really felt confused with myself at that moment. On one hand I felt happy and my heart was beating, but also my heart hurt, I felt that I was being unfaithful to Sara, even if it was nothing serious and it was just a kiss on the cheek.

"What a time" I said to myself as I closed my journal, really, I would have fun reading.

"Brother Ethan, let's go" shouted Brayan, who after that day did a 360 turns in attitude and now spends his time being cheerful and having fun with everyone.

"I'm coming" I replied as I looked out the window at everyone having fun in the snow, nothing surprising, after all I lived on a mountain where the white of the snow tired my eyes, but having fun playing with the kids wouldn't be bad.

N/A: Well with that I finished talking about the children, in the next chapter, I will talk about sherry and some more chapters about the activity of Umbrella, before moving on to another story from the perspective of the father and then we will move to the action, well I think it will be until chapter 30 if it does not lengthen, it is not known, I have the planned outline of events in a booklet, but it is that sometimes I add something and remove, but I assure you I will add more things to the resident vile games, like new notes, new weapons and new enemies and a new story, after all think that several years have passed since Umbrella has been developing its biological weapons better now and in the next chapters will come the trigger of what it needed for Umbrella to take action in its plan for world control.

I will try to read the Resident Vile book to give better material, after all I am a loyal fan of the games, but I didn't read any Resident Vile novel and apparently the plot is better explained there.
