Ethan was taking breakfast to Sherry's room. It was really confusing to get to Sherry's room and for that Ethan was thanking Emily who was the one who gave him the direction to Sherry's room.

It's not like Ethan had a bad direction or otherwise would have gotten lost coming to the racoonita after only seeing a map.

"So this is Sherry's room," Ethan said to himself. As he entered the room, faint breaths could be heard on the other side of the door, signaling that Sherry was still asleep.

Ethan slowly walked into Sherry's room as he carefully set down the tray with Sherry's breakfast.

Once he left Sherry's breakfast, Ethan was about to leave, but he saw Sherry's face, he could see the peace in Sherry's face, so with a slight smile Ethan left the room while Sherry opened her eyes.

Sherry noticed the breakfast tray, but she already knew who did it. After all, it wasn't that hard to figure out, after all there were only two people who could cook at the orphanage.

Ethan had told her yesterday that he could cook and with Sherry knowing how stubborn Ethan is, it was no surprise that he made breakfast for everyone.

"This is delicious!" said sherry to herself as she took the first bite of breakfast, it was bacon with scrambled eggs, it had several spices that combined with the flavor of the scrambled bacon and eggs.

Sherry didn't even know that spices would be poured into a dish as basic as bacon and scrambled eggs other than oil, so she was taken by surprise by the gastronomic skills.

On the other side of the door Ethan was heaving a sigh that he didn't even know he had, he was really very anxious, thinking that his food would not be to his liking.

After all he had improvised, since in the mountains where there were only mostly vegetables, there was no way to cook using the vast amount of ingredients and that is why he could only rely on his knowledge from reading cookbooks and using some spices that smelled good, at first it was a total failure, but then he succeeded and felt quite satisfied, but even so nothing took away the nervousness of every chef, now he felt calmer to hear the words of sherry, so he went down to see the children.

As he walked down the stairs, Ethan really felt weird, it was an indescribable feeling that he let go, it must not be anything bad, after all he trusted sherry.

Once under the stairs, Ethan was met with the scene that would make any chef happy, everyone who tasted his food had satisfied smiles while rubbing their stomachs.

"It was really worth the effort I put in," Ethan said to himself.

"What do you want to do now? " spoke Ethan snapping the children out of their momentary bliss, who were feeling lazy now that their bellies were full.

"Let's go I don't know the truth. " Jacob replied confused, he wanted to do something but outside he was going outside and sleep was returning to him and all the other kids.

"" Wow, they are a lazy bunch, where is the energy they showed me yesterday" spoke Ethan enthusiastically.

"He left...we have classes today and I just want to go back to my room, " Jacob replied, being followed by everyone else.

"No going back to beds, since you are awake now you change and go to school" Sherry spoke as she came down the stairs with her plate as she ate.

"But it's too early, classes start at 8 and it's 7:20 and the school is close by. " complained Lexis, Jacob's best friend if Ethan remembered correctly.

Ethan saw them playing team war yesterday and assumed they were friends, so he wasn't surprised that they behaved almost alike, they even looked like brothers.

"What did you say lexis?"He asked Sherry with an authoritative tone.

"Sister Sherry, you just look beautiful today. Lexis decided to retire better, she really didn't want to take a beating.

"Well go on and go upstairs and get ready."

"" Yes, sister Sherry, " they all said as they walked away grumbling.

"Thank Ethan for getting you up early" Sherry spoke as she poured the hatred of all the kids, more lazy ones at Ethan while avoiding laughing. Sherry was really going to have a good time now that Ethan was around, it was something else to have someone your age to have fun with.

Ethan, who heard Sherry's words, had nothing to say, he had really woken them all up, but he really wasn't going to keep quiet.

"kids don't put all the blame on me, sherry told me that if I didn't wake them up early and they were late they would clean the whole garden and I felt bad and woke them up early, while I get to clean the garden, really sherry treats me like a slave" Ethan spoke pretending some tears, while giving sherry an evil smile, really who did sherry think he was, he was not an errand boy.

"Don't worry, kids, sister Sherry is going to clean up the garden as an apology, she's not doing it like sister Sherry, " said Ethan as he turned his gaze to sister Sherry, along with the other kids.

"Fine...you win, I'll do the yard clean-up, we were all supposed to do it, well now go get changed, what with all this it's already 7:40 "sherry surrendered she was now lying on the couch while giving a smile.

She really enjoyed conversing with the children so openly as she opened up to everyone, not as a caregiver or a sister or a mother figure, but as one of them, a friend.

"You do well with children" spoke Sherry as she looked at Ethan with her curious sky-blue eyes, at Ethan.

"Well yes, I actually have experience with babysitting. Where I come from most of my time I used to help take care of a little girl whose name was Abie, I considered her my little sister. "Ethan was getting lost in his mind, he thought about what had happened with Abby, he really missed the little doll of joy.

"I see and why did you come here, I guess you're not from the racoon city "snapped sherry out of his thoughts to Ethan.

"Sure if you don't mind answering" sherry spoke as she thought she was intruding too much on Ethan's privacy.

"no problem well yes, I really wanted to know more, I was always in one place, it got monotonous for me to live there, I wanted something else before I live my whole life for something I don't want to live for" replied Ethan, actually even though he didn't tell her the whole truth, he felt he could trust this half truth to sherry.

Well we're off! Sherry wasn't scared by the voice because she knew who it was, so she just stopped Ethan as he was about to leave to see who the man was.

N/A: Well in this chapter Ethan opened up a little bit with Sherry, did you ever feel like you wanted to tell her something that eats you up inside, but without telling her the whole truth because you still want to keep the rest to yourself and you just want to free yourself and feel better, well that's what Ethan did in this chapter Ethan.

Well in Sherry's case, they have to spend much more time on that. After all, Ethan's problem is nothing compared to Sherry's, she still needs to fix her internal problems before she trusts someone to help her carry her problems.
