Interrogation

Each of the captives had been restrained and had their heads leaning back with their sight blocked.

One of them was awakened by Kimi after each of them had the poison removed from their bodies by the use of Heal Bell.

A towel was placed over their face and water came down over the top of the towel.

The wetter that the towel became and the more it stuck to their face, the more they started to writhe around and panicked.

The suffocating feeling they were enduring almost like they were drowning continued for a couple more seconds before the cold water stopped falling onto them and the towel was removed.

"Cough cough cough! Ugh! Ha.. ha.. hua!"

An unrecognisable voice spoke from behind them. "This will only get worse if you do not give me everything I want. I will slowly work on you and you will give me what I want. If you do not want to do so then you will have to endure far worse. If you do not give me anything then I can always get what I need from the others. Perhaps they will talk faster than you."

The man started to try to look around and asked. "What do you want from us? Who are you?"

The voice continued. "You must be mistaken about something. i am the one asking the questions here. So how about we begin. First I want to know where your assets are and other places you and your group may have been working from."

The man grit his teeth and shouted. "I will not tell you."

The wet towel was placed back over his face and he was soon made to endure the same torture.

The moment that he could no longer hold on was when he was given a moment to catch a breath.

"Hua..ahaa..ahaa. Stop.. please…"

The voice spoke again. "Just give it up then this can stop."

He answered quickly. "Everything that I have is here. There is nothing more."

The next moment he was forced to endure the torture once again.

Kimi's use of aura allowed her to monitor others auras and the subtle differences shown by their heart rate and bodily reactions.

It made it so much easier to pick up on telltale signs when people were lying.

Her experience as a cop in two lives let her have a better grasp when people were lying but the aura senses only enhanced that and made it more accurate.

She picked up on the most subtle of signs of lies and continued to torture, the aura sense allowed her to monitor when their bodies were at the point of breaking so she knew when to stop.

Kimi moved through each person interrogating them for all kinds of information related to their group, their past crimes, their private stashes and those they had worked with in the past.

Once she gathered enough information, Kimi pressed her finger against the earpiece after knocking the captives unconscious. "Did you get all that?"

P spoke to her. "Yes. I will arrange the rest so you can leave now. I am sure that there are other places that you need to visit to follow up on the collected information. I will arrange a drop off point for your findings and we need to talk a little later about how we will progress with this."

Old P had set up a location to work from temporarily that was not yet told to yer but he had many points that could be used to exchange things.

Those drop off points could be used as points of contact or exchanges that he would visit at a later date or would send someone else to access it in his place.

That point would then be abandoned to avoid him visiting that point again and exposing his location.

The illegal Pokéballs were collected and everything of value that was kept around was placed in bag and was carried out by her.

Later that night, Kimi had made her way closer to Saffron City after checking a nearby location that had been used to stash some valuables.

She changed into a new set of clothes and stopped by the designated location outside the city wearing a coat, cap and glasses.

It was another old an abandoned building and with a little moving of the floor boards, there was a metal safe underneath.

Kimi typed the number combination to unlock it and lowered a back bag into it containing everything she gained. "I will go searching for the hiding places soon but one of them is a public locker within Saffron City. I know the passcode to open it but if left too long, it could be exposed to the authorities."

P replied. "Enter the city tonight or tomorrow. I will hold off making a report for as long as possible."

He intended to make an anonymous report so the criminals could be caught but there would be a limited time to how long they would be able to endure without food or water.

If enough time was bought then Kimi could get to the important resources and funds of the group to take them away before they were arrested and those locations were made known to the authorities.

All of the poisonous Pokémon would be collected and sent to a place where they could receive proper treatment and be given homes while the other pieces of evidence would be dropped off by someone who had been paid to drop them off.

Kimi touched the earpiece again as she spoke. "So what is it that you wanted to mention before?"
