A dismissive snort reached her ears. She paused and then realized that Jordy was right beside Harold.

Harold glanced at Jordy. Seeing that he had no intention of speaking, Harold spoke hurriedly to Gloria, "Okay, I'll let him know."

Harold hung up the phone, hesitated for a moment, and then looked at Jordy. "Mr. Collins, are you sure you don't want to work with Miss White?"

Jordy snapped with heavy sarcasm, "The project isn't working. Gloria is now in charge of it. She made me lose so much money. Why should I work with her?"

Harold said nothing. Jordy continued in a cold voice, "Go find out why she returns to the White Group."

"Yes, sir."

Gloria's phone buzzed just after Harold hung up on her.

She glanced at the number that was flashed up on the screen and then answered the phone.

Without waiting for her to speak, Jonathan said gently, "You're now working at the White Group?"

"Yeah."
