Currently, save for him, the Divine Hall was completely empty, with no sign of the bustling crowd or Demon Players trying to do business like what he had seen in his previous life.
When Feng switched his gaze to the exchange counter, where a lone female Demon NPC sat with a bored expression, a glint appeared in his eyes.
'I suppose it's about time to test out my new Subclass.' Thinking of so, Feng smiled and approached the exchange counter.
At the same time, he switched the Swordsmanship Great Grandmaster Title for his newest one, the High-Class Consort Title, while also simultaneously activating Intoxicating Eyes and checking the demon girl's information with Eros Vision.
[Mariabelle]
Tier: 3
Level: 150
Gender: Female
Race: Demon
Title[1]: None
Age: 355
Cup Size: D
Mental State: Bored
Physical State: Normal
Stamina Remaining: 100%
Affiliation[2]: Dark Forces, Receptionist of the Divine Hall
Relationship Status: None
Favorability: Friendly
Sexually Attracted: 3%
Fetish: ???
Appraising the receptionist with the Unique Identification Skill, Feng got the frame of her body perfectly outlined and presented to him, along with her basic information being displayed; with only the demon's fetish remaining unknown until he investigates a bit more for himself.
But Feng was more interested in seeing the changes her stats would undergo upon him using the skills he had recently acquired on the Demon Receptionist, so Feng paid close attention to the System Panel as he began his first official seduction after obtaining the Seducer Subclass.
When the female Demon NPC at the counter noticed her first client approach, she put on a customary smile and asked, "Hello, sir, may I know what item you wish to exchange for?"
Sizing up the human smiling at her from the other side of the exchange counter while greeting him, Mariabelle locked eyes with Feng, instantly becoming mesmerized by the pair of pitch-black orbs within which a faint pink light swirled.
For some reason, the Demon Receptionist felt her body start to heat up ever so slightly, and the human before her began to seem much more pleasant and... sexier?
Questions about why she was beginning to feel horny by just being in the human's presence popped up in Mariabelle's mind, and she wished to look away from his eyes that made her feel as if she was getting drunk in order to maintain her composure and do the job of a receptionist properly.
Yet, her body didn't listen, staring into Feng's eyes, becoming drawn in more and more.
Feng noticed that Mariabelle's Mental State had switched to Faintly Aroused as Intoxicating Eyes did its wonders, and he could see from the visual reaction she was having to the Special Skill how effective it was.
Wanting to up the pressure on the demon girl's willpower which was quickly dwindling under the influence of Intoxicating Eyes, the High-Class Consort Title and his presence as an Advanced Master Seducer, which could even seduce Tier 5 powerhouses, Feng leaned over the counter.
With his arm resting on the exchange counter's wooden surface, the slight smile on Feng's face grew wider, causing the Demon Receptionist to be pulled deeper and deeper into his seducing abilities as if Feng was becoming the only thing she could see.
Feng brought his face closer to the demon girl's, and seeing her cheeks turn redder by the second while he could sense her gaze take on a feeling of intensifying desire, he summarized that seducing an intelligent Tier 3 female creature was trivially easy with just the Intoxicating Eyes skill at his current standard of an Advanced Master Seducer.
He barely even needed to lift a finger, and Mariabelle was already Aroused, entertaining the idea of fucking Feng judging from the look she was giving him right now as she squirmed in her seat. There was no need to put in much more effort or use his other abilities like Lustful Domain.
"What do I want to exchange for?" Extending his other hand towards the Demon Receptionist, Feng caressed her warm cheek and continued "There are several items that come to mind, but at the moment, I suppose there is one thing I want to obtain from you more than anything else."
"O-oh, is that so? And what is it that you want me to give you?" Shyly asking, Mariabelle couldn't help but think this human was very bold and brazen, acting in such an inappropriate, suggestive manner.
But, surprisingly enough, she didn't dislike it.
In fact, it only served to increasingly turn her on for some reason, making the demon girl want to give Feng whatever he asked of her as indecent thoughts began plaguing the girl's judgment on how someone of her position should act.
The smile on his face turning even wider and more seductive, Feng brought his mouth closer to the receptionist's ear, and whispered something to her in a seemingly mesmerizing tone that made Mariabelle's mind spin, eyes widen, heartbeat accelerate, mouth slightly part, and her previously flushed face turn beet red.
At the same time, Mariabelle could feel her private parts become wet.
---
It was a peaceful day like any other in the World Summit.
Due to players still not having access to any means for arriving here, there were basically no visitors, with only some NPCs coming and going as they passed the trial for entering the World Summit.
Hence, the Summit's atmosphere was quiet and calm, unlike the hectic scene which will be the norm once players began polluting the space.
Suddenly, however, the World Summit's silent peace was disrupted, moans piercing through the air and echoing across the mountain.
No signs of the erotic moans disappearing were present either, the sounds of pleasure that originated from the Divine Hall only growing louder with time.
Only after an hour of nonstop moans filled with ecstasy radiating out of the hall did the World Summit return to its former quietness.
Inside the Divine Hall, upon the restoration of its sacred aura after the human and demon had blasphemed at and on the counter meant for the Divine Staircase's challengers to exchange items for the rewards they had earned through painstaking effort, Feng was now sitting on the chair previously preoccupied by Mariabelle.
As for the Demon Receptionist?
She had found his lap as her new seat, the demon girl's naked body resting against Feng's chest as she breathed heavily, panting with her eyes closed and trying to regain some energy after the pounding she had just received.
Meanwhile, Feng, who was also naked but in complete contrast to Mariabelle's current state, seemed completely calm as he searched through the system interface for the items available to exchange his Shrine Points and Exploits for, not having broken a sweat during the intense session he had just been through while fucking the demon on top of him.
Compared to what he had experienced while entangled with Serena, this was nothing, merely a light workout and barely enough for Feng to warm up.
He casually glanced at the system notifications he had received after seducing the receptionist and the information granted to him by Eros Vision, whose diagram of the girl had greatly expanded after engaging with her in an exchange of passions, saying her Favorability of him had changed to Infatuated, while it was revealed that the demon girl's kink was bondage.
System: Mariabelle has been successfully seduced. Difference of 2 tiers and 84 Levels. Rewards increased by 284%. Seducing Proficiency increased by 38 points. Obtained 5% of current EXP bar.
Having confirmed some of his powers as a Seducer on the Demon Receptionist, Feng had lost interest in Mariabelle, no longer finding the girl useful for his experiments due to her weak strength.
However, she could still provide some help to him in other departments, and Feng had asked her to call up the exchange shop for him while he let her rest for a bit after seeing that the demon girl was running on fumes and couldn't continue for much longer at the pace they were going; which she gladly did upon seeing a chance to catch her breath.
Among the items displayed, without a doubt, Bloodlines were the most valuable, followed by some Fragmented Legendary items depending on the two's rank and strength; as well as God Crystals, which some may value more than Fragmented Legendary items depending on their needs.
Having very little interest in these Fragmented Legendary items, Feng focused his gaze on the Divine Hall's Bloodlines.
There were a total of 33 different Bloodlines available for exchange.
Among them, 23 were Basic Bloodlines, eight were Advanced Bloodlines, and two were Peak Bloodlines.
Meanwhile, any single one of these Bloodlines could cause experts to go crazy over it; even apex experts would be willing to pay any price to acquire one of these Bloodlines.
Even the most ordinary Bloodline would allow players to undergo a qualitative transformation.
Take the Frost Bloodline, for example. It increased the owner's compatibility with ice-type Skills and Spells, improving their Skill and Spell Completion Rates and base power. In addition, players with Bloodlines would gain some extra Basic Attribute Points every time they leveled up. In the case of the Frost Bloodline, its primary focus was Intelligence, while Strength, Agility, Endurance, and Vitality were secondary. Moreover, the bonus Basic Attributes gained through leveling up would further increase with each tier promotion.
Eventually, as players rose in levels, the gap in Basic Attributes between players with Bloodlines and players without Bloodlines would also grow increasingly wider, to the point where the disparity could instill despair.
However, the prices of these Bloodlines were a bit steep.
Of the two Peak Bloodlines available, one needed 340,000 SPs, while the other needed 360,000 SPs. In addition, both of them required three Exploits each. These Peak Bloodlines were even more expensive than the top-tier Fragmented Legendary items.
As for the eight Advanced Bloodlines, even the cheapest among them cost 200,000 SPs and two Exploits, while the most expensive one cost 260,000 SPs and two Exploits.
Basic Bloodlines, were what Feng was picking from after his first run on the Divine Staircase during the previous timeline due to his lacking Shrine Points and Exploits, even then struggling to pick the best one for himself.
Even the cheapest Basic Bloodline, which was named Boulder Bloodline, cost 100,000 SPs and one Exploit. The Boulder Bloodline improved a player's Defense, and the main Basic Attribute it increased was Endurance.
Apart from the Bloodlines and God Crystals, though, there weren't many items that could catch his interest among the ones offered at the Divine Hall.
Not from the regular exchange options, at least.
Feng then clicked the Advanced window on the exchange menu, resulting in a large number of extra items, that hadn't originally been up for purchase, to appear.
These were the extra items only available to Advanced Members of the Divine Trial for purchasing once they upgraded their membership.
Within this exchange window, a wide range of items far more precious than nearly anything offered at the regular one could be bought.
Legendary items, Inferior Divine Artifact Consumables, more high-ranking Bloodlines, Divine Artifact rank materials, Advanced God Crystals, Tier 5 and a few Tier 6 Magic Scrolls, Great Grandmaster rank Magic Arrays, potions and dishes, all kinds of high-ranking Designs, Recipes and materials, as well as a variety of other valuable items.
Originally, Feng had thought that he'd have to pass the 100th Divine Shrine before he could become an Advanced Member and have access to all these treasures, as that was the easiest method he knew of from his previous life.
But thanks to the system's reward for being the first to get past the 50th Divine Shrine, he had taken quite the shortcut.
The items here were a bit costly, however, as even the cheapest item on the Advanced Menu costs more than 300,000 Shrine Points and an Exploit, so Feng didn't have too many choices to pick from considering the prices of the items that would be useful to him.
Once he went back up and got a whole lot more Shrine Points as he climbed even higher than before, though, Feng will have plenty of options on the useful things that he could purchase from the Divine Hall; far more than if he could only buy stuff from the regular shop.
The benefits of being an Advanced Member on the Divine Staircase didn't stop at being able to get more goodies from the hall.
Players who had managed to become Advanced Members, apart from getting a 15% Shrine Point and one Exploit discount on the items sold on the regular menu, will also be able to exchange for more items than regular players.
Many of the items available in the Divine Hall, such as Bloodlines, were limited resources in God's Domain. Although they were available for exchange at the Divine Staircase, every Fragmented Legendary item and Bloodline was unique. Once one was taken, its listing would no longer appear at the Divine Staircase.
In addition, players wouldn't be allowed to exchange for items of similar rank and type in the future, which implied that players could exchange for only one Basic Bloodline at the Divine Staircase in their lifetime, and they would have to buy an Advanced or Peak Bloodline if they wanted another Bloodline.
The same rule applied for Epic and Fragmented Legendary items as well. Players were limited to only one such item.
Advanced Members, on the other hand, had fewer restrictions when it came to what and how much of it they can buy. Feng was now allowed to exchange for five items of the same rank and type from the Divine Hall's basic menu, and for two of the same rank and type from the Advanced Menu.
With this benefit, Feng could purchase five Basic and Advanced Bloodlines of the ones up for exchange, as well as both Peak Bloodlines, along with two Bloodlines of each rank from the Advanced Menu; on the condition that he had enough Shrine Points and Exploits for all of them, of course.
And when it came to Bloodlines on the Advanced Menu, Feng couldn't help but look over them curiously.
In the previous timeline, when Feng had visited the World Summit for the third time and took on the Divine Staircase again after a significant period since his first go at it had happened, plenty of Demon Players had already been capable enough to pass the 100th Divine Shrine, becoming Advanced Members of the Divine Trial and getting access to the Divine Hall's Advanced Menu.
Naturally, the pioneers had purchased most of the best treasures available at the hall, and the following expert players had cleaned up the remaining top-tier items.
Hence, there had been no Bloodlines, extremely powerful Legendary items, or nearly any high-ranking resources left by the time Feng obtained his Advanced Membership and looked through the Advanced Menu.
Now that he was the first one to get it, with no other players having even arrived at the World Summit yet, Feng naturally wondered about what great items had been snatched up by those Demon Players before he learned of this matter.
He already had an idea of what to expect, as, apart from investigating the entire thing very thoroughly, uncovering plenty of useful information concerning the World Summit and the Divine Staircase in the process, there had been a period in the previous timeline where Demon Player experts started getting a decent number of Legendary items and other very rare things out of nowhere, which would normally be extremely difficult to obtain and attract attention from others, but Feng had no intel on some of these items or how they were obtained.
This caused him to grow suspicious of what kind of source Demon Players had come across, and was one of the main reasons he had Zero Wing start investigating the World Summit afterwards, finding out all its secrets and where the treasures used by the Demon Player experts had originated from.
Nonetheless, when he actually got a look through the items up for exchange, Feng was still shocked by the sheer volume and quality of quite a few of them, some of which he had never even seen or heard about before.
The Bloodlines offered were the greatest surprise by far, however.
Although the Advanced Menu had fewer Bloodlines available than the regular one, with it possessing a total of 30 Bloodlines, their quality was incomparable. There were no Basic Bloodlines on the Advanced Menu, only Advanced rank and above.
Within the stock, 18 were Advanced Bloodlines, every one of them being more expensive and powerful than the ones players with a regular membership had access to, being second only to the two Peak Bloodlines on the regular menu, and 11 were Peak Bloodlines.
Not all of the Peak Bloodlines were of the same power level, though. Three of them were only better than the two offered to all players by a small amount, but the other eight's power and value were significantly above that of those five.
When it came to the difference in Bloodlines' rank, the increase they provide doesn't just stem from how bigger of a boost players get in terms of Life Rating and Basic Attributes upon consuming them.
Instead, each Bloodline rank added onto the benefits it provided.
Basic Bloodlines increase a player's combat power by either improving their compatibility with something like an element or some certain skills, or just giving an overall boost to one stat of a player such as Defense, Attack Power, some Resistance, or something like Movement Speed, along with primarily focusing on improving one attribute, while the other four get smaller increases;
Advanced Bloodlines, on the other hand, usually gave both benefits, simultaneously improving a player's compatibility with whatever the Bloodline's specialty is and some attribute that it was connected to, as well as mainly increasing two attributes instead of the Basic Bloodline's focus on one, with the two's boost even being larger than a Basic Bloodline's primary attribute;
As for Peak Bloodlines, their effects were even more amazing. They would no longer simply increase a player's compatibility with skills and spells of some element, but the actual element itself, or just a flat-out enormous improvement to some part of the player's strength, as well as providing a boost to some factor of a player that was many times larger than the one possible to receive from an Advanced Bloodline.
But this was only the initial part of what made Peak Bloodlines a heaven-defying tool that could turn even an ordinary player into a top-tier apex expert. Each Peak Bloodline has a certain chance to give the player who consumes it a special skill related to the Bloodline, which would grow in strength along with the player as they progressed through the tiers.
The amount of attributes players would gain from Peak Bloodlines was naturally worlds beyond from before, three being a main focus of improvement rather than the two of its inferior counterpart, and aside from Basic Attributes, Peak Bloodlines would also increase one of the player's Hidden Attributes.
Although all Bloodlines increased some Hidden Attributes of a player like Physique, Stamina, and such due to improving the consumer's Life Rating, which gave an overall improvement to a player's entire being, Peak Bloodlines would increase the player's Hidden Attributes by an amount that depended on the Bloodline's quality and purity similarly to how Bloodlines with ranks below it increase a player's Basic Attributes.
For instance, of the two Peak Bloodlines available in the Divine Hall's regular shop, the first was called the Ferocious Salamander Bloodline, which would greatly improve a player's compatibility with the fire element and increase the player's Attack Power by, what was Feng's estimate, 5% per every level they rose;
It would give the player a certain chance to get a skill called Flaming Oscar, which would increase the power of all fire-type skills and spells by one tier up to a maximum of Tier 6 Peak standard.
As for the attributes from the Bloodline, the player will mainly have their Strength, Endurance, and Agility increased, followed by Stamina, Vitality, and Intelligence; the Ferocious Salamander Bloodline costing 340,000 Shrine Points and three Exploits.
The second Peak Bloodline offered was the Omnipotent Mirage Bloodline, improving the player's compatibility with the illusion element and reducing the Cast Time of all spells by a certain amount that grows with the player's level, while the Bloodline has a chance at giving the player a skill called Dual Strike that would create a copy of nearly any skill or spell used by the player with 40% of the original's strength.
It primarily focused on improving the player's Intelligence, Vitality, and Agility, followed by Endurance, Strength, and Concentration; the Omnipotent Mirage Bloodline costing 360,000 Shrine Points and three Exploits.
Both were incredible treasures that even the powers in the Greater God's Domain would fight for, but the Peak Bloodlines up for exchange on the Advanced Menu were even better.
Most likely due to a difference in purity of the Bloodlines, of the eleven, three were only a bit better than those two.
The remaining eight, however, were practically a rank higher than the other five Peak Bloodlines, the improvements they could provide being far better in both abilities and attributes, while one of the main attributes they increased was always a Hidden Attribute, some even having a second Hidden Attributes as their secondary focus.
Their prices were also significantly higher, with even the cheapest costing 500,000 Shrine Points and three Exploits.
Even the Apex Powers of the Universal God's Domain would be greatly interested in these Bloodlines due to the benefits they provided and how rare such Peak Bloodlines were.
Still, not a single one of those Peak Bloodlines could hold a candle compared to the last Bloodline on the Advanced Menu's list, which had instantly attracted Feng's attention.
At the bottom of the list containing information on the Bloodlines offered to players with an Advanced Membership, a Bloodline going by the name of the Draconic-Voidling Bloodline sat.
Unlike the remaining Bloodlines, this wasn't a Peak Bloodline, but an Apex[3] Bloodline that was a rank higher.
[Draconic-Voidling Bloodline]
Increases compatibility and effects of all dragon-type skills and spells used by the consumer, as well as any that are related to the Void, while all fire-type skills and spells are enhanced with Dragon Fire. Gains near immunity to the void's oppression, while attributes and Movement Speed are increased depending on how deep the player is within the Void. Attack Power is greatly increased and all attacks gain the Void Erosion[4] effect.
Has a significant chance at granting a random Draconic Spell upon consumption.
Mainly improves Physique, Stamina, Strength, Endurance, and Fortitude, followed by Agility, Vitality, Concentration, and Intelligence.
Requires 1,800,000 Shrine Points and six Exploits to exchange.
Being an Apex Bloodline, the benefits of the Draconic-Voidling Bloodline were akin to what one would get when changing races, potentially even greater depending on how the player utilizes them.
Apart from the great improvements to some of the player's skills, which were especially useful to Feng who owned the Heavenly Dragon's Breath, just the boost to the Life Rating and attributes players would obtain was unfathomable, with all five of the Five Main Basic Attributes and four of the Five Great Hidden Attributes[5] getting an enormous increase.
Hidden Attributes would not increase a player's damage. Similarly, they would not decrease the damage a player received. However, they were far more useful than Basic Attributes. Unfortunately, Hidden Attributes would not increase with a player's level. They would only increase through special means.
Increasing one's Hidden Attributes is extremely difficult as there are very few sources that provide a large boost. Fortitude, in particular, which was the most valuable attribute among the Five Great Hidden Attributes, is the rarest among them.
Fortitude was somewhat similar to a monster's Mana Body.
First, it decreased the impact external injuries had on a player's combat power.
The second effect was to decrease Stamina and Concentration consumption during battle, allowing players to fight for longer periods.
Third, it reduced the impact Stamina and Concentration depletion had on a player's combat power.
Due to these three major effects, players thirsted for the Fortitude Attribute. This was especially true for experts.
Expert players normally incorporated certain combat techniques during battle. These combat techniques placed a heavy burden on their Stamina and Concentration. In the cases of some Combat Techniques, although the burden on a player's Stamina was minimal, it was a massive burden on their Concentration. Hence, players had to limit how often they used Combat Techniques in their fights.
If a player's Fortitude was sufficiently high, they could use such Combat Techniques far more often. In turn, this would improve their chances of victory.
In addition, against high-tiered monsters such as a Grand Lord or monsters that possessed Special Skills that could reduce a person's Stamina and Concentration, Fortitude was a severe advantage.
In the past, there had been a Tier 5 player who had become famous in Feng's God's Domain due to his monstrously high Fortitude.
Berserker Saint Broken Flow.
Due to his extraordinarily high Fortitude, he opted to fight battles of mutual destruction. With such tactics, Broken Flow had even defeated those whose strength and techniques were superior to his. As a result, Broken Flow had become one of the Twelve Sacred Berserkers.
As God's Domain was still in its initial stages, it was extremely difficult to obtain the Fortitude Attribute with players' low levels. Even Feng did not know of many good methods to gain the Hidden Attribute at his current tier and level that would be very useful to him.
Yet, as long as a player absorbed the Draconic-Voidling Bloodline, they'd continuously gain the Five Great Hidden Attributes, with the exception of Luck, as they leveled up, while, being the effect of an Apex Bloodline, the amount a player would gain of its secondary attributes was as much as a Peak Bloodline's primary ones.
Not to mention that there was also a chance to obtain a Draconic Spell from the Draconic-Voidling Bloodline.
Draconic Spells were some of the most primitive Spells in God's Domain, beginning at Tier 4. Even Dragons rarely possessed Draconic Spells of the same tier.
Meanwhile, a Draconic Spell was even more powerful than a large-scale destruction Spell, capable of rivaling the Gods' Divine Arts. A single blow from such a Spell could annihilate tens of thousands of creatures. Not even Invulnerability Spells could stop their devastation.
Undoubtedly, the Draconic-Voidling Bloodline was one of the greatest, if not the greatest, Bloodline, or a method for increasing a player's combat power, that Feng had ever seen.
At the same time as he looked at it, Feng couldn't help but wonder how he had never heard even a rumor about an Apex Bloodline at all in the Divine Hall, let alone one like the Draconic-Voidling Bloodline.
The only downside of the Apex Bloodline was its exorbitant price of 1.8 million Shrine Points and 6 Exploits.
Even the Peak Bloodline with the highest price only costs 780,000 Shrine Points and three Exploits, being one of the priciest items on the Advanced Menu and costing more than some Legendary items.
Yet the Draconic-Voidling Bloodline required more than an extra million Shrine Points more than it as well as double the Exploits.
But considering its value, that amount was inconsequential.
Thankfully, after clearing all the Divine Shrines from the 1st to the 50th while killing all of the Shrines' Guardian Bosses, as well as obtaining the reward for being the first player to become an Advanced Member of the Divine Staircase, Feng had a total of 1,363,360 Shrine Points and 9 Exploits at the moment, so he could still afford it thanks to his total discount of 25% for being the first player on the Divine Staircase and having the Manager Token of the World Summit.
He didn't exchange for it immediately though, since he needed Mariabelle to retrieve the Bloodline for him, but she was still recovering, so he decided to leave her be for now and continued scrolling down the Advanced Menu to see what else that would be of great value to him was being sold for when he had more Shrine Points and Exploits.
As Feng had expected, there were many items that had been famous during the previous timeline in his home God's Domain, along with many unexpected rare finds that would be of significant use to even him.
After spending a couple of minutes going through everything, Feng finally reached the bottom of the Advanced Menu and had seen everything offered for exchange to players with an Advanced Membership.
When he looked at the last item on the list, however, Feng froze. He rubbed his eyes to see if they were playing tricks on him and checked again, but the same information was presented to him on the final item up for sale.
This wasn't some super Bloodline, or an extraordinary Legendary item, or an incomparably valuable treasure, that Feng had seen at the list's bottom. Nonetheless, it still stunned him speechless.
Upon recovering from his surprise, Feng immediately wanted to verify his discovery.
Taking out the Spectral Animacell, Feng threw it a few yards away from him and summoned Celestina.
As soon as the demon maid appeared, she immediately observed her surroundings for any threats.
Seeing none, she looked towards Feng with a questioning gaze, wondering why he had suddenly called her out of the Spectral Animacell. But the Demon Goddess's eyebrow twitched upon taking in the scene before her.
Seeing the position Feng was in, a naked woman resting on top of the human once again, and a demon girl this time around no less, Celestina began honestly considering if he was actually doing things like these and putting her in awkward situations like this one on purpose just to embarrass and piss her off.
Before she could rant, however, Feng spoke out to her.
"I want you to check something for me." Saying so, Feng began shaking awake the Demon Receptionist on top of him, who had managed to catch her breath by now and was currently resting to regain her lost Stamina.
Thinking that Feng was going to start another round, the demon girl, despite her exhaustion, still eagerly prepared herself while rising slightly and looking at Feng with her crimson eyes filled with passion and desire.
However, she had misunderstood Feng's intentions.
"Mariabelle, can you bring this item out of the Divine Storehouse?" Feng wasn't planning on fucking the Demon Receptionist again, and instead requested for something else, wishing to confirm his suspicions.
Seeing that Feng wasn't interested in beginning their next session, a disappointed look flashed across Mariabelle's face, but she still looked at the item Feng was pointing to and processed what he had asked of her.
In the next moment, when the receptionist realized what Feng had requested and towards which item on the Advanced Menu he was referring to, the demon girl's expression couldn't help but change into a very complicated look of mixed feelings, before replying.
"Sir, although I do wish to, I'm afraid that I'm not allowed to take any items out of the storage unless they are exchanged for their sufficient price. Also, this item, in particular, is a bit special for the World Summit, so..." Mariabelle anxiously explained, fearing Feng would suddenly start to hate her for refusing his request.
"Don't worry, I won't take it or anything. I just want to take a quick look at it. You can do that, right?" Feng naturally knew the rules of the Divine Hall, but he still seductively whispered in the demon girl's ear with a persuasive tone.
As the Demon Receptionist put on an awkward expression and was about to open her mouth, Feng leaned forward slightly while his left hand that was wrapped around Mariabelle's waist pulled her in closer, causing the thing still inside of her secret cave to twitch and move about, a small moan escaping from the demon's mouth as her entire body twitched from the sensation of what was occupying her private place rubbing against her sensitive walls as a result.
"You can do that for me, righhht?" Feng asked the Demon Receptionist again as he pulled her down even more and squeezed one of her elastic flesh mounds, his words of temptation sending arousing signals throughout Mariabelle's entire body.
"W-well, if-f it's you, then I suppose that exceptions could be made as long as you promise to give it back after you're done with it and don't damage the item." Under Feng's intimate coercion, the receptionist could only agree to his request.
However, at the same time, she couldn't believe that someone of her stature had given in to a human's wishes, and Mariabelle questioned how the situation had come to this where she had fallen so low as to surrender to a human and let him do whatever he pleased with her body, going as far as bending the rules imposed by the Divine Hall for him.
Under normal circumstances, a prideful demon like her would never do something of this sort of her own free will, so the Demon Receptionist wondered why this human could make her submit so readily and what made him so special that she'd gladly accept anything he gives her from just his domineering aura, a deep yearning for the human's rod and the pleasure it brought to her appearing in the demon girl's mind.
It wasn't that Mariabelle was weak-willed or incredibly horny enough to just let Feng fuck her, though.
Instead, she was simply too outmatched and had no chance of keeping her sexual urges in control when faced against him.
As an Advanced Master Seducer, even powerful Tier 5 beings wouldn't be capable of resisting Feng's advances when he gets serious, let alone a mere Tier 3 Demon like Mariabelle, on who just his presence alone and some support from Intoxicating Eyes was enough to bring the Demon Receptionist to her knees.
Naturally, the demon girl had fallen to his newfound perverse powers due to the difference between them and obeyed his request of going around some of the rules of the Divine Hall when he asked.
Meanwhile, off to the side, the Demon Empress felt a vein protrude on her unblemished forehead and fiercely pulse as she watched the starting scene of an act she had already grown familiar with from watching Feng do it with other women.
Celestina's anger that she had previously bottled up in the Epic Shrine was very quickly floating back to the surface, now even greater than before as she saw her master engaged in more degenerate acts with another female demon; believing his previous words of wanting her to check something to simply be an excuse to make her watch this unfold.
Or maybe this was what he wanted her to see.
She wasn't planning to let him get away with it again, however, having gotten completely sick and tired of having to go through such an experience, and unwilling to allow such behavior to continue and be forced upon her to endure for the fourth time.
Hence, the Demon Goddess marched over with long strides that made her pissed-off mood very clear to any who witnessed it, approaching Feng while ignoring the fact that he and the girl on top of him were naked or how awkward and embarrassing such a situation was, fully intent on stopping her master from proceeding any further than this.
As Mariabelle took out something from a Magic Array and Celestina's eyes landed on the item, though, the Demon Empress's march was brought to a halt, seemingly having forgotten about the entire matter as she looked on in shock at what the female demon sitting on her master's lap had retrieved.
It wasn't some weapon or piece of equipment, or some treasure that would normally arouse a reaction out of the people who came across it, but a material instead.
A beautiful pitch-black, curved horn resembling that of a goat's and giving off an elegant vibe was the item Mariabelle had brought out, the Divine Hall's originally rich and oppressive environment instantly filling up with a powerful Divine Might that nearly froze even Celestina as soon as the horn appeared.
"MY FUCKING HORN!" The Demon Empress suddenly screamed out after awakening from her shocked state, arriving in front of the female receptionist in the blink of an eye at a speed Feng almost wasn't able to keep up with, Celestina immediately snatched the horn out of Mariabelle's hands, which was an item from the Advanced Menu called the Demon Empress's Horn.
Running her fingers across the pitch-black horn's slick surface and feeling up its smooth texture, Celestina carefully observed and inspected the pitch-black horn Feng had asked the receptionist to retrieve.
Furrowing her brows at the demon maid, Mariabelle was about to say something after having the horn so rudely ripped out of her hands, but Feng suddenly placed his hands on her hips and lifted the Demon Receptionist up, eliciting a surprised moan from the girl as the rock-hard meat pole still inside of her got plucked out unexpectedly.
Paying no attention to Mariabelle's reaction, Feng placed her on the exchange counter in front of them, before walking over to the Demon Empress, who was still feverously investigating the horn from top to bottom.
Due to how distracted she was with her apparently former body part, the Demon Goddess failed to notice Feng's calm approach until he was already standing right in front of her.
His naked form suddenly being right before her startled Celestina when she finally took her eyes off the horn upon sensing his presence, attempting to immediately back away from the nude human with her cheeks turning red after being in such close proximity to Feng and the effects of his Seducer Subclass, while completely undressed.
Her body froze before she could, though, as Feng used the contract's power to stop her from running away while also undoing the Spectral Animacell's disguise effects from Celestina's demonic parts, revealing the Demon Empress's pitch-black wings, tail, and horns.
Feng then grabbed the pitch-black horn Mariabelle had taken out of the Divine Hall's storage from the demon maid, before putting it next to one of the two still connected to Celestina's head and comparing them.
They were an exact match, and even the feeling Feng got when touching both horns was identical. This confirmed the system's claim of the horn currently within his hands being a part of Celestina's original body after seeing such a close resemblance between it and the ones constructed by the Spectral Animacell through Celestina's soul.
This only served to shock Feng even more than when he had first seen the Demon Empress's Horn, a Divine Artifact rank material, at the very bottom of the Advanced Menu.
From what he knew, there had never been any mention of one of Celestina's remaining body parts appearing in the Divine Hall, and it hadn't been there when Feng was checking out the Advanced Menu.
As for someone purchasing it before he had reinvestigated the World Summit and Divine Staircase?
That was completely and utterly impossible. This fact was something Feng was 100% sure of due to the Demon Empress's Horn's enormous price that was necessary to exchange for it.
A total of 100,000,000 Shrine Points and 100 Exploits.
Such an amount was something no one would be willing to give away for just a Divine Artifact rank material, even if they were capable of somehow amassing the exorbitant sum needed for the Demon Empress's Horn.
Its description didn't even contain much information or anything the horn could be used for, so, in the eyes of others who weren't aware of what the horn signified or its value to Celestina, the Demon Empress's Horn was just a high-ranking material that could be used in forging or something to that extent like any other Divine Artifact rank material, and it would be inconceivable to spend so many Shrine Points and Exploits on it even if someone did possess them.
Therefore, Feng began wondering why it had suddenly appeared now as an option to purchase the horn.
The only theory Feng could come up with was that the system had deliberately put it there due to his presence and relationship with the Demon Empress.
However, even Feng could only look up at the Demon Empress's Horn with desire, not having any chance at getting the Divine Artifact ranked material in front of its insurmountable price.
The Shrine Points required, although a huge amount, could be gathered through multiple goes at the Divine Staircase in one trip to the World Summit as long as a player is skilled enough to pass the higher Divine Shrines.
Hence, they weren't the issue.
Exploits were the real problem, as they were most of the time when concerning matters of the Divine Staircase and purchasing valuable items from the Divine Hall.
One hundred Exploits was a huge amount, and even if Feng cleared all of the Divine Shrines up to the 150th while slaying all of the Guardian Bosses on this trip, he doubted that it was possible for him to accumulate 100 Exploits.
And that was under the condition that he didn't spend any of the Exploits he acquires to increase his strength in the process, which would be a bit counterproductive.
With such an impossible-to-reach price, the system was practically just dangling the Demon Empress's Horn in front of Feng and teasing him with the Divine Artifact ranked material.
It didn't stop him from pondering on how to obtain the horn even if he couldn't afford it, though.
For Feng and Celestina, this horn that still remained even after the Demon Goddess's death presented them with a priceless opportunity.
Previously, after deciding that he'll seduce the Demon Empress and help her return to her peak strength, Feng had been thinking about how to obtain a powerful enough physical body for Celestina.
After all, even if her soul were to fully recover to its peak, Celestina would still be lacking without an actual body, as not only would the one formed through the Spectral Animacell limit her strength and the force she could exhibit, there was no way the Fragmented Legendary item would be capable of containing her soul and creating a sufficiently powerful physical body.
Although Feng could upgrade the Spectral Animacell, that fact wouldn't change regardless of its rank, since Feng knew even a Divine Artifact most likely wouldn't be able to withstand the full power of Celestina's soul once it's completely recovered.
Of course, he could always provide the Demon Empress with a body to possess, and they could even kill a Primordial Demon God for her to occupy its corpse later on for maximum compatibility with Celestina's soul in order for her to be capable of displaying the maximum amount of power possible.
But that wouldn't allow the Demon Empress to show her full might.
Hence Feng has been pondering on a method to recreate Celestina's original body or obtain one of sufficient strength.
If he could get his hands on one of her horns, however, things would become much simpler, and helping Celestina regain her full strength which she had possessed during her prime as the Demon Empress would be doable with the pitch-black horn that he was holding.
A demon's horns don't grow out of its head just for decoration.
In fact, the horns of a demon were incredibly important body parts, being valued as much as a demon's heart in some cases.
This was because horns contained a portion of the demon's Source Power and are made up of the Power of Darkness combined with the demon's own information. If a demon were to lose one of its horns, its combat power would drop by 20%.
Two horns, and half of the demon's strength disappears.
Others could also use the power stored within those horns for plenty of purposes once they got them from either ripping it off a demon or from one's corpse, the horn's value and potential utilization greatly increasing with every tier.
As for a horn originating from a Primordial Demon Goddess like Celestina, who is the Demon Empress and the being who possesses the purest Demon Bloodline in existence even during the many eras ago when she was still alive, let alone now, its actual value was incalculable.
With it, Feng could essentially bring Celestina completely back to life using the physical information within the horn as long as he had sufficient demon parts and enough Power of Darkness for Celestina to manually absorb and work on recreating her original body with Feng's assistance through utilizing either the Law of Creation, Law of Life, or Law of Time.
Such requirements were rather high when considering the already difficult task of acquiring the Demon Empress's Horn, needing a sufficiently high quality, at the very least being from an Ancient Demon God, and quantity of demon parts for her to absorb, the enormous amounts of Power of Darkness she'll need to fuel her rebirth and its process, which definitely could not be obtained in a regular place like this God's Domain, or nearly anywhere at all actually.
And on top of that the usage of one such high-ranking Advanced Law.
Feng wasn't all that concerned, though.
He was already planning on killing an Ancient Demon God for its heart in the future in order to upgrade the Pandemonium Lashblade to Fragmented Divine Artifact rank and his demon maid to Tier 6 once he obtains a regular Demon God's Heart and the Demon Empress's Revival Quest inevitably makes him work towards recovering more of Celestina's strength, so he'd have parts to spare from it that could be used towards recreating her physical body.
The Power of Darkness was something he'd have to find a good place for, a few locations already popping up in his mind, while the matter of needing one of the three Laws to complete the process wasn't an issue for Feng either.
In fact, he has the option to potentially use any one of them.
For the Law of Creation, although he had Sharlyn, the Creation Goddess, the chances of her being willing to help him in this endeavor were very unlikely, practically zero actually, as she stood with the Forces of Light who fought against evil and dark creatures like demons.
So her helping in the revival of Celestina, the Demon Empress who had once led the entire demon race, was pretty much impossible unless Feng got super convincing; in one way or another.
Thankfully, however, Feng had some Mastery over the Law of Creation after interacting with Sharlyn for so long and learning quite a lot from her, and even though he had never actually mastered the Creation Law, it was still possible for him to utilize it for the purpose of bringing Celestina back to life.
But it was the Law of Life that Feng was the most confident and proficient at out of the three.
Unexpectedly, Feng had somehow managed to master one of the Laws that he was the least suited for considering his nature as a person, the Law of Life, after obtaining the Eternal Heart, a Divine Power Source containing one of the purest forms of the Life Law, during his previous life.
Absorbing the Eternal Heart had allowed Feng to not only gain a Basic Mastery over the Law of Life with little effort, but also become capable of fully and truly using the Holy Grail, opening several new doors of possibilities to him that became Feng's and Zero Wing's trump cards.
The Law of Time was the one Feng wasn't quite completely sure about, as he never had much luck with it during the previous timeline, but now that he had acquired a treasure like Yog-Sothoth, a weapon previously wielded by the God of Time, who had the highest level of Mastery over the Time element in the Universal God's Domain, even reaching the Half-step Rule standard with it, and probably the item containing the greatest power over the Law of Time, there was a chance he could gain enough understanding over the Time Law through it after upgrading the sword and using it for Feng to be capable of assisting in reversing the damage sustained by the horn to some extent.
In fact, there was a possibility Yog-Sothoth might even have a skill that could be useful for this situation.
Of course, Feng would have to rise through the tiers first for him to be capable of using any Law at all, not to mention complex and powerful Advanced Laws like these ones.
Finished inspecting the horn and its relation to Celestina, Feng simply walked off and handed it back to Mariabelle as promised.
He was still far from even being close to having the necessary funds in order to exchange for it, so there was no use thinking about these things yet.
First, he needed to figure out how to actually get his hands on the Demon Empress's Horn stored in the Divine Hall.
Grinding for the 100,000,000 Shrine Points and 100 Exploits would normally be his only option, which he could potentially accomplish by saving most of the Exploits he obtains and using several methods other than killing Guardian Bosses to gather enough, or have Black Flame do it while he focused on purchasing stuff they needed.
That would take too much time, effort, and resources though, without even taking into account all of the incredible items he could purchase with those Shrine Points and Exploits.
Thus, Feng was considering other avenues for obtaining the horn, which would, under normal circumstances, be impossible to achieve in the Divine Hall, since other than purchasing something, the only other way would be to steal it.
However, Feng had Celestina, so the chances weren't too bleak for him to skip paying for the Demon Empress's Horn.
Meanwhile, the demon girl Feng was currently scheming of using for his own twisted desires was beet red, having just gone through one of the most stressful and arousing experiences in her entire long life.
Too preoccupied by suddenly coming across one of her horns, which she had been sure someone had most likely looted from her corpse far too long ago for her to track down, and had imagined her precious horns being used for all kinds of unsavory purposes, as well as the possibilities this horn of hers could bring about, Celestina didn't notice Feng walk towards her.
Only when he was less than a yard away from her did the Demon Empress finally discover Feng's approach, becoming embarrassed by him being so close and looking at her while naked, his little brother coming into view as he pointed at her with his head.
She immediately tried to distance herself, not wanting to be in such close proximity to the naked human, especially not to this bastard after having seen the things he does with other women.
But her attempt failed.
Utilizing the power of the contract, Celestina could feel that Feng had frozen her in place, and fear began to seep into the Demon Empress's mind as she speculated what Feng wanted to do to her, becoming scared for her body, yet excited as well for some reason.
In the next moment, though, the demon girl felt like an idiot upon her assumptions being far from the truth as Feng took her lost horn out of her hands and started inspecting it, questions on why she had felt afraid, or why such thoughts had appeared in her mind in the first place, plaguing the Demon Goddess once more.
Celestina even forgot about the naked Feng standing in front of her for a moment, but was quickly reminded when she felt him start touching her horns.
A demon's horns weren't by any means more sensitive than any other body part. This was something Celestina was fairly sure about.
Yet, when she felt Feng's fingers gently run across her horns, the Demon Empress experienced pleasure for some reason, arousing signals coursing down her spine from his touches, and when Feng rubbed the pitch-black pointy stabbers coming out of her head for a few seconds while seemingly in deep thought over something, Celestina's private parts started secreting their fluids as a natural response to her arousal.
At the same time, the demon girl felt the long, one-eyed snake touch her leg through the maid outfit from the position Feng was standing on, further stimulating her senses and thoughts.
It only lasted for a short moment, however.
A moment where Celestina felt her mind nearly zone out from the sensation, a feeling she desperately wanted to stop.
In the next moment, when it did actually stop as per what she had wished for, though, the emptiness Celestina felt inside her seemed to be even worse.
And as she gazed at Feng's back while he walked away, going to the naked Demon Receptionist, who had been watching the entire interaction from the side, and giving back the pitch-black horn to her, a sense of loss simultaneously brewed inside the Demon Goddess.
Before those feelings could continue, they disappeared as quickly as they came upon clarity returning to Celestina's mind, leaving the Demon Empress dumbfounded where she stood at the turmoil that had gone on inside her and everything that had happened within only a dozen or so seconds.
When she finally came to, Celestina realized that she had misjudged Feng's intentions after he made no moves on her despite having control over her while being butt-naked.
In fact, he seemed to completely disregard her presence, thoughts, or feelings about anything, simply treating her like a tool.
This served to enrage the Demon Empress, who had never been disrespected in such a way before, further increasing her hostile feelings towards Feng. But at the same time, for whatever reason, she felt more and more attracted to him despite that hostility and anger, which resulted in Celestina getting even angrier.
If only she knew that everything was going exactly as Feng intended, the entire act, although also to confirm if the Demon Empress's Horn was the real deal or not, done for the purpose of seeing how effective his current Seducer rank was on the demon maid and fueling Celestina's internal descent into lust.
After making sure he hadn't missed anything on the Advanced Menu, Feng decided it was time to finish his business at the exchange counter.
"I want to exchange for this Draconic-Voidling Bloodline." Feng said as he pointed at the Apex Bloodline on the exchange menu.
"As you are the heaven's blessed that has progressed the furthest up the Divine Staircase, you get to enjoy a 10% discount on all exchanges, and since you are in possession of a Manager Token, your discount increases to 25% for all items offered by the Divine Hall. Hence, you only have to pay a total of 1,350,000 Shrine Points and six Exploits." The female Demon, who had gone back to sitting on Feng's lap while keeping his tool warm inside of her tight passage, said, nodding.
Immediately, a payment window appeared in front of Feng. Without hesitation, he chose to complete the transaction.
A moment later, Mariabelle retrieved a crystal bottle containing a liquid blacker than the night sky with golden flashes swirling inside it from a Magic Array beside her. She then carefully handed the bottle over to Feng.
'So this is an Apex Bloodline?' As Feng curiously looked at the void-like liquid inside the magic crystal bottle, as well as the gold sparkles that occasionally became visible, he could sense the endless vitality radiating from the liquid. Moreover, the liquid also contained terrifying power.
Feng had to admit that Apex Bloodlines live up to their fame. He had never came across anything like it throughout his entire career in God's Domain.
Even the two Apex Bloodlines that he had encountered during his previous life were still far inferior to the one he was currently holding.
"This is the Draconic-Voidling Bloodline you've purchased. Please store it away properly. May I know if you have anything else you wish to exchange for?"
"No, nothing else. I got what I came for, so I'll be on my way now." Feng responded to the receptionist.
Being left with only 13,360 Shrine Points after buying the Draconic-Voidling Bloodline, Feng didn't have enough Shrine Points to exchange for anything else that could assist him in his current situation, so Feng paused his purchasing in the Divine Hall until he makes another trip to the Divine Staircase.
"Are you really sure that there is nothing else you wish for?" Mariabelle asked again, a twinkle in her eyes as she looked up intently at Feng with lustful desire burning in the demon girl's crimson eyes.
"Well..." Picking up the Demon Receptionist, Feng stood up and walked over to the exchange counter, "I suppose I could spend a few more minutes considering my options."
The World Summit's peace was once again disturbed by a melody of euphoric moans, lasting a bit less than before and quieting down after around thirty minutes or so.
Feng walked away from the counter with no one trying to stop him this time, leaving a fully content demon girl laying on the exchange counter in exhaustion, her eyes closed and a river of white pouring out of the demon's lower lips.
"By the way, Celestina." As he walked towards the entrance of the first Divine Shrine, the Demon Empress, whose cheeks were completely flushed at the moment, following behind him in silence, Feng suddenly spoke out.
"Y-yes mas-" Celestina began to respond in a much softer voice than before while stuttering a bit, but immediately stopped herself from speaking, only continuing a moment later with her usual rude tone "What is it?"
Slightly amused by the change, Feng asked casually "I'm curious. Can you take over the authority over the World Summit right now?"
His words, although spoken in a casual tone, caused Celestina to stop in her tracks as she narrowed her eyes and carefully observed the human in front of her.
What greeted her was the ever so relaxed and nonchalant expression on her contractor's face as Feng turned back to look at her, though; like he hadn't asked anything shocking that he should have no knowledge of as a mere Tier 1 ant.
After several seconds of silence, Celestina finally shook her head and answered "No, not at the moment. With my current power, unless I recover most of my soul essence or the authority I used to have, the only way to take control over this Otherworld is to manually obtain it from this God's Domain's Central Core.
Though, I kind of doubt this world's Navigation Angel would let me do that without already having sufficient authority."
Having considered it for a moment and realizing that she had no way of uncovering how Feng knows so much if he didn't want to say anything, Celestina decided on telling him her current situation, guessing that the reason for him suddenly asking such a thing was their discovery of her horn in the Divine Hall.
If she could take over the Authority of the Dark Den, and the World Summit residing within it in the process, it would become possible to change some of the rules and simply take the Demon Empress's Horn from the Divine Hall's Warehouse.
Acquiring the horn would also be very beneficial for her, so she felt that it was an important thing to tell Feng if he was thinking of trying to obtain it.
"I see. In that case, things will be much easier. You don't need to worry about Gabriel. I'll handle the matter of getting her to give you the authority over the Dark Den when the time comes, while you just have to do the rest." Hearing Celestina say so, Feng was greatly relieved, and he no longer had to bother with figuring out some convoluted method to steal the Demon Empress's Horn.
Seeing her master so confident, the Demon Empress could only nod in agreement.
Feng then recalled Celestina into the Spectral Animacell and logged out. Since Bloodlines were categorized as limited items, after players exchanged for a Bloodline, they could not use it immediately. They needed to wait three hours for the restriction to end.
Hence, Feng chose to log out and rest while waiting for the restriction on the Draconic-Voidling Bloodline to disappear and for the rest of his skills to come off their cooldowns in the meantime.
What Feng didn't know was that, while he was chilling with beauties in the World Summit and having a grand time, all hell was breaking loose on the Eastern Continent of God's Domain.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Originally forgot about this stat when Eros Vision was introduced. I've gone back and added it to Serena and Celestina.
2. This one as well.
3. A better name for this rank for a Bloodline above Peak would be appreciated.
4. Better name would be appreciated.
5. There are only four Hidden Attributes in God's Domain that are called the Four Great Hidden Attributes, which are Physique, Stamina, Luck and Fortitude, with there being some other Hidden Attributes like Concentration.
But considering how Concentration gets mentioned throughout most of the novel, especially in the later chapters, more than Fortitude and how important it is, I decided that Concentration should also be one of the Four Great Hidden Attributes, so it's Five Great Hidden Attributes now.
