Allies

After consuming Knull, Theo now possesses all symbiotes and their accumulated knowledge. As Theo sits on the throne, he continues to absorb Knull's power, but only selectively, to avoid inheriting any weaknesses. He assimilates Knull's memories, abilities, and strength, while discarding his vulnerabilities, as Theo does not want an obvious weakness like susceptibility to light.

Theo remotely controls Venom, Carnage, and the other symbiotes, still on Earth, and removes their savagery. He then creates a new, mindless symbiote, which he successfully sends to Earth. This symbiote is immune to fire and sound, can spread through the air, and will obey Theo's commands. It is so small that Doctor Strange and others will not detect it.

Theo contemplates his next move. Asgard is a formidable opponent, but he already has potential allies in mind. Confronting Thor is likely, and according to Death, Thanos has started searching for the Infinity Stones.

After defeating Knull, Death summons Theo.

Death: "Hohohoho, well done. I didn't expect you to defeat Knull, especially by exploiting his weakness. It shows you're not reckless."

Theo: "Yes, I always have a backup plan when facing stronger opponents."

Death: "Good, and you're getting stronger. Congratulations, you are now the King of the Abyss."

Theo: "Actually, this means more work for me. I need new allies, and I plan to conquer Asgard. Is it true that Thanos has started looking for the Stones?"

Death: "Yes, he wants to kill half the universe, as expected."

Theo: "Hmm, can I meet him? I'll tell him where to find the Stones."

Death: "He doesn't like you much, so don't be too harsh on him."

Theo: "I won't beat him too badly. After all, his only chance against me is with the Infinity Gauntlet."

Death: "Good, I'll talk to him. Who do you plan to ally with?"

Theo: "Hela and Surtur."

Death: "Both hate Asgard. This could lead to Ragnarok."

Theo: "Yes, all realms must bow to Yggdrasil."

Death: "I like your motivation. Surtur will agree if you promise to destroy Asgard, but Hela will be tricky to convince."

Theo: "I know a way."

Death: "Good, don't forget to visit me. Your teacher misses you."

Theo: "Alright, see you."

Theo then appears in Muspelheim, surrounded by fire monsters, searching for a powerful source of fire. He soon finds Surtur, who notices Theo's formidable presence.

Surtur: "Who are you?"

Theo: "I am Antares. I have a deal for you."

Surtur: "A deal?"

Theo: "Yes, give me Muspelheim, and we'll destroy Asgard together."

Surtur: "Do you think you can do that?"

Theo: "Yes, it will be tough, but I know a couple of people who can help."

Surtur: "Who are they? And what use is Muspelheim to you?"

Theo: "I want all the realms. Even if you are the king here, you will follow my orders. You won't lose anything in return."

Surtur: "Show me your power first."

Theo: "Since you are the fire titan, I'll defeat you with fire."

Surtur, now angry, prepares to fight. Theo jumps in front of him, melting the ground around him. Theo then lands a powerful kick on Surtur's stomach, half-destroying him with the move "ULTIMO TOPE PATADA."

Theo heals Surtur before he dies.

Surtur: "You didn't even give me a chance in my best domain. That move alone could destroy half of Asgard."

Theo: "I held back. I didn't want to kill you."

Surtur: "Thank you. I will follow your plan, but let me destroy Asgard."

Theo: "I won't go back on my word. I will handle Thor while you focus on Asgard. Our other ally will be Hela."

Surtur: "That makes sense. She hates Odin."

Theo: "Yes. I'll be off then. Take care. We'll contact you when the plan starts."

Surtur: "See you, Antares."

Theo then appears before Hela, who looks at her unexpected visitor.

Theo: "I am Antares. Greetings."

Hela: "So, you are the one waging war against all realms. Why are you here?"

Theo: "I am here to make a deal with you."

Hela: "What can you offer me?"

Theo: "What do you desire?"

Hela: "Odin's soul."

Theo: "Rejected."

Hela: "Then you have nothing to offer me. I want Odin's soul."

Theo: "I'll give you a piece instead."

Hela: "Interesting. What do you want in return?"

Theo: "Give me the two realms you control."

Hela: "Are you mad?"

Theo: "I've made a name for myself across the universe. I am crazy enough to kill you if you don't obey."

Theo extends his hand towards Hela.

Theo: "Or you can lose all your powers."

Hela realizes the threat is not empty.

Hela: "I refuse to be a hunting dog."

Theo: "All I need are the two realms. I'll leave you alone. If you refuse, I will attack."

Hela: "Alright, but I want a piece of the All-Father's soul."

Theo: "Deal. Prepare for our attack on Asgard. You'll be there too."

Hela: "Fine."

Theo disappears and sends Agares and Summer to conquer other realms, giving them the shadow army. Agares goes to Alfheim and Summer to Jotunheim. They must succeed before returning. Since they can't die, there's no problem.

Theo sits on his throne and watches the universe. Odin surely knows what Theo is up to and is likely preparing. Thor is in Midgard with the Avengers, while Peter is suffering as usual, looking depressed, especially with Aunt May shot. Theo has a brilliant idea in mind.

This is good; Peter was never happy in any universe. While Peter is at the hospital with MJ, a voice appears in his mind.

Theo: Peter, I can heal your aunt if you want.

Peter: Who are you? Get out of my head!

Theo: I am Antares.

Peter: You're the one waging war on the universe. What do you want with Aunt May?

Theo: I don't want anything from her. In fact, I have an offer for you. I will make everyone forget that you're Spider-Man. But I need something in return.

Peter: Tell me what you want, and I'll give you anything.

Theo: All I want from you is to change your costume and distract the heroes in New York. You don't have to kill anyone. I just need full intel on S.H.I.E.L.D. Infiltrate their ranks.

Peter: S.H.I.E.L.D. is tough, even for me, but I promise I'll do my best.

Theo: Alright, then. To seal the deal, drop a bit of blood on the paper that appears in front of you.

A piece of paper appears before Peter, and he does as Theo instructed.

Peter: Okay, now keep your word.

Then Theo turns back time to just before Peter revealed he was Spider-Man. Peter looks around, checks the date, and realizes that time has been reversed.

Peter: Thank you. When do I need to do what you asked?

Theo: I'll give you the signal.

Theo then laughs. In his plan to conquer Midgard, there are mutants and many other variables, but Theo can handle them. He just needs Spider-Man to keep the Avengers occupied. Theo will place a seal on Midgard, or Earth, and take it over. There will be no one left on Earth who doesn't obey him.
