If Owen will be able to defeat his system and unravel the mysteries of the system and the worlds depends on how dark and cold he can let his heart be. "Isn't that Owen Duurm?" "Shhh....don't be so loud. Last week he had a falling out with the Prime Minister, and told him 'I hope you get home safely' our prime minister died the moment he stepped foot into his home." the lady was obviously sacred as she spoke and stares at the handsome man walking down the hall. "Isn't he the dummy of the Duurm family?" The lady released a sad sigh. "He used to be. But now, he is not just his family's terror but our terror. The whole country's nightmare."

We are known for being impartial.

It was as if he was speaking some strange language. No. Owen was sure it was a strange language. Why else does it sound un—understandable?

"I am not sure I understand but we have an appointment to catch and we need to leave."

Micheal knew he was pointing fingers without proof but his instinct had never been more strong. Something in him told him Owen has an illegal system. He could just feel the suspiciousness oozing from the man. Or maybe he is trying to get away because Micheal has been acting clingy for no reason.

"I have heard only wise systems shut down. The ones that function like a human. And they have a different name." He was trying to get him interested but Owen simply looked like he would take any chance to leave his sight. "Most systems aren't that wise though."

"So which system will be wise enough to shut down since you have heard of them?" Ophelia questions, her imagination starting to run wide.

"I also have no idea. I am just a newbie." He smiles at her snd then waves at Owen before walming away.

"That man is super nosy." Owen tells Opehlia. He stares at the mans back view and concluded that his system must have shut down because of the man. But if that was true, does that not mean he has an illegal system? One that might put him under the rader or the System control and Protection? Something tells him they weren't just helping the man who was caught with villain system, they were probably experimenting on him and torturing him to death. He would hate to be in their book. He glanced at Opehlia nd urged them to walk on.

She rushed to his side and asked in a hushed voice. "Boss, why did you ask about system shutting down the other time?"

Owen sighs and repsonds in the same hushed tone she had used. "Because ever since I woke up, my system hasnt been working and I am worried something might be really wrong. Since it is like a laptop or computer, maybe it shut down when I was dead for a while." He shrugs his shoulders and watched as Opehlia stared at his shirt and not at him, she was probably thinking of different things and wasnt paying attention to him but he didn't mind and continued. "Dont ask me if I was really dead, I am just worried that it hasn't been working." He then begins to walk towards a young woman seated at desk.

Ophelia watched him as he walked off, still rooted to the spot. She thought about what he just said and decided in her mind that he was lying. If it was really bothering him, he would have asked earlier. And if it was just a coincidence like he was insinuating, why then did he ask when the man was approaching the elevator. She concluded that his system must have shut down when it detected the man. Ophelia was surprised and slowly began to walk towards the man. Everyone in the country knows he has the Help system. How on earth did his system become illegal?

Owen had spoken to the lady who might be the receptionist or woman in charge of the people who came for interview.

He softly taps Ophelias arm and signals for her to take a seat opposite the woman where there were about seven persons seated.

"When is the real appointment?" Ophelia whispers afraid the lady sitting by the computer with an annoyed look might hear and feel more annoyed.

"Nine-thirty." He responds. She checks her wrist watch and smirks. "This is five past nine. We still have time." Owen simply hums and glanced at the receptionist lady who raised her brow at him and he quickly looks away. Ophelia saw the look she gave him and moves a little closer to Owen to whisper. "Although judging by how the lady is looking at us, I am guessing she will be making us wait for long."

When it was nine-thirty, two young ladies came out from the room next to the receptionist. Owen knew they were next, but the lady called someone else instead.

"Diane Greg." She calls with a smile and a tall young lady and man who obviously is her manager came with her.

She walks to the front and eyes Owen and Ophelia before smiling at the lady who smiled back and walks into the room.

"Shouldn't  that be us?" Ophelia asks Owen clear enough for the lady to hear.

The lady twitched her lips and continued to type on her laptop. When it was a few minutes past eleven, a man walked in with a file in his hands and walked into the room. The lady wanted to greet him but he didn't even glance at her and opened the door to the room next to her. He looks inside and then stares at the other people remaining. His gaze remains on Owen and Ophelia when he opens the file and checks something in it. He walks towards them, a faint smile on his face and asks.

"Have you been attended to?"

Owen shakes his  and responds. "Not yet."

He frowns. The line was evident on his face and Owem could see the lady panick from the corner of his eye. "That is weird. You signed in five past nine and your appointment  is thirty past nine, yet you haven't even attended to." He turns his head to the young lady who quickly rises to her feet, a guilty look on her face. "We are known for being impartial. You can go to the finance department and get your salary."

The lady opens her mouth to say something but the lady and her manager who had walked in earlier came out witn the lady looking victorious. The man who had fired the receptionist glanced at them and shakes his head.

"Mr Duurm, please come in with me." He says and Owen follows him. Opehlia eyes Diane Greg and follows Owen.

The young lady fanned her face and scoffs. Once the door was closed, she told her Manager. "Brother told me those two are suspicious. I can't wait for when they will be take in by the system protection and control agency."
