The raid

"W-wa-wait!" Kael stuttered as he tried to grasp the whole thesis Lin had said to him about Amelia being an agent for the dark hoards.

"How is that possible? Amelia is just a normal girl and I doubt she has anything to do with whatever charade my life is going through now." Kael said in a defensive tone.

Lin stopped in his tracks again and turned at Kael. He continued staring at him without saying a word. Kael also shot Lin a weird gaze that showed how unbalanced he currently was. When he noticed the stare was not coming anywhere near ending, he finally broke the streak.

"What is it? Why are you suddenly keeping mute?" He fired, rolling his eyes irritatedly at Lin.

Lin took a few more steps towards Kael and when he had almost bumped chests with him, he stopped then he raised his hand at Kael making him flinch a bit as he had thought Lin was about to attack him.
