"Uwaa!"

The warmth that I was experiencing began cooling down as the bright light began to settle, letting my eyes focus. The first thing that I noticed was that everything was in black and white, I don't remember clearly but I'm pretty sure I heard something about babies not being able to see color all that greatly.

"Uwaaa!!"

W-What was that? D-Did I just cry?! I don't cry like that, I swear!

"Oh~ Darli... What should we... -ame her?"

This feminine voice is beautiful, it's honestly relaxing, but since my hearing is all choppy I can barely understand what she is saying.

Huh? What was my name?! I heard Toe and Kuro, tell me the rest! I beg of you! I just want to know if God kept his promise or not! I don't want to be called Toe for the rest of this life!

"Uwaa! Uwaa!"

I guess I might've leaked my cry out just a tiny bit, wait... no, don't come near me! I need you to tell me if I'm still Tomoe!

"There, there. You've got nothing to cry about Tomoe, mama's here~"

T-Tomoe... phew, not Toe... M-Mama? I have a new mama? W-Well I have just been reborn, so this much should be expected... Also, even though everything is pretty hazy and I'm not sure if I'm seeing straight, why does my new mom have what looks to be Fox ears on her head? And why does the person beside her, I think that's my dad, have horns on his head?

"Uwaa! Uwaa!"

"Honey~, I think she's hungry."

"A-Are you sure darling? Are you hungry little Tomoe~?

"Uwaa!"

"Okay, Here you go~"

A big smile spread across mama's face as she pulled down her top and exposed her chest.

"Uwaa! Uwaa!" (Translation: Wait! What're you doing?!"

"It's okay Tomoe, mama's just going to give you a feed~"

"Uwa-!"

I think I can leave this up to your imagination about what happened, but mama basically began 'feeding me'.

"There, there little Tomoe. You're so cute you know that?"

"Uwaa! Uwaa!" (Translation: C-Cute? I'm definitely not cute!)

B-But this is oddly relaxing, with mama patting my back and drinking this warm milk... I feel like I could just... have a quick... nap...

Third Person POV:

"Congratulations on your beautiful and healthy child!"

The sun shone comfortingly today and the breeze blew reassuringly, after all, today was the day that the Nine Tailed Fox, Satsuki and the ex-Maou (Demon King) Satine we're going to have their first child. This day was a day that should have been recorded in the worlds archives but sadly, no one other than said couple and their maids were present to witness the birth.

"Thank you so much Jessica! You've done so much for us and even helped deliver this cute little daughter of mine."

Satsuki faced the black haired human maid with a thankful smile on her face, Jessica was taken aback by this sudden sentimental atmosphere that was created between the two. Tears formed in the corners of each of her eyes and she began to cry.

"Ahh! If it wasn't for you Milady I wouldn't have been here to help and I would still be a possession of that slave trader! This lowly servant doesn't deserve such kind words from you Milady!"

Jessica broke down in tears and collapsed on the spot, the other maids attempted to help her up but were refused by Jessica.

"I-I guess that's true..."

Satsuki was still patting her new child on the back, trying to burp it, so she just smiled wryly back at Jessica who looked like she had just accepted a proposal from her most beloved.

"Honey~ can I hold Tomoe for a bit?"

Satine tapped Satsuki on the shoulder and hinted for her to pass Tomoe to him.

"Ah, master that might not be such a good idea."

Another one of the servants spoke up this time, she was shorter than Jessica and had long blonde hair and unusually long, pointy ears.

"And why would that be, Sylvia?"

"Well, she looked really comfortable just there on Miladies chest... and if I may say, if you were to move her she might wake up and become grumpy. And you wouldn't want that would you Master?"

"Eh?"

Satine at the thought of what would happen if he were to upset his daughter in front of his wife and maids.

"O-Okay... I'll leave her to you for the time being Honey."

"Mhm~ that's fine, her sleeping face is so cute~"

Satsuki's warm smile paired with the cute new born baby Tomoe made everyone smile at the loving sight.

"Well, I guess now it is time for us to take our leave. I'll be outside if you need me Master, Milady"

"Yes, thank you very much Jessica."

Jessica, Sylvia and the other maids all bowed before leaving through the door. When the room was void of all people besides the new mother and father, Satine and Satsuki, Satine sat on the bed next to his wife and put his arm around her.

"Darling, we've finally done it." Satsuki said softly, aware of her sleeping child.

"Mhm, we sure have. Everyone despised us for marrying, they said it wouldn't be possible for a Nine Tailed Fox and a Maou to have a child, and yet, we've just proven them all wrong."

The cool breeze waltzed through the open window, causing the curtains to dance through the air.

"I wish I could see the looks on their faces right now, I bet that old hag would have a priceless reaction to our daughter."

Satine giggles at the thought, so did Satsuki. Satsuki rested her head on his shoulder while admiring their daughter.

"She really does have a lot of your looks." She said happily.

"What do you mean? You think a girl this beautiful would come from my blood? I highly doubt it, she gets her beauty from you, obviously." Satine retorted.

"I mean... she does have your nose?"

""Pfft! Hahaha."" Both Satine and Satsuki began lightly giggling, trying to keep it down so as to not wake up little Tomoe.

"I-I've lived through many wars and lost many friends, a-and yet... this is, this is the first time I-I've cried actual tears of joy." Wet streams of tears flowed gently down Satine's cheeks and spilled onto his lap.

"I-I'm glad, but for me, this is the second time." Satine's tears slowed down and he looked at Satsuki in confusion.

"When was the first time?" He asked, searching through his memories for a time when Satsuki had cried of happiness.

"When you asked me to marry you, I cried my heart out. Remember?"

A cold sweat ran down Satine's back, he shivered momentarily and tried to correct himself without Satsuki noticing, but it was to late.

"You... Don't... Remember... When you... Proposed... To me?" Satine's emotions went from happiness to fear in almost an instant, this tone of vice that Satsuki was using was what she would use on an opponent she showed no mercy against.

"W-Wait, no, please Satsuki. I-It was a mistake, I remember now! P-Please, I promise you!"

"Are you sure about that?"

In one of Satsuki's hands a small lightning bolt formed and crackled, causing a semi-loud explosion, but still not loud enough to wake little Tomoe.

"Eek! I-I'm sorry Honey~! I didn't mean to forge- Hiii!"

And with that, the forgetful maou was punished by his loving wife and sleeping daughter.
