CHAPTER 57 : Reunited
Tarfin, Fyang, and Bubble remained at their spot, with Brokker. Meanwhile, Castiel ventured off alone, heading toward the hypodeum.
It wasn't long before Kit spotted him and hurried over, her steps quick and light as she closed the distance between them.
She dashed toward him.
"Master! What are you doing here?"
Castiel smiled warmly,
"I just wanted to check if you're okay."
Kit took his hand in hers, a mischievous grin spreading across her face.
"Oh, you just missed me, didn't you?"
Caught off guard, Castiel scratched the back of his head and forced a laugh.
"No, I didn't!"
"Really? Admit it!" She chuckled. "By the way, Master, I want to introduce you to someone... I've made a new friend."
Intrigued, Castiel allowed Kit to lead him as she tugged at his hand, eager to show him her discovery.
"Who is it?"
"She doesn't want to tell me her name, but she's awesome—and I like her."
