From that day on 3 year old Izuna started training in Kenjutsu with Sakumo Hatake.

Fast Forward 3 years (The year before Minato becomes Hokage)

6 year old Izuna now a master of the 2 tomoe sharingan, jougan, kenjutsu and lightning release started training in genjutsu with Fugaku Uchiha an uncle of Izuna.

(A/N: Izuna is Great Grandson of Madara Uchiha. Madara had a girlfriend who was an Uzumaki. They got Azura and then before they could get married Madara's gf died. Azura married a Namikaze girl who was the sister of Isagi Namikaze. Azura's son married a senju girl named Zuana who is Kushina's sister. So technically Izuna is Itachi and Narutos' cousin. Thus making it that Minato is Izuna's Uncle and Izuna is Uchiha, Uzumaki, Senju, and Namikaze.)

One day Izuna was training in a forest far from the village when Minato asked Izuna to go to the hokage office for a mission. Izuna went to the hokage office and he got a mission to infiltrate Kirigakure (Hidden Mist Village) and try to stop the war. Izuna left the following day disguised as a Yuki clan member. On the way he saw 5 year old Kimimaro about to be abducted by Orochimaru and saved Kimimaro. The 2 of them went to Kiri. When they were nearby they saw that Mei Terumi had been captured and the Terumi anbu was trying to retrieve her. Izuna immediately ran toward Mei and used Ice syle: Dragon's Dance. and fired multiple projectiles from his mouth and killed all the enemies. Izuna ran towards Mei and destroyed her cage. He rescued her and princess carried her and delivered her to the Anbu who ran like crazy toward her mansion.
