meeting zoro again? and joining the straw hat pirate crew

while Kushina was thinking about a memory about when she first used her void powers she meet Zoro and he told her he already knew her so she decided she would be going to the One Piece universe first as she remembered that she didn't want something like time police after her.

As Kushina was thinking about where to return to she decided to go and meet Zoro a day before Luffy does and thought 'If I'm going to the One Piece world I need to look the part' Kushina then looked inside her wardrobe and realized she had never even owned earrings much less pirate clothes.

Kushina then decided to experiment with her void energy to see if she could make clothes. 'hmm I'll probably need a base since this is my time trying this' so she decided to start to infuse her void energy into her clothes

as Kushina was infusing her energies into her clothes she started to feel like she could control her clothes form at will and as she opened her eyes she saw that her clothes looked like they were on fire and her clothes were almost black with a purplish-blue tint to them

Kushina then found as long as she put her energies into the new material she just made, she could create more of it. Kushina then controlled the cloth to move and form a bandanna on her forehead make and turned the rest of her clothes into a shirt that went just above her belly button and shorts that went down to the middle of her thighs then making her bra more comfortable and she felt like she was ready to go meet Zoro now.

after that, she started to focus on appearing in front of Zoro and soon she felt herself start breathing in Senjustu chakra which confused her but she decided to think about that later and opened her eyes when she opened them she saw a male human on a cross in front of her

Kushina then said "well hello there Zoro" Zoro then looked at her appearance and saw that her body was all muscle with little fat but was still very slim and said "how do you know my name" Kushina replied "that doesn't matter but I'm gonna hang out here for a while if you don't mind" Kushina then jumped up and landed on the cross and sat down next to Zoro's shoulder and said "hey Zoro why don't you tell me about your childhood while we wait here" after telling that to Zoro she curled up on the left arm of the cross and Zoro looked at Kushina like she was crazy and said "look lady I'm not telling you anything you just appeared out of nowhere and started to talk to me like you know me"

Zoro after finishing talking looked at Kushina on the left arm of the cross curled up in the fetal position he was hanging on and saw her asleep with tears falling to the ground every so often and saw that saying anything was useless at this point and just stayed quiet and fell asleep since the night was falling.

once Zoro woke up he looked down and saw a small puddle of tears with what seemed to be flames around them looked at his left shoulder and saw the lady from yesterday with horns wings and 9 tails

Zoro then decided to wake up the lady sleeping next to his shoulder that was sleeping in the fetal position by saying "hey wake up"

as Kushina woke up she looked around while wiping away her tears and said "oh it wasn't a dream Zoro I'm not in the mood to talk so just sit there and wait for a while." while jumping off the cross landing on the right side of Zoro and sitting down in the fetal position with her head in her knees and started thinking

'hmm well let's distract my thoughts for a while by sorting out what happened and what gaining my Mangekyou Sharingan might have changed about my physique. first, my body seems to radiate void energy and I seem to be able to unconsciously control my weight without affecting my muscle density which was how I was able to sleep on Zoro's shoulder without falling off, but that's all I've noted for now, besides not feeling tired even tho it's pretty early in the morning.'

Kushina then decided to ask Zoro a question "hey Zoro do you wanna make a bet" Zoro then replied to Kushina saying "look lady you just appeared in front of me randomly right before I was gonna go to sleep last night and now you want to make a bet with me" Kushina replied saying "correct" "alright fine tell me your name first then state the terms" Zoro replied agreeing "great ok my names Uchiha Kushina named after my deceased Aunt Kushina and my terms are today a little girl will try to bring you some rice balls and a man whose body is made of rubber will save her and feed you the rice ball that was on the ground for a specific reason and will come back later and ask you to join his pirate crew and you'll join it. the terms are if you win I'll try my damned hardest to kill myself but if I will you'll call me Kushina-chan and you'll be my Aniki. so what do you say will you accept my request it sounds ridiculous enough and I'm feeling pretty suicidal right. oh and if you don't accept I'll rip out my heart and cut off my head." Kushina said, Zoro looked at Kushina like she was insane and after looking into her eyes and deducing she was being serious he said a little grimly "Fine I agree but on the condition, you don't try to kill yourself." Kushina grinned at that and said "alright let me try something real fast" Kushina then stood up elongated her claws and in one swift motion stabbed herself in the stomach to draw some of her blood she then with her free hand pointed her index claw Zoro's heart with her free index claw as she put in a very small amount of void energy and stabbed Zoro's heart while Zoro just looked at Kushina with both pain and bewilderment as he started to feel pain in his heart after she stabbed him. Kushina then said "you need to swallow a drop of my blood to survive and complete the contract" Kushina then held out her hand that was covered in her blood above Zoros's mouth and he opened it wide open hearing what Kushina said.

after swallowing the drop of blood Zoro didn't feel any weakness instead he felt like he was fully healed and that he could rip through steel if he wanted to but soon looked Kushina in the eyes as she said with a claw-like pattern rotating in her eyes as she said "few I'm glad that worked I'm still new to this and didn't think about how I was supposed to complete a soul contract of this magnitude until my instincts kicked in and before I knew it we had to quickly complete it before you mutated into a mindless monster with only the desire to eat. well, I'm gonna disappear for a while and wait for myself to win the bet see you at the docks later." Kushina said as she disappeared from Zoro's sight by covering herself in a layer of void energy and went in-between the spatial while she waited for Luffy to arrive.

It had been some time since Kushina had talked to Zoro and she expected the plot to go the same as in the original. while Kushina was waiting she pondered on why there was Senjutsu chakra in the one-piece world and soon concluded since Senjutsu chakra was just natural energy that meant that there would be Senjutsu chakra in basically every world she went to.

after coming to this realization Kushina began to meditate and take very deep breaths to absorb as much Senjustu chakra as possible. but while doing so she realized she was also eating another energy that seemed to be in the air around them and she didn't want to stop absorbing Senjutsu chakra so she just absorbed the randomly extremely dense energy that was all over this specific area for some reason.

as she was thinking about what the energy she was absorbing was but didn't care as there was gonna be no one here who could capitalize on the ambient soul energy that was in the air and she would be stupid to leave it when it was a very new energy to her and there was some to spare.

after waiting for a little longer Kushina saw the heads of two boys looking in Zoro's direction and she ignored what they were talking about, soon a little girl came and hopped over the wall and tried to feed Zoro but then bam plot

Kushina tried her best to ignore the idiot that was rambling about the marines and his daddy. after a little while Luffy came and just like in the original Zoro asked Luffy to give him the rice ball that Kushina looked at with a puppy dog face while forgetting that she was currently invisible

after that Luffy left and came back and the same thing happened as it did in the original with Zoro basically agreeing to become a pirate if Luffy got his swords. after Zoro said that Luffy started to run in the opposite direction of the marine base which Zoro pointed out and then Luffy used his Gomu Gomu no rocket which freaked Zoro out while Kushina just looked at Luffy with knowing eyes.

a while after Luffy left Cobe came over and started to untie Zoro while Kushina just watched. the following moments that happened after went the same as in the anime. when Zoro then agreed to join Luffy's crew Zoro felt like something was binding him and connecting him to someone as Luffy started to untie him. After Kushina listened to The jackasses father whose name she didn't remember she got a little pissed off at the arrogance of the weak human that dared to threaten her new Aniki so she decided to kill him later, while Zoro was giving his swords and blocked all of the soldiers, Luffy then told Zoro to as he used his Gomu Gomu no whip to kick all of the soldiers back while Kushina stopped paying attention while thinking about the best way it cooks The marine captain that threatened her new Aniki. 'hmm should I just eat him raw I haven't had a cooked human yet and I don't want my first one to taste like metal and wood cause of those prosthetics.' while Kushina was thinking about that she saw Zoro slash Morgan before she could even do anything.

Kushina then decided to come out of the spatial layers while saying "Zoro now what am I going to eat you already got your revenge on the guy threatening you" Zoro just looked at her while falling on his back saying "Kushina-chan I'm hungry" while Kushina said, "well I'm hungry too but now I can't eat that marine captain cause you already slashed him getting revenge on the weak human who threatened you." Zoro just looked at Kushina like she was crazy while she looked at Luffy and Luffy said "hey Zoro who's this." while Zoro just said "I'm hungry." not willing to go over that since he doesn't know the answer himself Kushina looked at Luffy and said with a smile on her face and said, "I'm Kushina it's nice to meet you Luffy can I join your crew since my new Aniki just joined it." Luffy just looked at Kushina with his grin getting wide and started laughing "shishishishi sure since Zoro is my first crewmate you can join." Zoro just looked at Luffy without the energy to reply as Kushina picked Zoro up and threw him on her shoulder and she said to Luffy "alright take me and Zoro to the food we're hungry." Luffy then decided to take them to the bar he was at earlier as it was the only bar in town.

while Kushina and Zoro were still eating Zoro finished and said "I'm stuffed I was really at my ropes end not eating for three weeks." while rubbing his stomach and smiling to which Luffy looked at Zoro and said "huh, you've finished already." to which Zoro replied "how the heck can you have a bigger appetite than me." as Luffy said "it tastes good right code." which was the last thing Kushina heard before starring at the last bits of her food with tears starting to form in the corner of her left eye as she remembered she would be able to eat with her parents ever again.

as Kushina was brooding over her parents' death, the door to the bar opened, and Kushina looked at it only to see a marine troop coming inside which she then promptly ignored but still started paying attention to them. the same thing that happened in the original plot happened again with Luffy getting punched by Cobe and then Luffy punching Cobe a bunch. after Luffy finished Kushina followed Luffy and Zoro.

Kushina soon arrived at the small ship at the docks with Luffy and Zoro and boarded it. as they were leaving Kushina ignored the people at the dock and just sat down next to Zoro as they set sail into the horizon.

as Kushina looked at shell town she felt tears falling from her left eye and realized that being numb to killing doesn't make her numb to death as she is extremely sad at her parents' death.
