"You're going through a lot young man. Let me give you a small gift" A voice spoke in Kim Rok-Su's mind.

In Kim Rok-Su's sight, countless clockwork began to turn upside down.

'I wonder if I can change everything for the good. Can I really fight those creatures, the true monsters of this world?' Kim Rok-Su shook his head, focusing his eyes on the task.

He wants the power to face someone as catastrophic as the Olympians. The Norse gods' assistance would be crucial along with the Enneads of the ancient Egyptian gods in order to kill Hades and the other two gods.

As he slowly opened his eyes, Rok-Su, who had been buried alongside countless broken olympian pillars, gazed into the distance.

"Did my body go back in time, not as itself into the past, but gone through the reversal of time instead?"'

Clearly, Kim Rok-Su was dissatisfied with the physique he had before the Triads, when he was still a salaryman.

Truth be told, he was a bit disappointed.

If he had returned to the past with the power he had before visiting the gods, he would have felt way more comfortable.

'This will definitely make things a lot harder.'

It would require an astronomical amount of power to bring back the body to its original strength, regardless of how insignificant Kim Rok-Su appears in comparison to the gods. However, sending the soul and the body together to the past was not the same thing, as sending both was a separate matter.

It is easy to understand why this is the case, however. It will be problematic if his powerful body is sent to the past because another version of the same individual exists in the past and since sending the body beyond the timeline will be more difficult, it would require a sacrifice that even the Big Three would not commit to.

Meanwhile, Hades was comfortably in his seat, his dick still covered by the love juices from Hera and Aphrodite. He was dressed in robes and living in the humble confines of the Underworld, when he realized that his clothes were undone.

While he would like to embezzle himself in his cozy home, he still had some dirty 'rats' to clean right now. Let's see the mental list shall we?

It was a long time ago, so I couldn't remember right away. However, his sinister snicker gave away his identity.

'So I returned what, a month before the announcement started? Just barely enough time to get this body into running form'

"Fuck you bastard. Just get beaten up if you want your salary" The pig spoke, his eyes greedy for his body.

'Is this man a sadist? Why the fuck does he relish my pain' Kim Rok-Su didn't complain though, this is simply nothing compared to what he will be facing for the rest of the month, and even past that will be his constant struggle for power.

'I need the money if I want to get stronger' Kim Rok-Su only had revenge in his mind and that money would be vital to him, especially considering he needs to get strong fast.

However, now is not the time. I can only choose to meet Thanatos' expectations, not disappoint him, and prove worthy of taking over his position as death and even removing Hades' powers.

Hades and the other gods can't directly interfere with the humans, so he can't just blatantly overkill a triad level as he will be opposed by all the gods and ruin the cultivation season of heroes this time around.
