After all she's the woman who stayed with him for the past five years and is his legal wife.

It's just surprised and irritated him when he was accused of keeping a mistress.

He soon remembered the furious expression of her best friend, Ru Liu Ye and her blank unsurprised eyes which peaked his curiosity a bit.

"A'liu, it's okay, it's really okay" I pleaded with her and held her hand.

She just sighed exasperatedly towards me making me giggle which in return lead her to glare at me.

"Thank you" I murmured softly at her, after all she's done to me in my past lives.

I know that her actions were because of the script, it was not voluntarily, just as mine. But I had now shut one eye and imagine that Nai Nai and A'liu love me.

That they love me because it's what their truly feeling not what their supposed to feel.

"You silly girl, I really don't know what to do to you!" She flicked my head off with her fingers as I glared at her pitifully. "What are you looking at?" She raised her brows while I smile sheepishly at her.

"I found a job" I look up at her as if awaiting for her praise which she gave the moment she learned of my newly found job.

"Congratulations! We should totally celebrate!"

"I still need to go home-" I see her crest fallen face and continued "But we still have five hours, let's go to a salon, it's our girls day today!"

She soon smiled at me and held my hand while swinging it with outmost glee.

Even if it's just false pretense, even if everything in this world was just controlled by one person, it does not matter.

Something has changed.

I can finally rest in peace.
