CHAPTER 5: VAMPIRE TRANSMUTATION

" Phew! That was close " Thought everyone on the crew sighing reminiscing in the setting sun.

" Alright guys, we are done here let's move " The team leader said literally rustling all of them up.

They all entered into the spatial jump environment, and they were gone in seconds.

When they got to the base

" Done boss "The team leader with a husky voice said.

" Good good, But took you guys long enough, anyways hand over the thing "Femzi said his eyes half closed like a lazy cat.

Kalee (The team leader) brought out the body of the caladrius . It had a few burns and charred spots on its body.

"The body's not exactly in good condition but it's okay." Femzi said Smiling like a psychopath.

They all left, and Jia went to a room.

*IN THE SPACE FEMZI WAS*

" Hahaha yes! Darkness element yessss! " Femzi said laughing so hard when he examined the body of the bird.

" Plan 1 in motion " Femzi said with a smug expression.

* In Jia's Arena*

The night was young with the breeze whistling slightly. It was a crescent moon. One that occurs once a week in all parts of Valhalla.

" Arghh!Argh!!Oh no! It is time " Jia said looking at the crescent moon shining brightly that seemed to smile.

She jumped out of the window and ran at a speed faster than light on earth to a forest.

[Ding! Host has entered berserk vampire mode. Host needs to feed on blood to exit this mode]The system said after a long time of silence.

" Oh, you're still alive? " Jia said sarcastically.

[....]

" But arghhhhhh! I... hu hu... can't...feed.... on hum...ans " Jia said with great difficulty.

[Oh, you can just feed on anything with blood you know] The system said.

" System, you got blood for me to drink? " Jia said with a smile that could kill.

[Ahh....] The system trailed off.

[Vampire transmutation activated] The system said again.

She turned into a seven feet tall humanoid vampire, It had pale skin with terrifying fangs about the size of a man's hand. Its hand had claws sharp enough to kill in one strike.

" Humm. I smell blooddd " Jia said like an intoxicated person.

Just then, a terrifying killing intent burst out from her.

Very soon a pack of 8 Wolves appeared with red eyes each the size of Jia's transmutation.

" Kygrrhh! " She screeched licking the air.

The pupils of the wolves were all on her as they surrounded her.

They were all emitting huge amounts of pressure as if saying" Who dared enter our territory? "

4 of them came forward trying to check out her strength.

The 4 wolves chased her and was on tail as she ran despite her speed.

" System, save me! " Jia yelled.

When she tried to run in another direction, but they blocked every exit for escape slowing her down.

She kept running till she got to a cliff. The wolves were expecting her to jump but she turned back and faced them.

" VOID SPACE! "She yelled.

" Phew, what was I thinking? "Jia said.

A black hole appeared caging them all.

" You see, I'm not surrounded by you, but you are surrounded by ME!!" Jia said with her look turning fierce.

Then she picked up one with her really long claws and drank its blood in a disgusting way. She did so for all the eight wolves

[Ding!8 level 8 wolves killed, +50 in all stats] The system announced in a monotone voice.

[Ding! First kill made! You have received essence cleansing pill] The system said again.

" Umu?!It's almost daylight " she said running back to the underworld building and sleeping for a long time.

8Hours later

" Huh, where am I? " Jia asked with hazy eyes then she sees Femzi's glowing eyes.

"Boss!" She says regaining composure.

" Cut it out, where were you last night " Femzi asked his eyes very red.

" I ahhhhh... " she said as she trailed off.

" Tell me " he said releasing his pressure. Jia was shivering.

" I-I went feeding in the Vantre forest " she says stammering.

" You should have told me "Femzi said reducing his aura.

" Now get out! " Femzi says while Jia walks away stupefied.

" Eh? This guy is a psycho " Jia said confused.

[Ding! Host has levelled up to level 5] The system said slightly excitedly.

" Eh? That's cool ' Jia thought.

She brought out the beast cores from the wolves and started laughing.

" Hehe he! What a nice breakfast. Hehe he " She gulped them down in seconds before going back to Femzi's office.

" Yo boss, any work today " Jia asked with enthusiasm.

" Nope, go wherever you want, just come back " Femzi said slamming the door.

" I... How did he know? The fuck? " Jia thought with wide eyes.

" Anyway, I guess I'll walk around Te fiti since I really can't do anything " Jia thought shrugging.

" Wait! " She heard Femzi's voice ring from behind.

He rushed up to her with a smile.

" Here's your pay for the last job. Good one " he said handing her 1000Dairen then winking before disappearing.

" Whoa. Thanks boss " she says smiling before noticing that he had disappeared.

OUTSIDE THE UNDERWORLD BUILDING

Jia looked around and saw the vast amount of land.

" This place is huge for just a city " She commented looking around enjoying the mana filled breeze.

" System open map" she said to the system.

Shortly, A map appeared before her eyes.

" Oh, eshref looks interesting, Oh wow there's an auction there. Maybe I can get something " Jia said.

She got there and shouts were heard.

" 500 Dairen "

" 300 Dairen "

" Greatsword "

" Ugh these auction people are always lousy " then the auctioneer said something that caught her eye.

" Frost Jade bed, improves magic capacity for elementalists. Starting price is 200 Dairen. "

The auctioneers voice boomed.

It seemed those in the crowd weren't much of elemental users.

" 300 Dairen " she said. Nobody said anything anymore.

" Sold to the lady in red " The auctioneer continued the auction while she put the jade bed in her spatial ring and disappeared.

Few minutes later, she appeared in Forno town.

This place was where star pets were sold.

Star pets are animals captured from other planets in the intergalactic wars.

They could be used for any reason.

" I'd like a flying one that doesn't cost too much " Jia said realizing she just had 700 Dairen left.
