Chapter 11: Into the Forbidden City (2)

She look towards the sound and notice that someone had fallen into the river. Although there are numbers of people in the surrounding area, none of them went down to save the person.

"Some fall into the river"

"Quickly, someone save him"

Yet, no one make an effort to save the person. She decided to take actions, she threw off her outer robe and jumped into the water and swim towards the person, before dragging him to the shore. She look at the person she had just saved. It was a young guy, around 16 years old. She put her hands over the guy's nose and mouth. The guy has already stopped breathing. She start performing CPR for him.

The crowd were shocked to see the young girl kissing and holding the opposite sex. For them, its such an indecent act.

"Why was that young lady kissing the guy? Don't she know that women and men should not have body contact!"

"Yeah, she's so brave doing it in front of so many people, what a filthy lady"

"She should feel ashamed of herself"

���cough..cough.." The young guy on the ground coughed a mouthful of water before slowly opening his eyes. He saw a young lady, her eyes shining so bright. 'I was saved by a beautiful fairy.' He couldn't stop staring at her.

"Oh look, isn't she's the bitch who were following brother Li Wei this morning?"

"That's right, its that shameless bitch again..truly, what a bitch.."

She turn look at the crowd and notice the same group she encounter in the cloth store previously. Now she have the urge to throw them into the river.

Li Wei, who was passing by and saw the commotion, stop by to check the situation. He saw Ning Qiuyue who were drench in water. He take her outer robe that was lying on the ground and wrap it around her.

"What happen? Did you fall into the river? Did anyone bully you when I'm not around??" He stare at the group of lady who have been slandering her.

"Its fine. I just save this guy from drowning in the river," she speak as she pick up her shopping bag and shove it to Li Wei's hand.

"You call it kissing? That's obviously sexual harassment!" The lady in red start slandering her.

"Brother Li Wei, don't let this bitch fools you. You're not enough for her, now she's targeting this young Lord, the City Lord's son. Such a cheap gold digger."

The guy turns out to be the City Lord's only son, Li Qiang. Though she never meet this guy, but she remember last year, she went to visit the City Lord's wife for a treatment.

"Brother Wei Wei, just ignore them. Barking bitches never bites," she glanced at them and fix her hair.

The group of lady who were just called bitches.. "…"

"What bitch? You're the bitch here!"

"Was she talking to you? She's obviously talking to the bitches.. or do you admit that you're such a bitch?" Li Wei stare at the girls annoyed.

"Brother Wei Wei, I'm cold. Let's go back now," Ning Qiuyue was too hungry to bother with the group of senseless bitches.

"Miss, thank you for saving me earlier…", Li Qiang bow his head, "if its not for you, I would be long dead.. About the kissing and hugging, I.. I can take responsibility for you!" He suddenly kneels on the ground.

Li Wei was obviously annoyed at this point, he wants to kick the guy back to the water again.

"There's no need to take responsibility! It's just a matter of saving life!" Li Wei hold Ning Qiuyue hand and drag her all the way back the inn.

'With me around, no guy is allowed to get near to Yueyue!'

The poor guy was left behind kneeling on the ground.

"Yueyue, why did you kiss that guy earlier?" Li Wei finally managed to say the words he's been holding in when they reach the inn.

"That's not called kissing, that is called artificial respiration. Since he stopped breathing, I blew air into his mouth and pump the water out from his lung until he spit out all the water in his stomach."

"I never learn this medical technique in any of Master's book," Li Wei trying hard to remember is there any technique to bring back the dead to alive.

'It's CPR. I learn it back then…'

"I'll teach you one day if you want then," she look at Li Wei next to her who were still pissed off because she kiss a guy and shook her head.

'I will never get a boyfriend.'
