Seven Years Later

Jujutsu High, Tokyo. Inside the Tombs of the Star Corridor. 2006

A muscular man in a tight-fitting black shirt and white baggy training pants stood in front of the unconscious and bloody body of a Jujutsu High student.

The man, Toji Fushiguro, kicked the student. He then disrespectfully placed his foot on his head.

"Be grateful to your parents that I don't want to kill you, Suguru Geto." said Toji. He stood there for a second, thinking about his son, before leaving the area. 

Just as he was approaching the elevator, it's doors opened. 

A young man of walked out of the elevator. He was dressed in an old-looking black haori. He had bright orange eyes with streaks of red. His long, black hair fell in wild, tangled strands around his face.

This was, of course, Ryoma Kurogane. He was now 16 years old.

Toji stopped walking. His hand instinctively went to his weapon.

Seeing Toji's reaction, Ryoma raised his hands in the air.

"No need to worry, friend. I won't stop you from leaving." said Ryoma, a calm smile appearing on his face.

Toji didn't react at all. He stood with his hand at the hilt of his blade.

Finally, after ten seconds, Toji smirked and passed by Ryoma, entering the elevator and leaving.

After Toji left, Ryoma made his way deeper into the corridors. And after a few minutes, he arrived next to the unconscious Suguru Geto.

"Now then, which one should I give away? Oh well, I still need another spot for "that" technique. It doesn't really matter, does it?" thought Ryoma. "The important question is, will his cursed spirits be released when I steal Cursed Spirit Manipulation?"

As he said those words within his mind, Ryoma sacrificed his first ever stolen innate technique, Blazing Courage which he still had been using. He then touched Suguru Geto with his hand and obtained Cursed Spirit Manipulation.

"Without even wasting a single drop of my sweat, I have obtained this powerful technique that has limitless potential. Funny." thought Ryoma as he felt the information about the technique enter his mind.

"So I actually kept his cursed spirits. That's a nice addition."

Ryoma then looked at the unconsious Suguru Geto and smirked.

"But that won't save you from me, Suguru Geto. Haha, you truly are an unlucky person." said Ryoma, bringing his foot down with brutal force, crushing Geto's head beneath it. The skull cracked and gave way, a sickening crunch echoing in the air. Blood and brain matter exploded outward, leaving nothing but a gory mess behind.

Gojo Satoru stood before the corpse of Suguru Geto.

He had already killed Toji, and had returned to see what happened in his absence after calming down.

As he stared at the corpse of his best friend, he felt sadness, grief, anger.

After calming down, he analyzed the situation and notice some abnormalities. Where were the cursed spirits obtained by Geto? They were supposed to be released after his death but they were nowhere to be seen. It was as if Cursed Spirit Manipulation never even existed.

After pondering for a bit, Gojo remembered something from seven years ago. He remembered the child that stole the Zen'in Clan Head's technique and used it against him to end his life.

"That must be it." thought Gojo.

He stood there for a second, looking at the mutilated body of his best friend.

"Ryoma Kurogane, I will kill you." said Gojo, with a deathly expression appearing on his face.

Inside a basement with no windows, a 4-year-old child with messy black hair was chained to a wall. Except an old-looking wooden door, the only thing that surrounded the boy were grey concrete walls.

All of a sudden, the door opened. Ryoma entered the room with a plate full of cheap-looking food.

"Eat." said Ryoma after placing the plate before the child.

"I'll kill you! Release me! I swear I'll kill y-"

The child couldn't finish his sentence as he was sent flying by Ryoma with a kick to the abdomen.

As the child crashed into the wall and fell, he started crying.

"I hope you learned your lesson, Megumi Fushiguro. Now eat." said Ryoma and exited the basement, leaving Megumi alone inside the darkness.

"The very day he awakens his innate technique, The Divine General and the Ten Shadows will be mine."

A/N: sorry for the extra short chapter. I'm extra busy rn and don't have the time. But I will update when I can. I promise.

As for the contents, I don't remember every detail from hidden inventory, and some things might be flawed. I had to read the wiki about the fight to remember some details.
