He could also fasten time of himself, slow the time of others, attacks, and can even reverse time. Both him and Ciel quickly realized despite the limitations of his ability, it was broken. Since he didn't need to practice much to achieve anything. If Spatial and Temporal Manipulation are considered techniques he have full mastery in them from the beginning, it is only limited by the amount of Qi he can use, and the ways he could think of using.

Well, I discovered using this energy I could affect you, much to my horror. While I might not be able to kill you, it was possible to destroy your ego and if I can, what guarantee is that other can't? Thus I devised a plan for you to grow up, or rather your ego safely. I found Cultivation path to be suitable, thus after taking a risk, and using my system abilities, I was able to locate a world which existed in form of novel in your world.

Further I concluded using my power, that the Author of that Novel was a normal human, meaning either he was too strong for me to detect, or experienced a phenomenon Dream walking, and soon I realized it was the latter. In the end I arrived in this world, thankfully due to my system abilities one of which included Concealment I avoided any other powerful entity.

Of course according to my calculations, those beings should not have much interest in Universes and rather should be finding a way to get stronger, maybe they are in a world capable of holding their existence, a higher universe, or world. Anything can be the possibility, then came the matter of how to reincarnate you.

I decided to reincarnate you as the son of Alise, since it would give you a good start and not everyone is capable of withstanding High Divine Physique, which is strongest in this world, so she was an ideal choice. I have created the ideal physique, which I could do and had a 100% affinity for your soul, in the embryo, and then granted the souless foetus your soul.

But every step I make causes ripples through existence, so I need to be cautious in my actions, I wonder what the stance of other Multiversal beings would be if they were to find me, at worst case they might try to kill me, or get you. Noah sighed finally understanding the complexity of the situation he is in, previously Ciel didn't told him that his ego can be crushed, and his existence might be able to taken over by other entity, since that would surely give an headache and wasn't suitable for him to know. Thus using a similiar model, they successfully created thousands of time system that appeared in Wuxia and Urban types of Novels, and released them in the Universe.

They would use the collected luck, to nullify the Ye Chen's luck, even if his luck was a lot more than thousands of intermediate and smaller protagonists, as long as luck of many beings can be gathered it can be affective on him. Infact, Noah even thought of proceeding in his previous plan, and using the stored luck to counter attack Ye Chen's sudden burst of luck, in this way he will be able to weaken his strength.
