Ryu was not planning to establish some company on every piece of land and sell it to people. Instead, he was planning to sell it to the nation itself. This way, he would not need to worry about paying tax and all that.

He required that the nations pay him. He had some ideas about what he would have to pay taxes on, but he was mostly concerned with maximizing profits and being the strongest.

There was still a long way to go. He wasn't going to be able to pull it off right now. He needed Hahirama's cell first.

Ryu received his 5 million from Tsunade and was granted permission to obtain a signature on one of the businesses that required copyright. He intended to spend it on something extremely valuable.

He was now looking for a place to hire mercenary. He had no idea for where to start looking. He decided to visit around the shops and get some intel.

Ryu wanted to be ready for anything that might happen. He was aware that he might have to deal with hordes of white zetsu. He might have to go up against a ninja squad. He would be killed if he was not strong enough.

Ryu was well aware that, despite his strength, he still had a long way to go. He needed to bring the sage mode to its highest capacity.

Ryu was still an incomplete sage. He lacked the talent to achieve perfection in sage mode. He needed Hahirama's cell to fill in the gap and master sage jutsu.

Ryu had to fight a lot because his tools were broken and severely damaged. He needed to invest in high-quality equipment. In the land of waves, he didn't have a chance to get a good one. None of them were of the caliber he was looking for.

He required tools that could flow the chakra with great durability and toughness. He was going to get a full set of ninja necessities.

He was wandering around the village when he came across the village's largest ninja shop.

He took a look at the sign board. He was unsure whether they would supply him with supplies or not. He went inside and saw a variety of tools neatly arranged around him.

They were all improved by science over the previous ones. They were, in fact, improved versions of previously used ninja tools.

Ryu walked in and began looking for a better sword. He took a set of kunai as well as some storage scrolls. He noticed various types of tools based on the user's preferences.

He brought all of the other tools he needed, but he couldn't find a good sword. There were high-quality swords, but the pros' swords were usually custom-made. The ninjas had a predetermined weights and shapes for their sword.

Ryu requested a sword resembling Sasuke's from Naruto Shippuden. He paid a good price and chose the best quality resource to forge it with. His order would be completed in a week. He still had a lot to accomplish here. As a matter of fact, he wasn't in a rush.

Ryu left the store. He was exploring the city in search of underground networks.

After even weeks of searching, He had no luck finding it. He didn't have any clue how he was going to pull this off. He just entered grounds where kids usually hung out and lied and the bench with eyes closed.

He was trying to clear his mind when he heard a voice say, "Oh, Neji! I've finally found you."

Ryu noticed the boy from before when he turned to look from the corner of his eyes.

Ryu simply ignored him and shut his eyes.

The boy did not appreciate being ignored yet again. Ryu was consistently ignoring him day after day. This completely tucked him off.

" What do you want from me again? I don't think i owe you anything anymore." Ryu spoke while still laying on the bench.

The three of them looked at him and said, "You don't owe us anymore. I just wanted to ask for a little help."

"Don't want to." Ryu said it directly.

He really got even more angry at Ryu for not hearing about their request.

How could this lazy guy even look at us? It was just a matter of time to come here.

" But I heard from Lady 5th that she sensed that he was strong. When she arrived at the ramen shop again from the gambling shop, they talked about him." The girl claimed she was attempting to persuade the enraged boy.

"Wait! She might be mistaken and from which angle does he look strong to you? "

They were going on and on about it. Ryu's ears were going numb from hearing their chit-chat.

"Stop talking! What exactly do you want? Either tell me or leave me alone." Ryu said this in an irritated tone.

" First answer us, are you strong?"

"Nope, I am weak as hell." Ryu's straightforward reply.

The boy lost his cool and threw the knuai straight at Ryu. Ryu was taken aback by the boy's sudden attack, but he bent his neck slightly to avoid it.

"What was the point of that? I was afraid I was going to die." Ryu turned to face the enraged boy.

Ryu observed them, and they appeared to be in need of extra help with something important. So he decided to give it a try.

Ryu rose from his seat on the bench: "So, what help do you want from me? "

The three children looked at him, and one of them said to him: "We recently completed a mission. It was supposed to be an escort for a merchant, but while we were escorting him, we were attacked by some bandits. We subdued them only to be attacked by a rogue ninja. He killed all of the other ninjas and held them as hostages."

"Continue!" Ryu was listening, he got a good feeling about this.

" He told us to bring good young ninjas there and not to inform about this to Hokage or all of the ninjas and merchants would be killed. We can't drag our friends in this and we cannot even tell the Hokage." He said in an angry tone clenching his fists.

" So, you want me to take care of that guy who even all the ninja's combined could not handle." Ryu looked at them.

"Only if you could."

"Tell me about his apperance of something."

Ryu wanted to match it with the memories and to know if any of these had something in common.

" He was a middle-aged man with prominent wrinkles. He had blue hair resembling a pompadour. Much of his body was metal, most notably his face and right arm, as well as his right hand. He had several experimental prostheses, including an artificial left arm and left leg, as well as a metal chest plate and a craniofacial prosthetic covering his right eye, cheek, and ear." They told about his apperance in detail.

'It must be AO, but Jigen has a vessel, so why is it there?' I believe it is for a larger group of cyborgs to eliminate Ishikki. Kawaki may also be on the process of becoming Ishikki as a result of karma, or there may be other factors.' Ryu paused and smiled.

"I will assist you." Ryu took a look at them.

"It's only a couple of hours away from here."

It was his chance to enter Kara in the most unobtrusive manner possible, and he might even need Hahirama's cell if he had this method of entry. Ryu was excited about it. He was well aware that Ao would attempt to betray Amado and be killed in the future.

He wanted to make the most of the situation.
