Returning to the capital
" Young Miss, we have arrived" said Jun Wu in a respectful tone.
After a few seconds, a jade like hand extended from inside the carriage as Lin You Yue stepped out of the carriage with the help of Jun Zi.
She looked up and saw 'General Manor' written on top of the black gate. it was giving off powerful yet familiar vibes as she started walking towards the black majestic gate.
There were two guards standing in front of the gate and when they noticed that a 10-11 years old girl was calmly walking towards them they were surprised but didn't moved from their spot. The thought of their long lost Young Miss didn't came into their mind as it was impossible for her to return.
When they reached in front of the Gate,
one guard stopped them and asked coldly " May I know, what business you have to come here? "
Lin You Yue raised an eyebrow and calmly replied " Go and Inform General He that..." she paused before continuing " Lin You Yue, has returned and came to greet him"
The two guards were shocked and surprise. Their eyes were wide open in complete disbelief as they started trembling from excitement.
How many years? How many years passed but they couldn't find their little miss. Three years ago, they got to know that their little miss died from jumping off the cliff while escaping from the assassin. They all couldn't believe thus, investigated but when this news turned true, General He got furious and asked Emperor to search for her but to no vail. They couldn't find their Young Miss.

He searched for two whole years but couldn't find her. They started losing hope but General didn't. He believed that one day she'll return thus, during these years, he'll order the servants to clean her room and will buy her favorite jewelry, pastries, etc.
When old Madame got the wind of the news, she cried for an entire week before going to the temple, praying for little Miss return. Young Master also regretted and blamed himself for not protecting her. First Master and his wife, Madame Gu also regretted but there is no medicine for regret therefore, they waited and waited for her return in hope, that one day... one day she'll return and bring back the peace and happiness inside the Manor and Today, the heavens finally answered them and their little Miss returned.
The other guard ran so anxiously, startling other servants. They got curious and turned their head to look at the entrance but they couldn't recognize the girl in white. They couldn't be blamed for this as for last three years, they didn't got any news about Lin You Yue. Day-by-Day they started losing hope.

A Man was sitting with his back straight in front of the desk, holding scroll on his both hand. He was General He, He Jing. With just one look, you can tell that he is a handsome and valiant man in his 40's. He has sharp eyes with sword like eyebrows, thin nose and arc shaped lips.

The sound of knock interrupted the silence inside the study room.
He raised his head and said " Come in"
Mu Chen entered the room and immediately kneeled before saluting " General"
General He nodded and asked " Why did you came?"
Mu Chen was lowering his head to hide his red eyes and replied "Master, the guard who is responsible for guarding the front door came to report that....that..."
" Just say it clearly" General He ordered him.
Mu Chen's voice trembled as he replied " Young Miss has returned and is...."

before he could finish, a loud bang sound stopped him. He was startled as he raised his head to see that his master was looking at him in disbelief.
He then asked him with trembling voice " wha. .. what did you say?" as he was choking.
Mu Chen was surprised but replied him " Reporting to Master, a guard came to inform that Young Miss has returned and is currently waiting for you at the main hall"
General He couldn't believe and started mumbling " little Yue'er.....sh....she has returned" as he started sobbing softly.
Mu Chen couldn't believe that his master, who have won countless battles throughout his life is now crying. But he understands him, who won't cry when after so many years, the one you prayed for return, comes back alive.
General He wiped his tears and regained his composure before hurriedly walking out of his study room.

Lin You Yue was currently sitting beside the master chair inside the main hall. This seat was especially made for her as her Grandfather couldn't bear to let her seat far from him.
While she was sipping on her tea, she heard some footsteps and smiled gently before standing up and walking in the Centre of the Hall.
When General He entered the Hall, he noticed a girl in white, standing in the Centre. There was two more girl standing beside her.
She was wearing a white robe with silver embroidery and was covering her face with the help of a white veil. She was looking pure and calm.
He trembled from excitement as he noticed the similar eyes. he opened his mouth to say something but couldn't utter a word.
Lin You Yue saw this and gracefully greeted him in a clear and melodious voice " Greeting to Grandfather. I hope you lived well"
Her voice was like a warm breeze, making them feel at ease.
Before General He can reply, a loud and clear voice interrupted.
" Little sister....you...you returned"
When everyone turned to look at the entrance, they all saw He Moran, standing.
He Moran was busy in training his soldiers, when his shadow guard informed him that his little Sister has returned, He Immediately threw the spear and rushed back. When he saw the girl in white, standing, he immediately shouted and ran towards her before giving her a warm hug and started sobbing like a child.
At first, Lin You Yue was stunned because of this sudden hug. She didn't pushed him but returned him back.
Perhaps due to the warmth or her brother's loud sobs, she also started sobbing softly.
The servants at the side also started sobbing as they watched this scene.
They were glad that their little Miss returned and bought back the happiness with her, inside the Manor.
General He, Jun Wu and Jun Zi's eyes also turned red by watching this. They are happy for her. They all knew how much their young miss endured and worked hard to become what she Is today. Outsiders may think that she reached till here because of her identity as the heiress of the Devil Sect but they, the people inside the Devil sect know she reached here. they know, how much she has endured and how many times she came back injured from outside. They all vowed that they'll protect her and will be forever loyal towards her. They'll follow her after her death also and won't betray her. This was what that they, the devil sect vowed.
