Award ceremony
As we are all expected to do on Saturdays, I deep cleaned my apartment and made sure every nook and cranny was dust and dirt free before relaxing. Because this was the first time I deep cleaned since getting the apartment, it took quite a bit of time. A lot more than I was expecting it to actually. And I had already turned the whole place upside down so there's no way I could leave it halfway. I could only bite the bullet and continue. I had the faint feeling of shooting myself in the foot. Who knew my average sized apartment would be this big when it came down to cleaning?
After this ordeal, I had a higher level of respect for all the cleaning ladies.
Looking at the overly clean room, apart from having a profound sense of accomplishment, made me feel exceptionally dirty so I had a quick shower and made myself something to eat.
