Chapter Eighty: Food Crisis

On the eighth day of the Apocalypse, a massive blackout began around the world, and people realized that their cell phones and all kinds of communication devices no longer worked.

Citizens who had still been able to contact the outside world suddenly felt as if they had been cut off from society, with even their radios failing to receive any signals anymore.

Panic finally erupted.

At the same time, many families who had stocked up on food and drink had run out, and they had not seen any improvement in the situation.

People also discovered that zombies, which had appeared sluggish before, could now run rapidly, some even leaping to great heights, and some zombies could even spew fire, water, and effortlessly lift buses to smash against the tightly closed doors and windows on both sides of the streets.

It was then that people realized that the end of the world had truly arrived.
