Chapter 95: Three years ago:

"So from 3 years ago. After Gao Kao, Song Ze Lin died but you didn't know he died. After careful consideration, both families decided to block this news for many reasons. They asked Song Ze Yu to pretend to be Song Ze Lin. You didn't know any of this. You only found out a few months later when Song Ze Yu came back from Canada. I'm not sure how you found out but you didn't talk to Song Ze Yu from then on anymore. 

In the summer you received your Gao Kao score of 700/750. One of the highest in our school. You proceeded to choose Tsinghua University to study fashion and design. You are in your last year of university. In your first year you met Luo Wen Ning he proceeded to chase you and not long later you guys were together. It was quite sweet at first but then he cheated on you with Feng Xiu Ying. 

Then you met Qi Yan who has been engaged with you since childhood. You seemed to be very happy with him. You guys were acting like an actual couple. We even went out with you guys. That's ummary of what happened," explained Wei Wei. 

"Wait. WHAT? So you're telling me that I dated someone else after finding out that Song Ze Lin died? And also Feng Xiu Ying cheated with my ex? What the heck? Feng Xiu Ying... Are we talking about the same person here? One of my best friends since Junior high?" I asked in confusion. The Feng Xiu Ying I know wasn't like this. 

"Yes. It was her who got you in this state, she pushed you off the cliff which resulted in you being in a coma and forgetting everything. Your parents have sued her already. But she's in a hell of a lot of trouble after she kidnapped you," mumbled Cheng Li. 

"Wait, why will she do that though?" I asked curiously. "My guess is because she's jealous of you," replied Fang Feng. "Jealous of me?" I asked curiously.

"Of course she is. Think about it, Feng Xiu Ying liked Song Ze Lin yet he liked you. Then you guys both met Luo Wen Ning yet he liked you. If you think about it from her perspective, she definitely will be jealous of you," analysed Wei Wei. 

"Xiu Ying liked Ze Ling?" I asked as Wei Wei and Hui Yun nodded. "Could you not tell?" asked Hui Yun as I shook my head. 

"So because she was jealous, she kidnapped me and the police came and she threw me off a cliff?" I asked as they all nodded. "That is basically what happened. Do you remember anything?" they asked as I shook my head. "A video was sent home and in it, you used Morse code to tell us who the mastermind was," mumbled Hui Yun. "Huh, I never imagined the Morse code I learnt for fun would actually be of use," I muttered as they all laughed. 

"What about the manhua was writing?" I whispered to her. Only Wei Wei knows I wrote a manhua. She leaned forward and mumbled, "Its epilogue was posted a few weeks ago. Everyone loved it. The company also wanted you to do a fan meeting. But he couldn't reach you so he also sent me an email. I told him of your circumstances and he understood and did tell me to notify him of your decision later on,".

"Can you email him to say I want to do a fan meeting?" I asked as she nodded and brought her phone out. I scrolled through my phone and realised that technology has improved a great deal since a few years ago. The manhua I wrote was interesting when I read it.

It was called The Villaness. The book was about a girl who came into the game she was playing. She wanted to live but she was meant to die. And through a lot of obstacles, the female lead finally decided to sacrifice herself to save the world. The moral of the manhua was that not all villaness were villanesses. It was quite weird but I supposed I understood it. 

As I was reading the book my roommates were talking very happily. "I mean at least it has some use," Hui Yun announced as she pushed open the hospital room.
