Chapter 67: Solution (2):

I signed and turned towards Hui Yun saying "Now that things have come to this, there is 2 pathways you can go. The first one is that you give birth to the child and hand it over to the Zhao family and from that day on you'll have no relationship with the child. (This is if the child is Zhao Ru Yu) Or you can give birth to the child and send it to an orphanage. Apart from giving the orphanage money to look after the child, you'll have no relationship with the kid.

Hui Yun looked so sad when hearing what I said and she looked as if she wanted to cry again. "Jie. are you really that heartless to watch your nephew and niece grow up without a mother?" Hui Yun asked me suddenly. No, I wasn't, but Hui Hun is only 19. She has her whole life ahead of her, I can't let her life be ruined because of a kid. "Hui Yun, you are only 19. You are hardly an adult how would you be able to look after your child?" I asked whilst she looked even sadder. Zhao Ru Yu comforted her saying "Perhaps, you can talk to your parents before concluding,". Hui Yun shook her head and muttered "My parents will say the same thing as Jie,". Well I mean she ain't wrong about that. Our parents would definitely say that.

"There is a third suggestion," I muttered as Hui Yun's face lit up. She looked at me earnestly waiting for me to say it out loud. "This solution would allow Hui Yun to look after her child with Zhao Ru Yu. The solution is that you two get married," I explained whilst the two people looked like it was not an option. "Senior as much as I respect you, I've no interest in marrying you," stated Hui Yun as Zhao Ru Yu agreed with her. "So what are we to do?" I asked the two picky people they shook their heads meaning they had no clues. I signed and stated another solution "You two start to date and fall in love with each other, then get married before the kid is born. See happy ending,".

Hui Yun shook her head and whispered "At this point can't we just co-parent?". Zhao Ru Yu nodded his head and agreed this was a good solution. "So how would you like to co-parent?" I asked. "How about when the kid is born, he stays with me for a week and the next week he/she is with Hui Yun? This way we both get to spend time with him. And if he has any activities we should both try to go. And such important school decisions should be decided between us together. So even if we aren't together, the child will still feel loved by both parents," suggested Zhao Ru Yu as Hui Yun nodded agreeing to his suggestion.

"Well I don't really mind, I suppose it's a good suggestion. But what if you two end up marrying a different person? What will happen to the child? Will that partner love that child as well?" I asked these were good questions to talk about. Hui Yun nodded to my concerned words. "How about this we write up a contract as soon as I confirm that it's my kid. This would ensure that the kid's safety will be the number one priority," explained Zhao Ru Yu as we both muttered agreeing with words to his suggestion.

"Alright then. I suppose this is all we can do for now until the child is born. But Hui Yun I don't really think you should live in the dorm anymore after all you are still pregnant. How about living next door to me so I can watch over you if anything happens?" Zhao Ru Yu suggested but Hui Yun disagrees with this. "When the child is born I don't mind living next door to you so that we can both help each other if anything happens. But I think living with ladies who know about all of this might be easier until the child is born anyways,". Although, he didn't agree about this what could he do? He could only silently agree with her.
