Chapter 32: Were you jealous?

"Weren't you meant to cox me? How comes I'm coxing you now?" I muttered as Qi Yan laughed and he grabbed my hand and wrapped me in a hug. So right now I was sitting on his lap, my back leaning on his chest. He wrapped his hand around me and whispered "then now I am repenting and coaxing you," and I laughed sweetly at his words. " Then can you forgive me yet?" he asked as I jumped right off him and turned to leave the dorm. He grabbed my hand and reasoned "since you can't forgive me, then can you listen to what I've to say?" he let go of my hand I stood rooted facing away from him as I listened to his explanation.

"Today I planned on visiting you because your friends said you were having a bad hangover and your head was hurting. So I asked Auntie Yun, the maid at my house to boil some chicken soup for you. When it was prepared I drove to your school to give it to you. I got off the car and walked over to your dorm when I bumped into Wen Xiu Ying. She knocked over the soup I ask Auntie Yun to make. And so we begin arguing about it and the crowd came quite quickly. Miss Wen was saying that I poured soup all over her dress and I was saying that she was the one who bumped into me hence the soup was spilt over her. We were having a heated argument when she stopped shouting and yelling. She walked closer to me, grabbed my neck and kissed me. I was in a moment of surprise. I did not expect her to do that. That was when I saw you. You had tears rolling down your face and I knew you would misunderstand so I pushed her away and immediately rushed towards you however I was stopped by your friends. When I explained what happened they didn't believe it so I had to rush past them and find your dorm myself. Your friends were running after me and I had finally found the right building. When I entered the building I saw your dorm room was on the second floor*(1) so I knocked on every door on that floor and finally I found yours. 1067. Gu Wei Wei didn't stop me from coming inside but she whispered that I was in the shower before she left. And then what happened next you now already," explained Qi Yan. I turned around and looked at him and asked "Are you telling the truth?" he nodded and I believe him in an instance. Perhaps I believed him so quickly because I trust him. I knew that he would never lie to me no matter the past life or this life. Qi Yan smirked and asked, " So why were you crying?" I blushed and averted my eyes. "Were you angry? Were you jealous?" Qi Yan assessed. My eyes shot straight up to his when he said the word jealous. " Huh, I'm the Fu family Eldest Miss how could I ever be jealous because of a boy?" I babbled. Qi Yan laughed and I blushed. So in the end I forgave him and he proceeded to ask me out for dinner.
